The hotel is wonderful - great, spacious and modern rooms + a very nice rooftop and pool with a view of the city. Albeit small with only 3 sun chairs, the rooftop pool does have other lounge areas to sit and relax. It opens at 11 and closes before sunset, because they transform the pool area into a dinner lounge area that is very cool. Watching the sunset from there is epic. The staff is very helpful - they give you a small tour of the room and help with all luggage coming and going which is a small but valuable detail. I would personally opt out of the breakfast because there are so many nearby cafes which will cost much less than 40 euros per person for what is offered for breakfast. It also can be pretty slow service - they took 35 mins to make me two fried eggs that were ultimately too hard to be edible. This was the only hiccup here. Everything else was truly wonderful. A special thanks to the front desk young woman who gave me her personal recommendations for beaches nearby and told me how to get there and to watch for the gravel road. It was a great tip.

The hotel's location is very central and a short walk to the waterfront and numerous restaurants, cafes, markets and attractions. The only small thing is that it would have been nice if the room had a proper fridge as the minibar fridge is not cold enough to store food. Other than that, we definitely recommend this hotel to others and would stay here again when visiting Thessaloniki.

Very well located in central Thessaloniki. Staff very helpful. Well laid out with very good housekeeping. Botengo restaurant has good quality of food. En revne i et lagen af ældre dato blev hurtigt skiftet og som kompensation gav hotellet en dinner med vin i restauranten. Det var en virkelig god og smagsfuld oplevelse. Tak til køkken, tjenerstab og hotelledelse. Morgenmaden er perfekt. Stort udvalg og mulighed for at bestille æg i forskellige udgaver samt pandekager. Pool på toppen er ikke ret stor og ikke egnet til børn. Med lidt snilde og lidt mindre solsenge, kunne der sagtens blive plads til 5 senge mod de nuværende 3 og dermed give plads til flere.

We spent 2 night at the hotel at room 401. The hotel is brand new and very nice. Service is nothing less than outstanding. The hotel is located in the center of it all, a very short distance from all major attractions. We didn't have breakfast so can't comment on it (it was rather expensive and we preferred the many options on the street. the only 2 problems we found were: The noise from the street (windows are not double glazed and not soundproof, and the was a lot of noise late at night from the street, there is a club next the hotel and the garbage trucks). A low water pressure in the shower. while a the sink it was strong, the shower has very weak water pressure and it was not pleasant to take a shower like that). apart from that -is was a very nice stay and we still recommend the hotel to others.

Absolutely top of the line customer service. From the time we arrived until our departure every member of the hotel was exceptional in their service, hospitality and over commitment to taking care of their guest. Elena at the front desk to Sevi in the breakfast room and many others were phenomenal and made are stay all the more special and stress free. Nice new hotel in the center of the city , close to everything. Difficult to reach if you come by car or taxi, as the street is crossing the center and it is continuously blocked. It took us 20 or more minutes to make about 500m .
