The only small problem was that when our room was cleaned the staff only left one bath towel and did not replenish the milk for coffee. Staff were very quick to bring these when we called.

Dear Four Seasons Jakarta Management Team, I am writing to formally express my disappointment regarding a highly unacceptable experience during our recent stay at your hotel. I chose Four Seasons Jakarta specifically to celebrate my parents’ anniversary, expecting a memorable and comfortable experience that reflects the reputation of your brand. Unfortunately, what occurred was deeply disappointing and frankly unacceptable for a hotel of this standard. When my parents attempted to use the soap in the shower, they discovered that it was visibly molded. As their English proficiency is limited, they informed me of the issue and I contacted your staff to request a replacement. While room service promptly delivered two new bars of soap, both replacement soaps were also molded. What concerns me even more is that my parents did not inform me that the replacement soaps were also unusable. They did not wish to trouble me again, nor were they confident in explaining the situation in English. I only discovered this issue later, while assisting them with packing their luggage. This situation reflects a serious lapse in housekeeping quality control. Molded toiletries should never be present in a guest room, let alone delivered again as replacements. Such an experience not only undermined the purpose of our celebration but also caused unnecessary discomfort and disappointment for my parents.

Our suite was beautiful with a nice view and an extremely comfortable bed. The staff was so nice and helpful and truly made us feel welcome. The service was always fast and everything just went so smooth during our stay. We celebrated our anniversary while we where there and after the staff became aware of this, they made sure to make our stay even more memorable with a surprise in our room. We will definitely come back if we get the opportunity.

The service was absolutely amazing and I was made to feel so welcomed. Everyone was so thoughtful which I think really separates the Four Seasons from other 5 star hotels. I celebrated my birthday with a trip to Jakarta and was tossing between a few hotels and so glad I decided on the Four Seasons. They made me feel extra special on my birthday! Not to mention the hotel itself is gorgeous and in a great location and feels very safe. Definitely recommend!!

Overall our experience was very good. The staff and service was fantastic. The only exception was the Alto restaurant where our experience was terrible - the food was extremely poor and we did not eat it. Equally the service in the Alto restaurant was well below the rest of the hotel. That was the only poor experience and they let the rest of the hotel down. Overall aside from that, our experience was great.

We stayed for 3 nights on a family trip. Both rooms were well appointed, service was excellent, the restaurants were top notch, with breakfast being a standout. The welcome fruit platter and macarons were a nice touch and the fresh floral arrangements in the lobby infused the whole reception area with a lovely fresh fragrance.
