Exceptional hospitality shown by Sofia and her team. They greeted us at the taxi drop off location and helped us carry our luggage to the hotel. They tended to all our requests immediately during our stay. On our departure day, we had a 6:30am flight, so Sofia specifically dropped off to-go breakfast boxes for us the night before after her work hours. However, the to-go breakfast boxes only included a simple sandwich, a packaged juice and some packaged food items, which were no comparison to the standard hot breakfast normally served to our room. One disappointment was the outdoor private jacuzzi. Even though the weather was chilly and very windy during our stay, we still planned to enjoy the beautiful sea view from inside the jacuzzi. However, we couldn't get in the jacuzzi at all because the water was too cold.

Caldera Cliff Illusion was fantastic. Between the huge and delicious breakfast delivered to your door, the phenomenal view of the caldera from your balcony and jacuzzi (note the temperature is not that of a hot tub...but even in mid October with the strong sun and low 70s we preferred it as a warm plunge pool), the stunning sunsets, and great service, I don't know what we liked the most. It was enough out of Fira to be quiet but a 3-5 minute walk into town and right by excellent galleries, etc. It made our trip to Santorini special and we couldn't be more grateful to this fantastic hotel and its caring staff.

Love this property!! The views are amazing!! We booked this hotel on the recommendation of Sebastian from Greece Explained (Watch his videos!) This is a wonderful hotel. It’s a smaller hotel with only 9 rooms. We stayed in the executive suite and it was gorgeous! We had a private hot tub on our balcony with amazing views. Your stay includes a delicious breakfast that is delivered right to your room. We ate breakfast every morning at the table in our room looking out at the beautiful caldera view. This was by far my favorite hotel on our trip. The staff was very friendly and helpful. (Sofia is the best!) If you rent a car parking is close by. Will definitely stay here again!

Fantastic location and views! The pool was private and the breakfast was very plentiful and varied. The bed was very comfortable and the AC was strong, which we really appreciated with the heat wave.

Great property. Very close to the cable company, restaurants and stores. Great staff, ella was amazing. Breakfast was great, although same food everyday delivered to your room. Would definitely recommend. For this hotel, have your sneakers ready. Lots of walking/hiking. My only con was the hot tub was not hot enough during our stay. Its called a hot tub, not a warm tub.

Great location. Great staff. Hot tub doesn't work. Management didn't do anything to fix it. Stay elsewhere if you're chosing for the hot tub. But this location has amazing views and staff are truly great.

The property was nice and clean. The staff was attentive and very professional. The view from the property was amazing. The streets are cobblestone so it is a bit challenging for walking. Overall, I highly recommend staying at Caldera Cliffs Illusions.

This hotel was amazing! The staff was so kind and attentive from the wonderful receptionist, Sofia, to the housekeepers and people who served breakfast. The breakfast was fresh, delicious and big portion sizes. Perfect location in Fira being walking distance from basically everything. Very clean and tidy with amazing views. I wish we could have stayed longer!

The room is beautiful, very comfortable and the views are stunning. It’s such a good place to stay if you want to be in Fira, but also have a good night’s sleep free from all the noise. Walkable distance to everything in Fira, and to the main bus station which takes you everywhere else on the island. The staff is super friendly and everything is super clean. I hope to come back soon!

This hotel location is excellent. However we had a reservation that clearly stated caldera view but its caldera view was completely blocked by another unit and the ‘hot’ tub, not even warm. The water was cold. After our complaint, the owner said she will give me a free upgrade. But the upgraded unit is half of the size of my current unit. To be their credit, the view is perfect. However on the website that type of unit is only about 2/3 of price compare to the big unit I booked. If anyone care the view, do not book the unit with one king and 1 twin with 530 SQFT unless you have 3 people since that unit has worst view of entire hotel. Breakfast is very good. It was hot cooked and delivered to each room. This is only part that made me happy

We loved staying at Caldera Cliff Illusions! It is just outside of the busy area so it is pretty quiet. You are really close to your neighbors but that didn't bother us- everyone was respectful. Would definitely stay here again!

The staff were amazing! Sofia at the front desk was always ready to help us. We were sad to say goodbye to her! Ergi was also so helpful. He came to find us when we were lost and was always quick to help if we needed anything. Our cleaning lady was also very kind, and the gentleman who brought our breakfast and did maintenance. Excellent staff!

The hotel is nice, clean, helpful staff, great breakfast and amazing view. I highly recommend arranging transfer from port-airport through them, simpler, reasonably priced and they can help guide you to the hotel; they can also help carrying your luggage 😊. They contacted us via WhatsApp before our travels so we can arrange services prior to our arrival. We had a miscommunication and had to find our own transportation from the port where transporters are haggling and costs are quite high. Also, since the hotel is located in the smaller streets you can’t access via car. Our non-hotel-hired driver just pointed us in a direction to get there. Also the hotel doesn’t have any outside signage, making it difficult to find. We had loaded our maps and recognized the inside from the photos.

Ella helped us with so many things, including help us book excursions, and following up to make sure we arrived to our day trip locations safely etc. breakfast in the mornings was fantastic. The room is beautiful, very comfortable and the views are stunning. It’s such a good place to stay if you want to be in Fira, but also have a good night’s sleep free from all the noise. Walkable distance to everything in Fira, and to the main bus station which takes you everywhere else on the island. The staff is super friendly and everything is super clean. I hope to come back soon!

Caldera Cliff Illusion was fantastic. Between the huge and delicious breakfast delivered to your door, the phenomenal view of the caldera from your balcony and jacuzzi (note the temperature is not that of a hot tub...but even in mid October with the strong sun and low 70s we preferred it as a warm plunge pool), the stunning sunsets, and great service, I don't know what we liked the most. It was enough out of Fira to be quiet but a 3-5 minute walk into town and right by excellent galleries, etc. It made our trip to Santorini special and we couldn't be more grateful to this fantastic hotel and its caring staff.

The hotel is nice, clean, helpful staff, great breakfast and amazing view. I highly recommend arranging transfer from port-airport through them, simpler, reasonably priced and they can help guide you to the hotel; they can also help carrying your luggage 😊. They contacted us via WhatsApp before our travels so we can arrange services prior to our arrival. We had a miscommunication and had to find our own transportation from the port where transporters are haggling and costs are quite high. Also, since the hotel is located in the smaller streets you can’t access via car. Our non-hotel-hired driver just pointed us in a direction to get there. Also the hotel doesn’t have any outside signage, making it difficult to find. We had loaded our maps and recognized the inside from the photos.

We loved staying at Caldera Cliff Illusions! It is just outside of the busy area so it is pretty quiet. You are really close to your neighbors but that didn't bother us- everyone was respectful. Would definitely stay here again!

The property was nice and clean. The staff was attentive and very professional. The view from the property was amazing. The streets are cobblestone so it is a bit challenging for walking. Overall, I highly recommend staying at Caldera Cliffs Illusions.

This hotel was amazing! The staff was so kind and attentive from the wonderful receptionist, Sofia, to the housekeepers and people who served breakfast. The breakfast was fresh, delicious and big portion sizes. Perfect location in Fira being walking distance from basically everything. Very clean and tidy with amazing views. I wish we could have stayed longer!

We had the best time here. The staff was so friendly and welcoming. It’s close enough to the square to easily walk and far enough away for some peace and quiet once the sun goes down. The staff was absolutely amazing and made us feel special the whole time. The breakfast is unbelievable and room service excellent.

Exceptional hospitality shown by Sofia and her team. They greeted us at the taxi drop off location and helped us carry our luggage to the hotel. They tended to all our requests immediately during our stay. On our departure day, we had a 6:30am flight, so Sofia specifically dropped off to-go breakfast boxes for us the night before after her work hours. However, the to-go breakfast boxes only included a simple sandwich, a packaged juice and some packaged food items, which were no comparison to the standard hot breakfast normally served to our room. One disappointment was the outdoor private jacuzzi. Even though the weather was chilly and very windy during our stay, we still planned to enjoy the beautiful sea view from inside the jacuzzi. However, we couldn't get in the jacuzzi at all because the water was too cold.

Great property. Very close to the cable company, restaurants and stores. Great staff, ella was amazing. Breakfast was great, although same food everyday delivered to your room. Would definitely recommend. For this hotel, have your sneakers ready. Lots of walking/hiking. My only con was the hot tub was not hot enough during our stay. Its called a hot tub, not a warm tub.
