I booked a club room to have access to the club on 28F… which sadly doesn’t open any more in the morning, about the only time I would be able to enjoy it. This is disappointing and probably should have been communicated earlier, I might have made a different choice.

Next door to HKU station so a great base to explore Hong Kong- only a few minutes walk to the lovely central and western district promenade too! Rooms are compact but well equipped and beds very comfortable. Staff all helpful and cleaning was a good standard. Small pool and decent Gym on top floor. Good option and we really enjoyed our stay here.

Really friendly reception person. Room was clean and had all we needed. Excellent buffet breakfast with great selection and nice area to eat in with great outdoor light. Really friendly staff. Unfortunately pool is closed, temporary gym set up in a room was helpful.

This hotel was very disappointing. The room had a musty smell and the bathroom smelt like a urinal. Roof was covered in mould and the room was dirty. Extremely unhappy with our stay. I really don’t usually leave bad reviews, however I don’t want others to be fooled by the advertising on this site.

Hotel was easy to locate. Staff were friendly. While we encountered cockroaches in the hotel room, we informed the front desk staff, who acted swiftly and relocated us to another room that felt like an upgrade. Overall great experience. Thank you!

This was the fourth time we’ve stayed with Jen. Never disappoint. Friendly and helpful staff. Cleaning crew is among the best. The property is sparkling clean. Very comfortable stay as always. We will stay with Hotel Jen anytime we’re visiting Hong Kong.

Level of cleanliness is terrible. Lots of stains on carpet and surfaces (e.g. Desk, table top, toilet seat, etc.). Many of the stains are removable by wiping, so this is clearly lack of effort on the part of the staff. Lots of hair stains also left on the toilet cover on both nights that I stayed. I had the breakfast buffet which was very expensive for the level of spread and quality on offer. Much better off going to McDonald's next door. Location is good and near MTR but doesn't make up for the severe lack of quality.

The rooms DO NOT look like the pictures. The pictures looks like they were taken 10 years ago. Rooms are dirty and smelly. carpets don't look like they have been vacuumed in a long time, shower curtains were yellow and ceiling boards in the toilet were broken and misplaced. there were holes in the boards. Chairs in the room had some liquid stains and furniture where just dated and not well kept. The rooms are also kind of badly designed/old. No plugs near the bed so you cannot charge ur phone within easy access and switches for the room light are at the door only and not by the bed, so you would have to walk all the way to the door to turn off the light before getting to bed. Just overall a terrible experience. I won't recommend anyone to stay here.

Conveniently located near MTR and surrounded by eateries. Not the most modern rooms but very clean and comfortable. An in-room Nespresso machine would have been great. Staff were helpful and cheerful throughout with special mention to Benjamin, Leon and Sharon.

Love everything about this hotel & will definitely look at other JEN options when we travel due to the wonderful experience we had. They have all the amenities for the room and the shower was amazing. All the staff have been super helpful and friendly, especially Wai, who helped easy our stress of our flight getting canceled due to typhoon and rebooked at a time when the metro isn’t available. I also like the hotel doing their best to stay environmental friendly, such as providing water filter system in the room. It’s located half block from the metro and lots of food options near by.

Staffs at front desk are excellent. I really appreciate Leon for all his help and quick response. The property is a bit old, there is water dripping from tap after bath, and need to really try to push a bit more to stop the water from dripping. The road nearby is really rough for carrying big luggage to get through smoothly. So taking taxi or MTR are better than taking bus if you are travelling with big luggage.

MTR駅出口を出て徒歩1分、空港バスのバス停からも1分と、アクセスしやすい。トラム駅とバス停も徒歩2分程度なので、観光に便利。近辺には美味しいローカルな食堂が複数あり、食事にも困らない。スーパーやドラッグストアもすぐ近くに。スタッフも丁寧で、大型台風で帰国便が直前で欠航になり、急遽延泊を申し出た際も親身になって対応してくれた。ただ、部屋が工事中のフロアのすぐ下だったらしく、日中は工事の音がうるさかった。夜は静か。

JEN is a very nice hotel. I loved the convenience for getting around the city by MTR (the subway). When you get out of the exit, JEN is right around the corner. The neighborhood has almost everything such as dim sum take out, market, fast food restaurants, doctors, supermarket etc. The only Malaysian restaurant is on the 2/F. The foods and service are pretty good. There is a lounge, swimming pool and gym on the top floor. You may enjoy the excellent harbor view while you are working out. This is my 3rd time to stay in JEN. For sure will do it again when I come to visit my family next time.

I’ve stayed here before. Though the room is a bit small, it has everything u need. Nice.neighborhood, with plenty of dining spots, including McDonalds right across the street. The restaurant serves tasty Malaysian cuisine, though it’s not cheap. The biggest problem is the breakfast buffet is so overpriced for what u get.

The view from the hotel is nice. The building is very close to the exit C1 of the HKU subway station. There is a very good restaurant on the second floor. However the hotel is located in a very old neighborhood with a lot of old buildings. The hotel building is more or less just one of these neighborhood buildings. It is very difficult to find. The hotel is small. Each floor is basically just one short hallway with a few rooms on each side. Maybe this is not uncommon for a four-star hotel in Hong Kong. Yet it would still be a little surprising for anyone who is used to the four-star standards in America.

The hotel reception apologized for the food left in the fridge by a previous guest, and was very happy to give us free use of the lounge and free breakfast. The drinks and food in the lounge were very good and the breakfast was excellent. The hotel staff was friendly and kind. The rooftop pool was wonderful. I would stay there again.
