Beautiful hotel! The pool area feels like a luxury resort. I stayed here for 2 days after surgery. The restaurant is amazing (try the N/A Aperol Spritz!), coffee cafe is great, bikes to take out, comfy beds and I will be back to try the spa. Tons of eating options or cute shops right outside the door or take a long stroll along the lakefront which has a park for the kids. 10/10

Had a great stay. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Room was excellent - lots of space, nice lake view. Amenities are also excellent - gym, pool, restaurant and cafe all great to check out. Will definitely stay here again!

It’s my third stay at the waterfront . It’s a great hotel in an amazing location . Right in the lake and in the heart of the shopping area . The hotel has great facilities . A modern well equipped Pool Spa and gym area . Fantastic restaurants and coffee shop . Guaranteed a quality stay.

the property is over rated.. very expensive for the service provided. The pool is only for Aduots everyday from 10 to 5 pm, so if you have kids they cant swim untill 5 pm.. which is annoying. They dont have parking except Vale, or park it on your own on the street .. Staff is nice and helpful (thats the good thi by about the hotel). Rooms are small and average.

We went to The Pearle to celebrate my daughter’s birthday. I cannot say enough great things about our experience! Right from arrival, the valet bellmen are so helpful unloading our vehicle, and ensuring a warm handoff to check-in. After they brought all our bags up, we quickly realized we forgot a bag in our car and they remedied the situation immediately. The spa was well worth every penny! It was pure luxury! We enjoyed spa treatments, and had lunch served in the adjoining pool lounge area. The staff are just so attentive! Late in the evening we called down to request our vake brought up to the room with champagne glasses, and they were so accommodating at every moment. They truly made her birthday extra special! Highly recommend going there. We walked the boardwalk that is just in front of the hotel, and there were many nearby restaurants. It’s perfectly situated to enjoy a special occasion!

We stayed at this hotel for a wedding. Let me start off by saying, overall, it was nice however there were just a few things that spoiled our experience. Upon calling the hotel that day, the person on the phone couldn’t find my reservation. Somehow it was under a completely different name…not sure how that happened. Luckily the woman at the desk resolved it for us. I had requested early check in and she did accommodate however, the room smelled AWFUL. It smelled like terrible body odour…like armpits. It smelled extremely terrible so we just had to spray around with cologne and suffer. Even at night when we were sleeping, the room was just so strong with the smell, it was giving my husband a headache. He had bad sleep because of how awful and strong the body odour stench was. The room was clean, but the smell was definitely in the linens or something because it was BAD and it did not fade at all. The views were great & the hotel itself was beautiful but the smell definitely ruined our experience.

I pack over 900$ for 2 nights and I promise it was not worth the fee. The room doors are infront of each other less than 2 feet away you have no privacy the walls are thin everything can be heard the housekeeping didn’t do housekeeping for me and for this price you’d expect they do it daily if the sign is on the door, the price didn’t even afford me a bath tub , better off going to the hotel near Niagara Falls and getting the falls view room that comes with a tub that opens up to see the view. This was not worth it.

Overall great experience and good service - the facilities are great - beds cozy and food T restaurant is great . Area to improve is the halls are loud - we have stayed 3 x now and this is the one area that needs to improve asap - sound proofing was not done correct or something but you can hear every single door close and voices - like I said great experience overall but fix this and it becomes a better stay for all .

Very busy hotel with slow service at the restaurant and cafe. The room layouts are poorly designed if you are a couple staying for 3+ days as there is no where to put your suitcases without being super cramped in the room.

Clean hotel, small rooms. Check in was very slow and tedious. Marriott Platinum status was not recognized when I checked in until mentioned this. As part of the Autograph collection for Marriott we suggest tightening up your awareness of top tier guests.

We had to move rooms because the water power and temperature was so awful. After arguing with us for hours, management reimbursed us for 1/2 our lunch (I’m serious, 1/2 only, they wouldn’t even comp the whole lunch) and gave us free parking. Suffice to say, it was not a luxury experience. Some hotels claim to be luxury—and even have nice facilities—but if the service isn’t luxury, it can ruin the whole experience. This is one of those places.

Valet Parking was efficient staff was welcoming. We had a later check out at 12:00pm. The manager Franchesco kept knocking on our door before check out repeatedly and then escorted us out to the lobby as if we were children doing something wrong. It was very juvenile and it wasn't recieved well. I said we had 12:00 check out and he blamed reception.I said they knew because we called them We are all in and didn't apologize for his behaviour. We are in our 30's looking for a relaxing get away from kids but that left us a very sour taste on our trip. Everything else was superb, especially the cafe and staff otherwise. Reception was lovely and helpful.

During my first overnight stay at the hotel, I was pleasantly surprised by its exceptional beauty and the delightful aroma of the room. However, I encountered an inconvenience upon checking in. The hotel staff informed me that my room would be ready within 20 minutes and would contact me via phone call. Unfortunately, despite waiting for 40 minutes, I did not receive any calls. Highly recommend going there. We walked the boardwalk that is just in front of the hotel, and there were many nearby restaurants. It’s perfectly situated to enjoy a special occasion!

This is my second time staying at the Pearle. I’m very familiar with Autograph hotels and have always had an amazing experience. My first visit was amazing… so much so that I wanted t come back for the long weekend with my partner. This time the stay was not enjoyable there were many blinders from check in to check out. Could be because there was a wedding however they should have been prepared. In short my room Wasn’t ready at check in and we waited 40 mins. We were offered dirty rooms twice which we wouldn’t have taken however when I asked when cleaning would take place we were not given an answer and then we were offered a room right under the wedding event room. The room had the items on it from the previous guests and we could hear music and drumming all night from The reception room above us. I’m not even sure we got the room I paid for. As well on two occasions two staff members entered our room with their own key cards while we were in the room resting. It felt odd that no one knew we were using the room. Be careful of non transparent charges like in room dining tax, parking hst, municipal accommodation tax and the lot. We were offered a drink voucher as compensation for people entertained me our room but it was disappointing. I’m all the spa services were great and the restaurant was lovely… food is amazing and staff are friendly. I just wish the service was consistent and the charges were more transparent

We had to move rooms because the water power and temperature was so awful. After arguing with us for hours, management reimbursed us for 1/2 our lunch (I’m serious, 1/2 only, they wouldn’t even comp the whole lunch) and gave us free parking. Suffice to say, it was not a luxury experience. Some hotels claim to be luxury—and even have nice facilities—but if the service isn’t luxury, it can ruin the whole experience. This is one of those places.

Stayed for a night. Lovely site and clean too. The staff at reception were great too. Just a one thing. I got room service for dinner, i was shocked my food had no cover.. young man had my food exposed from the kitchen all the way to the 4th floor.. i think meals should not be exposed like that.

I had the same issues as the time before and they didn’t nothing to fix or compensate for them. I don’t mind paying good money for 5 stars but if I do I expect 5 star service and accommodations. They also told my family member with an allergy to eat a small amount of what they were allergic to. And just scrape things off and pull things off of things that she said she had an allergy too at dinner. Not acceptable. Beautiful modern property. Truly felt like a vacation. Isabelle restaurant was delicious! In room breakfast was very disappointing. Loved the pool and hoping to try the spa in the future as it was fully booked.

Lovely hotel. Rooms are smaller than expected for the price. But very clean and comfortable. Great location. Staff very accommodating. Isabella’s Restaurant was nice, a bit over priced. Food choice was limited. Our server was excellent concerning food allergies. They need to get rid of the wooden tables/ chairs and replace with more comfortable variety. Valet was fantastic. Make sure you check you bill at checkout. They accidentally double charged me for the room, so I had to call back and have it corrected. Would stay again.

The sky shower was nice but extremely underwhelming. Very low pressure and the temperature control was a mess. The rooms are small but quite beautiful however the bathroom door is this massive heavy thing that is quite inconvenient and doesn't allow you to use the washroom seamlessly. There was also no fan. I was shocked that they would not provided room service from the Isabelle Hotel that is located inside the hotel. I would rate this place a 3.7 out of 5 for the money you are paying.

Great experience overall. Staff were all courteous and present. Beautiful location steps away from waterfront park and many dining and cafe options. If driving there, they only have valet parking or paid public parking across the street. Valet team was excellent
