Really had a great time here with my family in the 3 bed condo. Resort grounds were beautiful, the water park was a blast and the free bus shuttle service around the campus was amazing. That said, the villa itself could have used some TLC. The entry door looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months. The couch had a bunch of stains on it and the shower in the master had mold. Overall I enjoyed the stay, and this is an easy 5 stars if they kept it up better.

Loved the property it was huge, but I didn't care for raccoons and wildlife, also waterpark closed early, bars and restaurants closed early . Rooftop pool closed at 4pm while the bar stayed open til 10 , I wanted to do a night swim. Pool that stayed open to 11 pm was nice but the bar and restaurant closed by 5 pm , it made no sense. No activities for children , just sports activities golf, bocce ball and tennis . Not super kid and family friendly , good for Golfers or ppl into certain sports. Property and room was immaculate and spacious. If you want something vibesy and kid friendly look elsewhere

The shuttle service was the best feature! It was nice to be able to order it and get a wait time instead of other hotels where you have to walk to a bus stop and hope it comes shortly/ there’s room. The map doesn’t really show the pool sizes and there’s no real pictures online. I think people would book if there was more photos. Overall the place was clean and staff was friendly. Was our first time and we will def be back next year!

Globalement le complexe est tres propre et agréable. Nous n'avons pas pu profiter du water parc du fait des horaires très réduits. Gel douche de la douche vide. Stores des chambres que nous n'avons jamais pu baisser. Une alarme stridente qui se déclenche à plusieurs reprises à 7h du matin. Cependant l'appartement était très propre et fonctionnel.

This place did not disappoint. We were greeted and assisted by very helpful and friendly staff. The home we stayed in was amazingly roomy, had essentials like cookware, dishes, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent etc. Since their waterpark was closed for construction they gave us complimentary access to another resort’s waterpark that was even nicer. Public and Aldi is nearby to shop for groceries for your stay as well. We will definitely be staying here again in the future!

I loved the 3 bedroom apartment we rented however the so called water park consisted of 1 working slide and a lazy River that had only deflated tubes available. Half of the park was closed. The rest of the “10 pools” they advertise were very dirty!!! Btw…there is 9…very hard to find…and not very Devine!!!

While the unit was spacious and comfortable for a family of 5, this appeal was offset by 2 issues.. Outside of building Q, directly in front of our room an alarm was going off upon arrival… I called and security soon came and turned it off.. And for 6 consecutive nights, I had to call for the same issue. 2 nights nobody came leaving those in the front room aggravated. Very poor customer service experience without so much as an apology. Secondly, while not a big deal, the trash area across the way was overfilled, (including a sofa dumped on the side) raccoons were scavenging and it was pretty unsightly. Surely something could be done to better manage. The only other thing, not an issue but an inconvenience was we were placed in an accessible unit, without the option to change.. had I known that we may be housed in an accessible unit, I would have contacted the property in advance, requesting a regular unit … overall, the stay was just ok

The pros are that we liked that the villa we stayed in was big and comfortable. The amenities around the resort were great and we had a wonderful time. The negatives are that one of the bathrooms had a bunch of hair on the shower wall. The ice maker made a loud noise that sounded like a lawnmower. We called maintenance and he made it less noisy. Some of the ceiling fans were loud and rattling so we couldnt use them when sleeping.

The amenities are great. Really liked how large it was, great for groups. Staff is amazing and responsive. The outside of the buildings have mold on them and are due for a good power washing. Would stay there again despite that!

We travelled for 1 week with our family of 5 (2 adults and 3 teens). This was the most spacious suite weve had and loved everything about it. The 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms were a huge asset. We loved the kitchen as we could buy food and snacks to not have to eat out at every meal. Appreciated access to chilled filtered water and ice as well from the fridge. Our view of the pool was awesome and such a quiet complexe. We loved the extra large porch. Access to all attractions were easy and light traffic. We will definitely be back and loved our stay!!

Very nice community… room sizes were great and unit is very spacious and comfortable for a family… much nicer than a traditional Hotel room. Great on site pools and water park. You do need a car if you are planning to go to the Disney parks and attractions (or you have to Uber). They do have a daily shuttle but the times are very limited. You also may want a car to grab groceries (unit has a full kitchen) and/or to grab dinner at an area restaurant. Community does have food options on site as well… very nice breakfast buffet if you want to have a nice breakfast before heading to area attractions.

Great place for a vacation or staycation. Check in is a bit of a process and they will push you to try to do a timeshare presentation but they accepted when I said no 4x. The waterpark was nice, limited hours. The other pools are nice. Restaurants and food options close earlier than I would have liked but the drinks we did get were reasonably priced and delicious! Staff were friendly and the room was clean and well stocked. Well maintained, close to shopping and things to do.

I would love to give this hotel an actual rating if me and my family actually got to stay at the resort. Instead I have to give it a one star for the ordeal they put us through. We arrived at our check in date only to be told that our reservation was cancelled and we were rebooked at another hotel that we did choose. We were never notified of this change or given any options on where else to stay and now we have to dish out more money at the new hotel because they charge for the amenities that we originally had included in our stay. Not only that the staff gave us no opinions instead of calling numbers that sent us to automated messages that would just hang up. Instead of enjoying our vacation with my family we were meet with people who did not care help and wanted to push the blame on others. The customer service we received at both hotels was not at any level that is sufficient for the issue we had no control of. Now I don't know if I will ever stay at this hotel knowing the practices they will do if they make an error and make the customer pay for it. I will also never recommend this hotel to any of my friends or family. Very disappointed in this whole situation and was really looking forward to stay at this hotel with my family just to lead to a nightmare situation.

Great property. Frustration simply stems from being led into a timeshare pitch. When we arrived at check in we were told, we had to put a deposit down to take a "tour". In which we would see the layout of the property and it would be fun for the kids. I questioned if it was necessary. We were told yes. I questioned again when we were told it was 15 miles from our condo. Not understanding why we had to leave if it was a tour of the property. We arrived the next day, to the surprise of a 90 minute timeshare presentation. They were surprised we had the kids. There was no tour. To there credit we we excused from the presentation, on the fact we had be mislead for a "tour". No where on the expedia booking was a mandatory timeshare presentation. Very frustrating way to start our vacation.

It wasn't perfect, microwave didn't work, but staff sent someone right away. He was courteous, professional, and very knowledgeable. He arrived assessed the microwave and had a replacement installed and the clock set in about 15 minutes. There were some guests that where messy but the staff quickly took care of it! Ran out of coffee filters so I called to see where the closest place to get some more would be. 20 min later there was a knock on the door with coffee filters 930 pm at night! These folks are awesome!

Chose this resort for the pools, but only 2 are for the short term guests and the waterpark closes at 4:30. If youre out all day at parks, you won't get to use this. Also didn't realize how big the resort is; there's really nothing walking-distance to get a beverage or snack, we had to go to a 7-11 or Publix a few mins away by car. Condo was nice and we appreciated having laundry in the unit. Having a restroom for each bedroom was great, too. Deck was large and had a dining table. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes, glasses, and some basic cookware. Restaurants in the resort book quickly and there's very little else nearby. No fault of the resort, but it's hard to navigate the area and there's nothing to do in the evenings. If you plan to spend daytime hours here, it's great, but if you have full itineraries, perhaps look elsewhere.

Initial planning suggested it was 2 minutes walk from Main Reunion Resort - when it is approx 30 mins. Shuttle bus did counter that issue. It doesn't have any shops close, for those who are without a car. survived.

Very nice community… room sizes were great and unit is very spacious and comfortable for a family… much nicer than a traditional Hotel room. Great on site pools and water park. You do need a car if you are planning to go to the Disney parks and attractions (or you have to Uber). They do have a daily shuttle but the times are very limited. You also may want a car to grab groceries (unit has a full kitchen) and/or to grab dinner at an area restaurant. Community does have food options on site as well… very nice breakfast buffet if you want to have a nice breakfast before heading to area attractions.

Great place for a vacation or staycation. Check in is a bit of a process and they will push you to try to do a timeshare presentation but they accepted when I said no 4x. The waterpark was nice, limited hours. The other pools are nice. Restaurants and food options close earlier than I would have liked but the drinks we did get were reasonably priced and delicious! Staff were friendly and the room was clean and well stocked. Well maintained, close to shopping and things to do.

Loved the property it was huge, but I didn't care for raccoons and wildlife, also waterpark closed early, bars and restaurants closed early . Rooftop pool closed at 4pm while the bar stayed open til 10 , I wanted to do a night swim. Pool that stayed open to 11 pm was nice but the bar and restaurant closed by 5 pm , it made no sense. No activities for children , just sports activities golf, bocce ball and tennis . Not super kid and family friendly , good for Golfers or ppl into certain sports. Property and room was immaculate and spacious. If you want something vibesy and kid friendly look elsewhere

I honestly think people who rate this property so low is miserable. What an amazing vacation. This resort is everything. I look forward to coming back next summer with my family. The staff is so friendly. The water park was so much fun. The Club House has amazing food! The room was spacious, clean, and had everything we need! Thank you Club Wyndham/ Worldmark for making this vacation incredible.

Our room was great! Clean and comfortable!! However.. the pool... the gym... the small lazy river all were too far to walk to... you had to get in the car and drive to these places. The website made it seem like all was a walking distance. Super disappointing!

The staff was great, the villa was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed for the stay. The water park was awesome for the kids, and we also enjoyed the mini-golf!
