Nice apartment, well located. Slightly annoying being on 3rd floor without a lift, especially after 21k steps some days. Could've used some additional blinds, especially going into summer - was awoken by sunlight before 0630 every morning through the unguarded skylight. Generally though, a solid 7/10, serving the general needs for a long weekend.

This is a perfect place for tourists like me. There are restaurants nearby and the square is nearby as well. The apartment was clean and well-kept. I super loved our stay. I just hope there’s a lift. 😉

Lovely apartment with great facilities! Hard to get cases up without a lift etc. also no luggage storage so we had to pay for a local one but it wasn't too expensive! Only negatives noisy from people walking at time and no light on the first floor so when coming home late at night was quite dangerous! Very central location and they messaged when it's all ready with your code!

Dejlig hotellejlighed i rolige omgivelser, sove og badefaciliteter var i top, og det lille køkken var sparsomt men godt indrettet med div.køkkenting så man kunne klare sig. WiFi var nemt at etablerer og tillige var forbindelsen hurtig. Lejligheden ligger i gåafstand til en masse spændende spisesteder samt indkøbsmuligheder, alt i alt et sted hvor man får meget for pengene, og det får min varmeste anbefaling.

Spotless room, very comfortable bed and fabulous shower room. The room was lovely and warm. The location was excellent, in a quiet street a few minutes walk from the bus/tram stop and a 24hr Carrefour express where we could buy all the essentials. The only thing missing was a microwave or an oven to heat food up.

Property was very modern is a really lovely older building. Pros: -It was a good size for two people, bathroom was huge. -Location, everything in easy walking distance apart from the main train/bus station. Across road from Jewish Quarter, 10mins to old town -Really quiet and peaceful, hardly saw anyone else -Owner easy to get hold of and quick to respond. -Big fridge, two ring burner, coffee machine and kettle in kitchen area -Table and chairs outside door which was nice. Cons -The street the apartment was on looked very run down, it was a shock when we arrived -No microwave or toaster, both would have been welcomed. -Lack of towels, only two given but after asking for more owner gave us hand towels and a bath mat. -Entry was via code, I always feel very vulnerable with no extra locks, I feel that from a safely aspect I would feel better if there was a bolt on the inside so I could sleep easy knowing no one can get in. -A safe would have been welcomed too, so valuables could be locked away. Had to carry with me as I knew others knew the door code. All in all a good value place, in a good location.

Just stayed here for 4 nights. Perfect location for us. We could walk everywhere quite easily. Wawel castle is 5 mins walk away and so is the old town, with kazimierz (jewish district) just the other side. Decorated really nicely and appreciated the little touches like the hairdryer and iron. It is quite hard to spot on the street at first as its just a door with a street number on the wall. The only thing i would say is there is nowhere for luggage storage here so we had to keep it with us until check in on our arrival day, but we did manage to find a luggage storage cafe on check out day which worked well. The apartment are working on getting luggage storage so that should be great when its there. Overall a great place to stay and we would definitely come back if we ever returned to krakow.

This apartment was perfect for my boyfriend and I. We stayed here for 4 nights and we have 0 complaints. The check in was easy and quick. The whole place was spotless and really cosy. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who is planning on staying in Krakow 💖

Brilliant property, well maintained and modern. Exceptionally clean. Had all the essentials needed for a short break. Since the apartment was in a secure block it felt very safe. Would definitely stay here again, phenomenal value for money!

Location is so good! It only take around 10 mins to go Old Town by foot.However, the facility inside the room is worn. The shower door couldn’t close properly. And the bathroom light was flashing. The room is clean but will be glad if daily cleaning service can be provided. Room is suspicious with basic equipments. And the room’s sound proof is soso. You can hear people’s voice from other room easily.

This was my first ever booking at an apartment and I was so pleasantly surprised. The high ceilings made the space feel so much bigger (not that it was small). Loved the kitchen and the bathroom was exceptional! Will keep this location on my list when returning to Kraków!

Die Lage ist wirklich gut und ein Lebensmittelladen sowie Restaurants sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Apartments sind modern eingerichtet und schön. Allerdings ist es doch sehr hellhörig. Man hört es, wenn die Mülltonnen abgeholt werden oder die Nachbarn ihre Apartments verlassen. Im Apartment nebenan war eine dreiköpfige Familie untergebracht und man hat sehr oft gehört wie diskutiert wurde. Klospühlung der oberen Apartments hat man ebenfalls laut gehört im Badezimmer.

Excellent stay at Saint Agnes Apartments. Clean, comfortable and situated within walking distance of the centre. Beautifully clean and furnished. Bathroom was fabulous. We had apartment 102 and the only downside for me was that there was no window other than the door surround but otherwise I simply cannot fault it. I would happily stay again and would highly recommend to others - Thank you Saint Agnes

Die Unterkunft ist wirklich nett und sehr zentral gelegen, so dass man zu Fuß schnell alles erreichen kann. Der Check in hat wunderbar funktioniert. Wir hatten einen Standard Zimmer, mit dem wir an sich auch sehr zufrieden waren. Allerdings war das Zimmer wirklich sehr klein. Das Bad hatte kein Fenster und das Dachfenster in unserem Schlafzimmer hatte keine geeignete Jalousie, so dass man schon morgens um sechs hellwach war, da es im Zimmer so hell war.

The apartment was very small, but very clean. Unfortunately the wall's are very thin. We were kept awake for the 1st four nights due to the person in the next room having the TV on most of the night, Even when they were taking a phone call we could hear the entire conversation. They may aswell have been in our room with us.

I wish there was a better mattress, it was hard to sleep on springs poking you in the back. Other than that everything was good and it's close to the city centre.

Had a downstairs apartment and the noise from the family staying above us was terrible. There is no soundproofing so could hear the constant running and walking around. This went on for hours every evening. Could even hear their toilet flushing. The noise spoilt our holiday as went on every night, for hours. Stayed for 6 nights and had the same towels the entire time and no top up of toilet roll. There was nowhere to dry the towels and so we were drying ourselves with soggy towels after the second day.

Check in was a breeze thanks to the excellent communication. Super clean and very comfortable with such cool architecture! Close the Wawel Castle, Kazimere and Old Town. Would recommend!

If you wish to get in contact with the manager/owner with any problems, forget about it. They will not reply. And they will not help you. I tried contacting them several times and they just didn’t bother to reply or help me. The TV wasn’t functional for example in the room which was abit boring as the weather was horrible outside so then a TV would help so I wrote to the asking if they could help or fix the tv and no reply. I also asked to check out later. Same there. No reply. Also asked about luggage storage. No reply. Then again after check out I emailed again explaining that it is not acceptable not to give a reply. Same again. They didn’t even bother to meet the criticism and answer to me. That for me is unacceptable with such a bad costumer service. Sure room is actually amazing. Comfortable beds and lovely interior. Even some complimentary coffee and tea inside the room. Very clean and a lovely little patio outside the Deluxe room where you can sit under the roof. But customer service is lacking unfortunately

A great place - Saint Agnes Aparthotel was a perfect place for me and and my partner during our short visit to Krakow. The apartment was clean and equipped with all the amenities. It was easy to locate and checking in process was also smooth. Michal was spot on with his communication and very accommodating of our requests as well. The property is located bang in the centre of Old Town and we were able to walk pretty much everywhere. It is also connected really well with public transport and has several cafes and restaurants within a 5min walk!

Ottima struttura, gli asciugamani non vengono cambiati tutti i giorni e per farlo bisogna chiederlo. Noi non abbiamo avuto bisogno quindi non so se c’è un sovrapprezzo .

Hej, Telefonnummer som fanns på rummet för att nå personalen stämde inte. Det var stopp i vasken i badrummet och luktade mycket från avloppet. Annars fint rum och ganska centralt läge.

The apartment we staying in was lovely , comfortable, warm , clean. There was damage to the floor outside of the bathroom so the bathroom door could not close. This was conveyed to us on the day of checkin and we were offered an alternative apartment where the dates didn’t quite match up or 10% discount. Which was fair enough. I emailed back and received a reply the next day. In my opinion this was not soon enough. If I had asked for a different apartment I would have been stuck as we arrived very late at night. Also we messaged back after booking that we would be interested in some trips but we got no reply at all. I contacted hotels.com who contacted apartments on our behalf and was told they would speak to us about the trips on arrival. We heard nothing at all. Luckily we had gone ahead and booked trips ourselves. So communication could be much better.

Sehr gute Lage, alles sehenswerte in Krakau zu Fuss in wenigen Minuten erreichbar . Unterkunft selber ist sauber und ruhig.Rezeption ist keine vorhanden ist aber auch nicht nötig, alle nötigen Informationen bekommt man bei email. Preis Leistung passt hier perfekt gerne wieder

This place was clean. It was a hop, skip and a jump away from Wawel Castle, a short walk to market square and it was tucked away from the hustle and bustle. It was very quiet. I would definitely go back.

The apartment (no 3) was a lovely ground floor flat within a small gardened courtyard. It was clean, comfortable and very spacious. The location is a short (10min) walk from the Old town and the Jewish quarter - being located roughly between the two. We found this ideal and a good way to get our bearings on these two fascinating areas of the city. Would definitely use again and recommend to others.

Great place to stay. Location was perfectly between the old town and the pub area, but anyhow the room was really peaceful and quiet. Clean and modern rooms. Great service, quick and friendly.

Great location, nice complex of apartments, with kitchenette, no sitting area. Shower was okay, made noise regularly because switch didn’t quite lock/pipes? Nice garden area , easy access to apartment. Would love to see a coffee machine eg nespresso or similar Would happily go back but only if they change the beds, simply too uncomfortable mattress and rather small for 2
