Breakfast buffet not 5 star. Expensive for what it was. Spa didn't work in the bathroom. Spa outside was dirty.

Easy onsite parking, friendly staff, huge beautiful room with spa, and good breakfast to start the day.

The buffet breakfast was good. The staff was very helpful in specially cooked me a gluten and dairy free breakfast. We have been coming there since 2017 but found the property condition deteriorated. The censor lights in the corridor were gone so we had to walk back to our room in the dark. The machines in the gym were not maintained properly. However the condition in the room is still kept to a good standard. You would still enjoy it if it is your first time to the property. We really enjoyed the spacious size of the room and the grandness of the property.

Excellent room, staff very helpful. A hidden gem, don't let the road or the entranceway give a bad impression, it's a lovely and classy setting once on site.
