Holiday Inn Morgantown - Reading Area by IHG

The bath drain was very slow. Breakfast bar was good. Staff was good. Had a problem with purchasing breakfast online. One day I was not feeling well and after waiting in line to speak to someone at the desk, was told I could not get anything "to go" from breakfast because it was 9:02 am. Really?! I also asked to return the next day's coupons so I could meet my grandchildren for breakfast closer to them and was told "No" because they were purchased online. Beware, there is no wiggle room when buying the breakfast coupon online - Also, it is the SAME PRICE when purchasing onsite. None of those things are explained on the website.

Great pool & hot tub (the pool has 8 ft deep end); however, it was disappointing that it was closed on our departure morning due to an "incident" the evening before. Our toilet was a bit wobbly on the floor, and folks in the hallway and nearby rooms/door slams could be heard clearly/loudly in our room. Other than that, it seems to be fairly newly renovated and well kept. The beds were comfortable - a bit on the soft side but still somewhat firm.

Hotel overall is in need of upgrading. very old fixtures carpeting etc.
