Actually staff are really great, caring and polite!! Breakfast are great, pools are great and the jacuzzi pools are nice for kids. my room is luxurious sea view but I am quite surprised that there is no bathtub in the toilet. My room costs HK7000 … 🙄 but no bathtub seems a bit not worth then

Our stay at Regent Hong Kong was nothing short of magnificent. From check‐in, Experience Manager Victor Mo made everything special: they upgraded our room when they learned of our wedding plans, personally escorted us, and even surprised us with a beautifully presented, delicious wedding cake that we both enjoyed immensely. The whole experience was something very special. The view of the harbour was amazing and the room was impeccable. During the road chaos after the fireworks display, a team helped us move a trolley full of suitcases to an accessible taxi pick up point. A walk of more than 15 minutes, among a huge crowd of people and pushing a heavy trolley. This was service above and beyond any of our expectations. The breakfast was fantastic and the staff were superb. This will be our hotel of choice during any further Hong Kong vacations.

We were 3 nights at Regent for the Lunar New Year. The room was excellent and very comfortable. The staff at front desk and room service were top. But the breakfast room did not correspond to a 5* hotel: the people were very noisy (like at market place); they speak (like shouting) loudly, and some of them have bad manner: they are pushy and even pick up foods at the buffet with their fingers to taste. The management and breakfast staff should take strict measures against this! I wonder if Lunar New Year has brought too many low class people to this 5* hotel. Apart of that the food quality at breakfast is not good (not at the 5* level), which is disappointing.

We were 3 nights at Regent for the Lunar New Year. The room was excellent and very comfortable. The staff at front desk and room service were top. But the breakfast room did not correspond to a 5* hotel: the people were very noisy (like at market place); they speak (like shouting) loudly, and some of them have bad manner: they are pushy and even pick up foods at the buffet with their fingers to taste.
