Clean, new, comfortable, reasonably priced. Excellent restauarant. Offers a shuttle to LGA .

Hotel was very nice but so weird and different. You have to go all the way up to the 12th floor to go down to your room via elevator.

The hotel has a salt water pool but it wasn't listed on Expedia. This greatly explains the high price. The pool is 20 yards long with the deep side being 4 foot and 6 inch. It is one of the better pools I've swam at in a hotel. The area has a lot of nice restaurants and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The only downside of the stay is that the room is very small.

The worst elevator configuration I’ve ever seen. The architect should be sued. You have to go all the way up to top floor to get a different elevator to go to floors with rooms.

I enjoyed the expansive gym in particular! The elevator system is unusual - there are certain elevators which take you to the ground floor and others which take you to the rooms, which are in between the ground floor and the lobby. Once you got the hang of it, it wasn't a big deal.

The only fault I found with this hotel was the parking. Its under the hotel but to enter the garage it is around the block. It took roughly 20 minutes to find the garage.

Nice, clean and modern room. Hotel seems newly renovated with gym and pool and tennis court. The outdoor bar area is relaxing/lovely and you can see Manhattan. But its a weird set up with the elevator. Lobby is on the 12th floor and you'll have to take a different elevator to go to your own floor which are below and you can't exit the hotel unless you go back to the 12th floor again and switch elevator. Speaking of lobby, unless I missed, I didnt see any sign/directory by the elevator bank on the ground floor that says lobby is on the 12th floor. And the staff at the door didnt mention to us either until we asked. Front desk staff was a bit rushing.

The worst hotel in flushing that I had ever have. First, the parking is not owned by the hotel, it is the mall’s parking lot and you have no privilege to get your car in and out. I asked customer service and front desk, no one even know how much I will be charged if I park over 24hrs. Second, you will need to call the front desk and asked for the toothbrush and slippers. Lastly, my room is at the end of the hall, I think my room is next to the storage room or what, during 3:00am, someone kept knocking the wall. It just crazy, it is not worth for the price at all

I was looking for hotels around the area that had a pool. I paid more than what I usually pay so I could relax at the pool during my stay. Even thought the hotel’s website says they have the pool open from April to September, the pool was closed with no explanation during my stay. I could have stayed at another hotel without a pool and saved money

Everything great except the elevators are confusing and/or not working.

Good location but not clean, the table had the dirt juice sticky spots left from last guests we guess. Feels like did not clean throughly. The room area is smaller than others. Also the drain was clogged up although they repaired after reported. In summary the worst one through our five nights trip here.

The hotel room was exceptionally clean and well organized. We loved how neatly everything was placed. The front desk on the 12th floor was excellent along with the building fire safety director who assisted us on the ground floor when checking in was also very friendly and accommodating. The rooftop restaurant / lounge had excellent food and drinks and the ambiance was very nice as well. Nicest hotel in Queens as far as we are concerned.

The floor in our room was sticky, making for a gross experience after showering. Smaller details like water stains and dust left on the mirror make me think cleanliness wasn’t a priority. Staff was awesome and very kind. The gym is amazing and I wish it was warm enough to play tennis on the rooftop. The area is good, very Asian area with awesome food and street vendors all around which we enjoyed. Overall a great property with some unfortunate oversight of room cleanliness.

Clean and helpful staff

We enjoyed our stay there. We liked the wood floor design (much better than carpet), We also liked the design where the toilet is separated from shower room, and the whole room looked clean and nice and the room also provides many little cloth hangers. However, there are two things that I think could be improved: 1. Our room's sink was kind of clogged, the water drianed very very slow, It defitenly needs maintenance. 2. When we take a shower, one of the corner glass enclosure leaked a bit of water, it defintely needs maintenance for this too.

The shower was dirty, full of bugs, and we couldn’t get hot water to run for at least 10 minutes. Also there was some terrible confusion in the valet, and although we ended up not using their valet services they tried to charge us. The guy at the front desk acted as though he didn’t believe me when I explained what happened, but rather that he was doing me a favor by removing the charge (even though they were wrong for charging me in the first place). For such a small, dirty room, I’d definitely think twice and find somewhere else to stay.

Great location, albeit a bit noisy from time to time due to the airport nearby. Nice shower with good water pressure and updated fixtures. Nice staff. The only complaint is the atrocious WI-FI. I could only stay on no more than five minutes and I would be kicked out. I got an invoice of $399 from the WI-FI charges after two nights of stay——of course the staff took it off. They sounded like this is known problem. Something should be easily done to rectify the situation. WI-FI is as basic as lighting or A/C for hotels today. If it doesn’t work as it should, it must be fixed right away, especially in the area where cell signal is weak.

The bed in my room makes a constant squeaking or creaking noise with even the slightest movement, which has made it very difficult to get a good night’s sleep.

Good customer service. Nice patio view with LGA airport runway and Manhattan. Moder room style, but no table and chair for work when needed. Wifi works ok, but uploading is extremely slow. Covered parking facility is good, but need to travel 5 minutes by foot. Location is not bad, but many constructions are going around the hotel. Shower and toilet are separated, which is good. It seems this hotel was open a year ago or so. Can't comment on breakfast as I didn't choose to eat there. I don't think this is a 4 star hotel, but overall decent.

Yikes. Avoid if possible. Property is in an area with human feces on the corner and around every turn there’s a dumpster that smells of rotten fish. The “valet” at the hotel gives you directions to self park because it’s the same place they would park the cars instead of doing it for you. You ride one elevator to the lobby, then have to take a separate set of elevators to the rooms-super inconvenient. Now, here’s MY experience with MY room. The AC vent blows in your face all.night.long. The tv, when turned off, still has the backlight on so the room isn’t completely dark. The bath”room” is not a room at all. You literally pull a curtain on the side of the room to get changed or get a shower. The sink drain ring was stuck so I kept having to stick my hand in a sink full of frothy toothpaste water so it wouldn’t overflow. It was loud. Planes coming in, traffic outside, trains, you name it. If you can avoid this area and hotel, do yourself a favor and get a good night of sleep somewhere else!

Stayed here for my first New York trip and it was close distance to the subway station. Be aware there is only a curtain to separate the bathroom from the bed area if you’re rooming with friends. But other than that, great stay!

The beds were not comfortable and the whole elevator switching to different floors thing was a bit inconvenient.

AC kept turning off throughout the night. Was during a heatwave and we had to wake up and reset the system every few hours at night because the room got too hot

For a single night prices are insane!!! Place doesn’t offer free WiFi at the insane price. Property located off a little FILTHY and I’m mean Filthy road!!!!! Ac either blows really warm humid air or extremely cold air and no way to adjust the vent from blowing straight at your face. Not a fat chance I’d stay at this place again!

The customer service was impeccable. From the security, to the valet, to the engineer and the front desk staff everyone was amazing! I wish I had spent more time.

Pool was not opened as advertised during booking. Room was nice, however asked for 30 minutes extra time for late check out and the lady at the desk told me I would be charged a half days rate. If I stayed over an hour extra I would be charged a full days rate and she was extremely dismissive and patronizing in telling me this. Definitely will not be back and I have to stay in flushing often for work. Side note two cocktails ended up being $55 at the bar in the hotel, bartender was very professional but it was insult pricing. Price elasticity for my stay in general was tested and it wasn’t a hospitable experience for that reason.

Shuttle was a great service! We felt very safe in the neighborhood. It was nice to be greeted when we came through the door each time. Check in was very welcoming. Initially, we were told we would be high up in a room and my husband and I we excited then the young gentleman told us no he couldn’t. Our view was of a construction site. The room itself was nice. The bed was very comfortable. The door to the toilet room was awkward. You couldn’t wash your hands unless the door was closed. A pocket door would have been better. And yes like the other reviews, the elevators are confusing. Love the 12th floor patio view. We enjoyed that every night. Love the champagne they offer at 7:30pm-8:30pm. However, the communication needs to be out there among the staff. If you are goi g to charge $17 for a martini, at least make it good and add a garnish! Your bartender’s need to have experience. We pay a lot for a drink! We waited an hour for coffee and cream when we called the front desk. When I called back, they came up right away. Thanks Abbie for the $10 credit for listening to your customers and making up for a bad experience. Overall, we loved the modern vibe. We love the view outside on the 12th floor. Watching the planes coming in. We loved the nearby mall and walking distance to Citified. Next time, I would like to try the pool and Starbucks! With a newer hotel comes more opportunities for improvement. I would like to try them again.

The front desk did not check throughly about the booking. She insisted us had another booking which belongs to another individual and threatened to charge us. It took a few hours our valuable time to settle down the matter

Due to flight delays, I arrived at just after one in the morning. When I arrived, the front desk told me that my name did not match the reservation. They tried to blame Expedia, but Expedia had it right. Somehow, they got my name wrong and one in the morning., werevery reluctant to give me a room. Then, when I finally went to my room, even though the light turned green, the door knob would not open. At breakfast, I had to seat myself. I asked if the eggs Benedict could come with ham instead of salmon and I’d be happy to pay the same price. I was told that was not possible. I found I had a served myself coffee because my waiter did not. My orange juice was never refilled. If you like Chinese food, you will like the area, but if you’re looking for classic New York fair like deli, pizza, or bagels, you will be very disappointed. The hotel does not provide basic amenities like Q-tips or lotion. It is not a Bonvoy standard hotel but sometimes I think Bonvoy is not a Bonvoy standard hotel. I do not generally bash hotels, but this place really was a true disappointment.

Loved this hotel. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Great location. Walkable to great restaurants and it is a one minute walk to Tangram . Staff was very informative. Loved staying here.

Beautiful hotel. The rooftop patio is amazing! Rooms are very clean. Location isn’t great. Not a lot around the hotel and looks a bit sketchy. We were there for a concert so walked to/from citi field. Felt very safe.

The area around the facility is in the heart of Flushing's Asian community. The food, fashion, and languages is an immersion in Asian culture.

The hotel was not in the best location. We did not feel safe walking outside at night. Very dirty neighborhood.

Front desk was extremely helpful and friendly (12th floor) Room Hotel and were very modern and updated. If you’re looking for Asian food and atmosphere this is the area for you. We walked to the Mets game and felt very safe. Subway was close and convenient to use to get into Manhattan for the day. Be prepared for traffic

Located in the heart of Flushing Chinatown, plenty of dining options. Very closed to LGA airport, only 10 minutes away, or 25 minutes even with busy traffic.

My partner and I were very excited about our trip when we booked the hotel. Advertised were things like a great location, great restaurant, free wifi, and a free shuttle that would pick you up from the airport. I called a week before the reservation to inquire about the shuttle service and the first thing I was met with was an apathetic staff telling me immediately they only picked up from LaGuardia. Understandable the hotel is very close to LaGuardia. Last week, my partner and I checked in and were excited to spend time together. After setting up our room we decided to go up to the Prime Met (the restaurant on the rooftop) and were seated hastily. Looking at the menu I was excited to order, however after waiting almost an hour for a server to come and ask us for our drink order the anticipation of receiving the meal made me irritable. The server brought us one glass of water for the table and had to be reminded twice for my drink order. I ordered a salmon that had so much wasabi it felt like I was going to cry the whole time eating it. The area around the hotel felt very unsafe, there was broken glass all over the entrance and the surrounding 37th Street. Garbage, boarded-up buildings, and cars that seemed to have been broken into. From the 8th floor, there wasn't much to look out for except for nearby construction and the airport. We tried not to let that tamper the mood, except finding out the free wifi was only for Marriot Bonvoy members and minimum USD12.99 otherwise. I

Comfortable, clean, quiet for sleeping. Free breakfast was good and various options available. Bar/restaurant onsite is small and cozy. Much appreciated! Also, shuttle took us to the Prudential Center which was great!! Highly recommend a stay here!

Great gem of a hotel in Queens! Highly recommend. Fantastic food, coffee shop is great, cocktails were amazing. Terrace overlooking the city with the VW bus is SO COOL.

Loved the Renaissance! The room was immaculate - so clean. The staff was top notch. The rooftop restaurant/bar was exceptional - bartender Jean was so good! I loved sipping my drink in comfy chairs and watching the planes take off and land. I would totally stay here again!
