It was perfect! I now understand why reviewers were so good. This place knows what is important -- very clean, well-managed hotel with attention to details. The bed and the furniture (sofa) was so comfortable, and bedding/towel/amenities are just top quality (they provided Le Labo amenities). The breakfast was simple but extremely good. They have a restaurant by Michellin Star Chef --- we had dinner before arriving to this hotel and regretted so much. I also used a swimming pool, which was very private and well managed (water was so clean). We really enjoyed our stay there and definitely want to come back. Super highly recommended.

Awesome boutique hotel for those looking for an option in the area that is not as large and family oriented. Carefully curated amenities remind me of higher end city hotels. Only draw back is that the fitness center isn't too practical, and not always in good repair.

Extremely clean, spotless, check-in was breeze and we were greeted with state of the art entrance that looks more like coming into a brand shop. Amenities were great, fitness was equipped with Technogym treadmills and cycles, extremely organized Salt and the cellar by Akira Back is a contemporary, fancy restaurant that serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Definitely try it out, AK Cigar dessert is a must. Thanks for having us with wonderful service, hoping to be back again.

We stayed at the wonderful Ette hotel in Kissimmee, FL last week, March 13-17. It now ranks as one of our most favorite hotels. Everything is impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, and the greatest attention to detail is obvious. The service from front desk, to housekeeping, to restaurant is excellent. The food is beautifully presented and delicious. The spa is luxurious and the exercise room, pool and garden area are all beautiful. The artwork, plants, and fresh floral bouquets in the public areas and in our room are amazing. The Lipa Rooftop sushi bar is open on Friday and Saturday evenings so we missed enjoying that experience. The lake with a beautiful fountain and walking trail is lovely. This is a most elegant hotel.

My husband and I had an amazing stay at Ette! The room was clean and spacious. The walls/door are thick enough that block off all the noises in the hallway or rooms next door. The hotel provided filter water in glass bottles for free. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Parking is easy and free. There are 3 EV charging spots. Not sure if they are free but at least they are available. Highly recommend it!

Everything was great other than the pool closing at 8 pm. The lighting in the room was a bit dim and the magnifying lit mirror in bathroom was not usable. It was activated by motion, but the sensor does not face you. Other than that, it was really good

Fantastic! As a person who hates staying at hotels, for fear of cleanliness I have to say this place was immaculate. The gentleman who checked us in was extremely friendly, and helpful, as was all the staff I came in contact with. Bed was also super comfortable. Would absolutely stay again.

The staff and management are all extremely conscientious and friendly. Every need is responded to promptly and with a "thank you." We met the owner, by chance, since she's always on site, and she was as friendly as imaginable. And helpful. The hotel is modernistic, but warm. The food is great, and we aren't big Asian foodies, but found the fusion more than workable. The facilities are spotless.

What an amazing stay! Everything, from check in to check out was perfect. I was super impressed with the level of cleanliness, attention to detail and professionalism and friendliness of the staff. Poloko was very welcoming and made our check in a breeze. Gino was also very helpful and accommodating to our requests. We had breakfast at the hotel twice, and both times were amazing, the food and healthy juices were so delicious and the servers, Haziel, Gabriela and another gentleman I forgot to get his name, made our breakfast experiences a delight. They also had an amazing musician playing classical Disney tunes on a beautiful piano at the lobby. Mariela at check out was the cherry on top! She was very nice and helpful, and if it wasn’t for her suggestion for us to get to the airport and hour earlier than we had planned, we would have missed our flight. We had no idea how crazy long it takes to go through security at MCO. Thank you all for making our stay such a memorable experience. We’ll definitely be back and try more of all the amazing things this hotel has to offer.

Our family of four had an amazing time staying at the Ette Hotel for two nights! This is a true 5 star hotel. Soon you walk in the lobby, you will be impressed by every detail surrounding you. The hotel is luxurious and comparable with the four seasons hotel on many aspects such as cleanliness, staff hospitality, etc. we had dinner, lunch and breakfast in the hotel and food is amazing! Bed is super comfortable. I love everyone there especially Emily who served us the food was so kind and cheerful and attending details! The location is so close to Disney and all shops and restaurants. I cannot wait to go back!

This hotel has a nice lobby and the rooms were clean and it was made to look very staged, but it’s very small and right off a main road. Not five stars at all. Parking lot views. 600$ massage? It was a beautiful place when you walked in, but it was like having the nicest home in a not so great area. If I was to stay in a 5 star resort, I expect the amenities. I don’t just expect a room to be nice, that’s a given. There was 1 restaurant that I saw. Breakfast included from extra was a buffet style continental. I would stay again, but not for the price I paid and not if I wanted a luxury weekend, as I expected.

Clean hotel near Disney. Located off strip mall highway. Lobby and public space upscale as many boutique hotels are Reception and check out poor. Same employee. Acted so put off at check in as I left my wallet at home and had to give my husbands I'd and credit card. Interrogated me and asked when I can get my IF. If I were close enough to my wallet I would not be staying at a hotel would I! Seemed so annoyed that we had to sign authorization for me to change things on my husbands credit card At check out same attitude. I asked for receipt as there was a mix up on my breakfast bill. No email came of my receipt and I asked for printed copy. Again the same attitude If this employee is the best this hotel can present as first face of welcome the hotel is doing something wrong. Won't be back.

This hotel is absolutely fantastic. We stayed for vacation that happened to be during the hurricane. The level of attention to detail and the way the staff treated us was nothing short of 5 star service. Leo was terrific in making sure we had all we needed. There was nothing missed the entire trip- every detail is spot on. We loved this hotel and will be recommending to everyone we know.

I have a service animal for medical reasons, and upon check-in, I was surprised to be questioned about his legitimacy and the specific medical service he provides—questions that violate my privacy and HIPAA regulations. Additionally, I was informed that I would be charged for his stay, along with a cleaning fee. I had to clarify that service animals are not considered pets and cannot be subject to additional charges. Despite this, I received two separate calls about the issue on my first night, making for an unpleasant experience. This was my fourth stay at this property with my service animal, yet it was the first time I faced such an issue. The Ette was a fantastic experience for my daughter and I as we were in Orlando for The Summit cheer competition. The hotel is beautiful, everything done perfectly, and the staff was the best we’ve ever encountered. They were also so incredibly sweet to my daughter each day wishing her good luck and asking her how she did. The breakfasts were delicious, the rooms so comfortable, and the entire grounds impeccably kept. We’ll definitely go back!

Our stay at ETTE was great, and Leandro, who assisted us at checkout, really stood out. He was both friendly and professional, and his thoughtful farewell added a personal touch that made our departure feel special. ETTE itself offers a calm and elegant setting, perfect for relaxing after a busy day at the parks. Excellent hotel for getting to Disney parks. Hotel staff were friendly and very pleasant and genuinely cared about the guests. We arrived early for our check-in and had to leave little late than check-out time due to flight delays and they accommodated getting us a room with early check-in and a late check-out. The staff at the restaurant were super friendly and were caring and delighted us during our visits. The wait for food is lite longer than usual for lunch and dinner, but thejr service was excellent. The maids were very caring and the room was well cleaned and in top shape. We'll definitely revisit in the future.

The hotel are the face of it has everything it’s needs to be luxurious, however after staying a few days you begin to realise they are concentrating on the wrong things. We on more than one occasion waited at a table either in the bar or lounge and watched staff walk round aimlessly rather than serve us. At one point I was in need of service and watched one cleaner and one manager clean a plant for 20 minutes. It’s a very nice and pleasant hotel and the staff are warm and polite however they need to focus on service.

When we arrived we were given a room upgrade, but that appeared to mean only that we were on the top floor(6), as there was nothing larger about the room. It’s still a very nice room and the bed was so soft and comfortable. Lots of nice toiletries offered as well. The gentlemen who checked us in (Marcus, I think) was very accommodating and told us about all of our options at the hotel during our stay, from the spa to Sunday tea. I gave it 4 stars because we didn’t live the area- not that it was dangerous because it was fine - it just didn’t feel like the location for a 5 star boutique. It was super convenient to Disney though, so I will give it that, and at a fraction of the price of other 5 start resorts. We also had dinner at Salt and The Cellar, which was tummy, but the drink list might give you sticker shock. If you plan to enjoy some libations, know ahead of time that this is where they make their money. The presentation is fabulous though.

I highly recommend the Ette Hotel, especially for couples. It’s a lovely hotel, very modern and clean. The gym is nice and the staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast was not great.. that’s the only minus. The servers were nice but the kitchen was not meeting our expectations (cold food, long wait, etc.)

I absolutely loved this place! It is so clean, charming, & beautifully decorated. The set-up and design of the rooms was so thought out and not a single detail was missed. The room had amazing linens, high-end bathrobes, toiletries and slippers. I was offered turn down service with fresh water every night and my room was always nice and clean when I returned at the end of the day. I love that's it's family owned - the owners did such a great job at making me feel at home. The restaurant has incredible food and service was superb. My only complaint is that the drinks are overpriced and the continental breakfast should be free. I paid $25 for my daughter and all she had was a box of cereal and an apple. This hotel is every bit of it's 5-star rating.

This hotel is a hidden Gem. Loved my two day stay. The only thing I wasn’t crazy about was the breakfast. For 27$ the Buffett isn’t worth it. But overall great experience, I’ll come back for sure

overall is great. breakfast for room service is great. dinner is not recommended because lack of stuff and very slow service. Waited 30 minutes for menu and just water. Love the room and everything about it.
