The hotel is in need of maintenance, particularly in the bathroom. The shower was leaking water and partially flooded the room. In addition, the air conditioning was inefficient and quite noisy. On the positive side, the staff was kind, professional, and helpful throughout the stay.

Breakfast was lovely and it was nice to see animals there. This hotel is family run and it truly is a credit to the family and their vision. The family were so lovely accommodating and the service cannot be faulted. The owner was great when I was being difficult, she was so polite and helpful, she truly was a blessing. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and were completely wowed by our dining experience here in the evening. The food was sublime. I would recommend this gem to anyone travelling to Pisa. It is worth every cent. I wish this venture every bit of success. The ancient tree in the yard amongst the pastures was just another wonderful gem.
