The hotel was in a good location which is why we picked it, however the room was extremely small! The other thing that we didn't like was that the door doesn't actually "lock" until 1 minute after you leave. Breakfast was decent, coffee not so much. Staff was very helpful.

Super convenient for the tourist heart of the city, right beside Bergenhus Fortress, but just far enough from the bars to feel nice and quiet. Staff could not have been more friendly and helpful. Breakfast was lovely.

We booked the hotel last minute due to being let down by a booking we had made elsewhere, wasting 4 hours of our very short time in Bergen. Oda could see how upset we were upon arriving to the hotel and was incredibly helpful, ensuring our remaining time in Bergen was not hindered; making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. When we had issues with key cards late at night Favio was there to help, again making sure we had everything we need. The staff were fantastic. Rooms were great. The communal area was comfortable. The food selection at breakfast was fabulous. Location was perfect.
