The rooms are big and clean! The receptionist we had at both check-in and check-out (we’re pretty sure the first one we had was called Martina) made us feel very welcome!

Wonderful apartment - very newly renovated and in excellent condition. Lots of thoughtful amenities and a super comfortable stay. The property couldn’t be in a better location - wouldn’t hesitate to book again if I return to Verona!

The kitchen was well equipped and lavazza coffee machine was great. I especially loved the brand new microwave oven and extra space in 2 wardrobes. I will absolutely be back if I come to Verona and will look at Oriana hotels elsewhere I would say the shower head was a bit loose and limescale and some corners need deep cleaning for Stains but it was excellent condition Staff were friendly and smiley and the restaurant suggestion was great
