I was disappointed with the service at the reception. The two female staff members were unfriendly and had very unpleasant facial expressions. Their attitude clearly showed a lack of hospitality and professionalism. They spoke to us in a rude tone and seemed irritated, which made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. Good service starts with a positive attitude, especially in the hospitality industry. Unfortunately, this experience did not meet expectations.
