West Worth Inn & Suites White Settlement

The parking lot was a mess. There was a thong and a bag full f something almost right outside my door. The outside of the room was full of bugs as well as the inside. In the lobby when I went to check in there was a woman laying on the couch barefooted. Ended up not staying there and hotel refused to refund me any money for my stay. Would not recommend staying here

Great place. Clean. Quiet. Close to the highway. Close to the Stockyards. Not the most fancy place in the world but 100% worth the $$

Its cheap, did not have coffee or any breakfast options. A/C worked great.

My stay here was horrible! I literally had OUTSIDE bugs all over my room and inside my Jacuzzi tube. I literally had to leave and run to the gas station to grab bleach to sanitize my hotel room.

I whenever I arrived at the property the man in the front was very nice and helpful I asked if there was a bathtub he said all of their rooms have bathtubs so I was happy. Get to the room and it had a jacuzzi tub in it I was so excited ended up booking it for another night well I go back the next day to check out and get my deposit back and the man at the front

I am so very disappointed with the service and staff at this location. It is a below average hotel with no real amenities - just a place to sleep. However, what really bothered me was the lack of customer care. We arrived at 11:30am. I know it is early, but there was only a few cars in the parking lot and rooms were empty and ready. We asked if we could check in early and instead of saying, of course, we have the room available, please come in, they charged me $35 plus tax when they had a room available. That is almost charging us for a full extra night for a few hours. Then I said, we can just hang out in the lobby if that would work and they refused to let us hang in the lobby. What hotel doesn't let guest stay in the lobby. There were three sofas in the lobby. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. I will do whatever I can to avoid staying there again. I hope the $38 was worth it. You had a chance to make a happy customer and all you did was really tick us off. We are good guests, not messy or loud and we were treated horribly.. Very disappointed. The property also has a musky smell and the a/c unit is not great, there were a few bugs (not bed bugs), the refrigerator froze our food, the microwave didn't work well. and there was no place to hang the bath towels and only three hangers for clothes. Not worth the money, especially with the poor customer service.

Havent stayed here in a couple of years, but was disappointed because there was roaches. I just cant. SMH

The giant cockroach in the room was a bit unsettling.

The absolute worst customer service ever. The smell is unheard of and they said no smoking but there hallways smelled like I walked into a weed farm. They tried to charge me an additional fee to stay in a room that I was already in! Just overall a horrible experience

This was a nice quiet place out in the boondocks. The room was clean but the shower curtains were ripped and the shower head was covered in lime build up.

Clean room. Average but that is not necessarily a bad thing. Great price.

Property had a strong weed smell

I was able to check in at after midnight. It was late and i said i did not care if i got a smoking or non smoking room. A smoking room was provided and it smelt like someone just finished smoking a cigarette in the room, ugh. Otherwise decent sized room, sheets do not get changed during your stay. And whoever clean the room went through all the drawers when they came (didn't close them all the way) so i don't recommend leaving anything you can't afford to lose in the room when not there.

And the pricing for the hotel room was double because of the extra fees and charges at the hotel charge in addition I was charging additional $20 for early check-in fee at 2:00 p.m. and in addition to that I was already in the hotel I was extending my stay for another night plus the TV never worked the whole time

The odd thing is that the the TV and the DirectTV was all disconnected from one device to the other and power, toke a bit since the cables were not there.

My 1 night stay with my fiance was just what we needed. My room was a smoking room (which I reserved) was clean, smelled clean, had a king size bed, and a couch. It also had a stove and kitchen sink. The bathroom was huge. The bathroom was equipped with a hair dryer! That's a plus in my book. My room had ambient lighting which was awesome! This hotel is conveniently located along I 30 just between Cherry Lane and Las Vegas Trail on the West side of Fort Worth Texas right behind Northern Tool and Equipment!!

We stayed to attend a nearby graduation for friends and found it to be comfortable and affordable. The room was large and we could not hear the nearby traffic. The staff was very kind too. I recommend.

The management team was rude each time I had to interact with one of them. Two men one younger at night and the older gentleman during the day and the older woman in the afternoon. Just short and very unfriendly. Not welcoming in anyway. The older house cleaning lady was very nice kind and friendly.

Our stay at West Worth Inn and Suites was just as awesome as the 1st stay. The front desk staff is just super friendly and very efficient. This was our 2nd stay within a week. My only issue is they have smoking rooms but no ashtrays. That is my only complaint.

I like the fact that the property was nice and quiet and my stay was peaceful. However what I did not like was the services that I received at the front desk... I got an excellent rate you are beautiful woman on the app however the extra fees above the taxes or additional $30 I haven't seen that with any other hotel and then I scheduled for two nights... And because of the extra fees I end up paying double the cost for the for the room and the two nights I'm overlooked the fact that I pay double the cost and I end up scheduling an extra night on the app and again my cost was double and on top of that when I went to the front register to check in for extra night the hotel clerk charge me an additional $20 and he called it an early check in fee don't make sense because I've been there for 2 days I just extended my stay so now I paid more than double the cost for the room this is nonsense in addition to that the TV never worked while we were there poor services I would recommend this place to anyone because of the customer service.
