Love that it is pet friendly. I am able to come see my daughter @ UK while not having to put my dog in a kennel. The hotel is nice and has everything that you need. The only negative is that I had to wait for a bit for someone to be at the front desk to check in but other than that it was great!

We visited the area to see family for a quick trip two weekends ago. We were able to check in three hours early because we made good time traveling and the room was clean, the staff was friendly and the coffee was great. The only issue I had was in the gym the next morning here both treadmills were out of service. Thankfully the elliptical still worked. The breakfast on hand was also good.

On 3.21.25 we checked in at 11.20 p.m. to find a room completely disgusting. The floors were filthy, not vacuumed, the beds were never changed from previous people, the pillows and sheets were in a wrinkled state. The counter below the tv was covered in makeup, and the bathroom was beyond dirty. My wife and I cleaned the room and changed all bedding ourselves after the manager rolled the cleaning cart to outside of our room.

The hotel common areas were not clean. All the waste containers were overflowing and there were used paper towels all over the floor in the mens room. This hotel does not deserve the rating I counted on when I booked this room.The room was fine but not anything beyond a typical three star hotel

Nice hotel although dorm like. Rooms are not carpeted. Probably easier to keep clean but not the most comfortable. Great coffee. Showers are lousy as water barely flows. Brought it up with management and related whole hotel has a water flow problem.

"Wonderful" rating? Wonderful is a very generous assessment. The room was small and furnishings were mid-quality. It seemed clean. Room had a fridge, which was nice; but no microwave. Microwave was available in the lobby. I would stay again but only if there was no availability at the higher quality hotels in the area.

I was very pleasantly surprised at this value. Super comfortable bed and pillows, everything was extremely clean, check in was easy, front desk staff was super nice and very helpful. We had to check in pretty late, but she had everything all set up! We were traveling through and this was very convenient by the interstate but we didn’t hear traffic all night. Starbucks right around the corner and lots of other options if we had gotten in earlier and needed dinner. Would definitely stop here again.

No one was at the desk to greet us when we came in and didn’t come up until we found them in the laundry room. They said they had a sign that they were away helping other guests but were by themselves in the laundry room and seemed very bothered that we were looking for them as we wanted to get checked in quickly. The AC unit did not keep the room consistently cool and we had many sleep disruptions due to being too warm.

I tried calling over 5 times around 10:00 the evening of check in to let them know I was going to be arriving late. No one answered. I FINALLY got customer service who ALSO tried calling Avid and they couldn't get through either. The customer service rep I spoke too wasn't sure if they'd cancel the reservation or not due to the late arrival. She "thought" I had until 2:00am. I made sure to get there as early as I could do avoid my room being cancelled. (I had to leave my daughter's dorm room I was helping her move in to, so I could check in before it was cancelled). Check in was fine, got to the room and there was a large, (thankfully) dead, bug on one of the beds. I was happy my room had two double beds, I just slept in the other one. The bathroom was fine. Breakfast the next morning was GROSS. The eggs were not eggs. There were no napkins (It was 8:00am by the way, I was the only one down there), one kind of breakfast sandwich.

Rooms are very small with no dressers and not much storage space, so not great for a long stay. Shower is TERRIBLE, no water pressure at all. Bed is very comfortable and room was clean. But in a four nights stay we only received any service to our room once. It was annoying to come in from a long day on the motorcycle and want a shower but have to go down ask for towels and wait for them to dry. Had to take out our own trash etc. Even after asking twice still no service.

This was a perfect place for my quick stay while traveling through the area. For a basic, no frills hotel it exceeded my expectations. While the room was small, it was exceptionally clean. The bathroom was very well stocked with bath gel, lotion, shampoo and conditioner. The tv was huge. It was quiet, there was a blackout shade, and the bed/pillows were very comfortable. Lobby was clean, and front desk staff were kind and efficient. While I didn’t eat breakfast, the area was clean with plenty of choices. The fresh ground coffee machine was the star! I would absolutely stay here again and recommend to others.

The bathroom was wonderfully clean, the shower felt great, and the beds were comfortable. Our only issue was with the price--too high for what we got!--and the breakfast. The latter was minimal, the OJ was extremely watered down, the hot water machine was broken, and the choice of foods was limited. I don't understand reviews that said the breakfast was good unless they simply enjoy the fact that it's included in the exorbitant price of the room.

Property was new and clean. Few amenities, no closets (just open shelves and hooks on walls). Staff was not knowledgeable, and primarily college-aged. "Breakfast" was soggy, wrapped breakfast sandwiches and burritos that had been kept under warming lights. Toasters, but no bread. Phone in my room didn't work, so I had to use my personal phone. Cable, but no premium channels or pay-per-view. Tried to get out of my 3-night reservation 3 hours into my stay - they told me I couldn't get out of it, even if I paid for the first night. Never again!

The best thing about this hotel is how clean it was. Rooms were unique, simple and clean. Nice big TV! I also really appreciated the coffee/tea availability 24/7. The coffee was always hot and tasted great!
