Livensa Living Studios San Sebastián

Disappointing stay at Livensa. On the positive side, there is plentiful free parking and a bus (33) that takes you right into the city in about 20 minutes that was really handy. There is also a great co-working space to use. Unfortunately for me, on check in, the room I was given had an overwhelming odour of grease and fried foods that was really unpleasant. I asked to change room but they were fully booked and couldn’t accommodate the request and just went in and sprayed chemical air freshener (which made things worse). I asked to move room the next day and that couldn’t be accommodated either so I had no option but to check out early and find something else, My room was also on the ground floor facing a courtyard with zero natural light coming in (you had no idea what the weather was like even with the shutters open!), and the shower door didn’t work properly so water leaked everywhere. The armchair in the room was also covered in grease stains and crud. It is student accommodation during term time and is reasonably priced for the location but I had to cut my stay short and try to find something else.

It's a basic place to stay but like - none of the vending machines work in the hotel so you can't buy anything - the car park door is fully open all the time - insecure - didn't used to be like this - there is not even a cloth in the room to clean the kitchen with. Felt super lame.

Budget friendly studio with full amenities close to Ondarreta Beach. The only objection is the bed which is very small for two people. Online check-in is meaningless as you must do another at the reception!!

This place i think is mostly for university students living away frim home. The rooms have everything one needs, ecm en a small kitchen with stovetop fridge and microwave. A wardibe with room to hang dresses not just a short one. A desk and co fy bed. And a tv i never used. A nice size bathroom with a great shower. Paid parking inside a locked gate and only nine or 10 minutes from the old Center. I loved it here.
