The issue was parking. The management decided to dig up the whole back parking lot and to sell out the hotel which put the staff in a horrible position as there wasn't enough parking to cover the rooms they sold. Maybe digging up half the back parking lot would have helped the staff. I had to park under the entrance to the hotel as there was no parking spots available and i had reserved the room for multiple nights. Not fun for me or the staff trying to figure out parking for the rooms sold. They should have limited the rooms rented or figured out the parking without leaving the staff to deal with people thst didn't have parking for rooms rented. Serms like the management was more worried about money than figuring out where people could park. It sucks they got their money but didn't worry about the people paying to stay at the hotel.

This hotel has never let me down. It is very clean and the staff is very welcoming and friendly. There is a nice selection for breakfast and the fitness center has just enough equipment and it all works. My only issue this time was that I tried to print something in the "business center" and was unable to and there was no one at the desk to help us.

This is my "go-to" hotel when coming to Bangor. The location is quiet yet convenient to every where that I need to go. The staff is super friendly and the amenities are great - especially the breakfast. My only complaints would be that the fitness center is always too hot because it is connected to the area where the washing machines and dryers are and there is no way to adjust the thermostat.

Unfortunately they did not have hot water during our stay. Room was clean and had all the amenities I expect from this hotel. Unfortunately the breakfast was not as I had experienced in other Home2 suites.

Parking was convenient with ample spots even at the end of the day. Construction is being done to the lot adjacent to the property but, it does not impact the stay at all, just the aesthetics of the property. The cleaning staff do not enter the room to clean unless they are told to do so. Strange that this is no longer the norm. Ran out of towels, toilet paper and coffee... maybe just enter to check on the consumables to make sure they are restocked?

This is my go-to hotel when coming to Bangor. This time the hotel was full and it was so nice and quiet. The room was comfortable, the breakfast in the morning was more than satisfying and the fitness center was great. The only thing is parking is scattered around the building and one night, I almost could not find a place to park!!

I went to bed at 9 and was awakened at 10 with a loud banging from the register. It went on and off until 12:30 when i went to the desk and asked them to move us to another room. I was given another room and got to bed again at 1am. In the morning i asked about adjusting my bill and was told to leave my email and it would be done later. I left my name, phone number and email address and have heard nothing. I am very disappointed that I paid almost $200 for less then 4 hours sleep. There is a sign in the lobby that says to tell them if your dissatisfied and something would be done. We'll I guess that's not true. I'm very disappointed.

Nice room and comfy bed. Our TV wasn’t working and one of the employees from the desk came right up to our room to troubleshoot the issue. It ended up being a blown fuse which she took care of right away. Great service!!!

We were surprised how small the room was it was very hard for a family to walk around or pass each other. The beds were extremely close to each other and hard. The sofa bed in the living room is the width of a childs bed just fyi. So it was shocking ive never seen that size of a sofa before. I think we would call it a love seat. The extra blankets in our room in the closet were open and the pillow shoved in a bin so clearly it had been used and not replaced. Other then these things the staff were very friendly and id stay here if i had to but prefer a normal size room and sofa bed for a family

The first time we stayed here. The suite we had was perfect. It had plenty of space. Utilized every sleeping option available in the suite. Liked having a large refrigerator and access to plates, cups, silverware and glass ware. Had two large tvs which was also nice. Beds were very comfortable. Thank you it was a nice stay and I’d do it again.

The room was a little small for our family of three. The breakfast was ok but I did not see many gluten free options. I did not ask for them either but normally there are signs saying to as for gluten free. I also was not impressed with the $75 fee added for our pet which was non refundable. I do not mind extra fees but I like to know in advance. We booked our stay through hotels.com which we use often for business and did not see a disclosure.

We were not there very long. I chose the motel because I thought it was a full kitchen meaning a cook top too. We were disappointed about that. Aside from that, everything else was great.

The staff was excellent. Nikki at the front desk was helpful and polite. So was all the front desk staff. It was clean and organized. I do wish that you would upgrade the toilet paper.

I chose this place because multiple reviews said it would be quiet. This is mostly true: aside from the distant sound of the planes taking off, there's not much street noise. However, my last 24h here sucked. Here's what happened: - They booked a group of folks next to me in 201. I guess they allowed a group of underage kids to check in and throw a loud party with music and alcohol. Also, the minimum age to checkin is 21. I didn't get much sleep and had to go over and ask them to turn down the music. - My Expedia reservation clearly said checkout was at 11pm: I had a screenshot and showed it to the concierge. It turns out they made a typo and checkout is 11am. I was still forced to leave around 11am, many hours before my flight. - Room service walked into my room <1 second after knocking: I was still in bed and without clothes on. Not interested in coming back.

Staff was fantastic. Only problem was they didn't inform us that they don't clean you room. Needed to get extra towels, and was a little mad we had to make our bed. At these prices, you should have daily housekeeping.
