El hotel regular, sin agua caliente para bañarse, la comida buena, el colchón de la cama horrible, super viejo al sentarme en la orilla de sumía por completo, la ubicación buena pero la alberca es lo peor. La alberca totalmente turbia, el piso super resbaloso porque estaba todo lleno de moho, un asco, al bajar por los escalones era tanto el moho que me resbalé.

The staff were all warm and friendly and helpful. It felt like being part of a small community. There was a peaceful or restful ambiance. Loved the free morning yoga classes and they were held in a beautiful space so conducive to this type of class. Also enjoyed the mid day water aerobics classes which had a sense of bonhommie with the guests/participants. Our room was spacious, comfortable and colourful. Enjoyed yummy and healthy breakfast options. Overall, a sense of relaxation, like an oasis each time we opened the gate to the property. Beach a short easy walk nearby.

Excelente!!! Si pudiera colocar más estrellas lo haría, creo que este no es un hotel es una casa donde te sientes en familia, todo el personal muy amable, la comida del restaurante excelente, los martes hay una sorpresa para los huéspedes, no lo diré descubranlo, además tiene una ubicación muy buena, a dos cuadras de la playa y cerca de las zona de bares. La cereza fue que te prestan sillas y sombrilla para cuando vayas a la playa. Los cuartos son mini Depas, con todo lo necesario. Sin duda un buen lugar en puerto escondido. Muchas gracias !!! Regresaré :)

We've been to PE before and when we decided to come back we found Casamar online and decided to give it a try. We were not disappointed. So much so that we've booked again for next year. The property is a real gem, self-contained and immaculately kept. Most units have kitchens and outdoor spaces. There is an on-site restaurant, a spa, yoga and aquafit as well as 24hr staff. PE is a great town with lot to do and see, but Puerta Zicatela is even better. Don't miss the whale/dolphin trips. Thanks to Willis, Ted, Luis, Nora and so many other great staff.

Buena ubicación, agradable . Muy atento el personal de recepción. El único inconveniente fue que a la alberca le falta buena limpieza aún que no utilicen cloro es importante limpiar mecánicamente , el fondo esta resbalo si por los residuos acumulados . Si les falta medidas de higiene .

El hospedaje fue muy placentero, las habitaciones están muy limpias y muy bien equipadas. El lugar cuenta con estacionamiento y eso es un plus ya que es indispensable contar con un vehículo para moverse por Puerto Escondido. El trato con el personal del hotel fue muy cordial y atento, te sientes como en casa. Mi única queja fue que me dieron una habitación muy escondida y con muy poca entrada de luz, cuando en la reservación se dio a entender que la misma estaba frente a la piscina del hotel. De ahí en fuera recomiendo mucho alojarse en Casamar Suites, la experiencia fue muy placentera.

Such a beautiful property! Eli was the young lady that helped me check-in. She gave me a great explanation about all the hotel amenities and what was nearby. The pool area was beautiful. Very relaxed vibe all around. They are a couple of blocks from the beach and lots of dining options. Excellent location. There are amazing food options a short cab ride away. However, they also have a small restaurant inside of the hotel that serves typical Mexican food. Portions were good, food was delicious, and it was fairly priced. Room was nice and well kept. I didn’t take advantage of yoga, but nice to see that they offer it. Appreciate that the pool was open until 10pm each night. Looking forward to visiting again!

Les points positifs: - La localisation est parfaite, à 1 minute de marche de la plage et de la rue principale de la Punta où l’on retrouve boutiques, cafés, restaurants et bars - Le prix est dans les plus bas pour les hôtels de la Punta - La chambre était propre et le room cleaning passait tous les jours pour changer les draps et vider nos poubelles (sauf une journée de notre séjour, peut-être un oubli?) - Les cours de yoga gratuits pour les clients sont un must, nos deux professeurs étaient exceptionnelles, définitivement le highlight de mon séjour Les points négatifs: - J’ai essayé de les contacter pour avoir un taxi entre l’aéroport et l’hôtel (un service qu’ils proposaient lors des communications suite à ma réservation), et le numéro qu’ils m’avaient donné était celui de leur ancienne concierge qui évidemment ne travaille plus là. J’ai trouvé un autre numéro, qui cette fois-ci était le bon, mais la jeune femme à la réception m’a laissé sur vu après avoir lu mon message. On a également manqué d’électricité (et d’eau courante) un soir et impossible de trouver la réceptionniste sur le site. - il y avait une odeur horrible d’égout qui se dégageait des drains et qui empestait notre chambre au point où on bouchait les drains avec tout ce qu’on pouvait trouver -la piscine n’était pas nettoyée assez souvent (fond vert et gluant) et il y avait énormément de fiantes d’oiseaux dedans et autour (sur les chaises longues) Bref je ne pense pas que j’y retournerais.

Está muy bonito el hotel pero en algunos aspectos de limpieza sí hizo falta por algunos bichitos que vimos. De ahí en fuera, todos muy amables y está cerca de la avenida más importante de la punta Zicatela. El trato muy amable y muy atentos nuestras necesidades. Les pediría que hubiera alguna manera sencilla de comunicarnos con recepción porque estábamos en el piso 4 (sin elevador) y si requeríamos algo, teníamos que bajar y subir. La pasamos muy bien, muchas gracias.

They did not clean the washroom just change towels and took the garbage out, also they charge us more than 100 dollars for stay up to 3 pm during a very humid and hot day because our fly was at 5.30 and also they charge us for two botles of water

El lugar cuenta con estacionamiento y eso es un plus ya que es indispensable contar con un vehículo para moverse por Puerto Escondido. El trato con el personal del hotel fue muy cordial y atento, te sientes como en casa. Mi única queja fue que me dieron una habitación muy escondida y con muy poca entrada de luz, cuando en la reservación se dio a entender que la misma estaba frente a la piscina del hotel. De ahí en fuera recomiendo mucho alojarse en Casamar Suites, la experiencia fue muy placentera.

This is our 2nd year in a row coming here. The grounds are well kept and beautiful. Our room (Hibsicus) was perfect as it had AC, ceiling fans and standing fan. Small kitchen with a bar island. It has a refrigerator, oven, toaster, blender, pots, pans and utensils. We had a nice outside patio with a table. The pool was steps from our room and is opened until 10pm and is well lit at night. They have a free meet and greet with a delicious meal and we met the owner Will. You can see the beach from the hotel. Its just a short walk to the beach or go the opposite way to the strip. The staff was helpful and friendly. We look forward to staying here again.

Lovely hotel and we loved our icean view room with huge private terrace and separate livig room (Cocos). The only negative was the bed was a bit hard. On Tues, the resort puts on a free dinner forguests with entertainment. This time we had an Indigenous singer - she was amazing. In Thurs there was a movie night. The hotel also offers free daily yoga and free pool aerobics. The grounds are gorgeous and it is in a very convenient location to great restaurants and shops. The hotel restaurant will make you anything you want. They also have weight loss programs and weekly chapel. The owners are American and love to interact with guests and tell stories. A family atmosphere vibe.

A peaceful oasis! We stayed in the Cocos room and were lucky to enjoy the sunset every evening from our terrace. The pool was gorgeous and we spend most of the afternoons lounging there. Staff were very friendly and helpful. It was a wonderful experience. We would highly recommend.

Un lugar muy bonito y tranquilo , habitación amplia y habilitada con cocina . Las camas incómodas , quizá requieran ser sustituidas .AC funcionando muy bien . We fully enjoyed our experience at Casamar. Staff was polite, attentive, and the area was safe. Mar and Elisa and Luis were great, the morning yoga was a plus, and tours and transportation were always available to us. We highly recommend a stay there! :)

Les points positifs: - La localisation est parfaite, à 1 minute de marche de la plage et de la rue principale de la Punta où l’on retrouve boutiques, cafés, restaurants et bars - Le prix est dans les plus bas pour les hôtels de la Punta - La chambre était propre et le room cleaning passait tous les jours pour changer les draps et vider nos poubelles (sauf une journée de notre séjour, peut-être un oubli?) - Les cours de yoga gratuits pour les clients sont un must, nos deux professeurs étaient exceptionnelles, définitivement le highlight de mon séjour Les points négatifs: - J’ai essayé de les contacter pour avoir un taxi entre l’aéroport et l’hôtel (un service qu’ils proposaient lors des communications suite à ma réservation), et le numéro qu’ils m’avaient donné était celui de leur ancienne concierge qui évidemment ne travaille plus là. J’ai trouvé un autre numéro, qui cette fois-ci était le bon, mais la jeune femme à la réception m’a laissé sur vu après avoir lu mon message. On a également manqué d’électricité (et d’eau courante) un soir et impossible de trouver la réceptionniste sur le site. - il y avait une odeur horrible d’égout qui se dégageait des drains et qui empestait notre chambre au point où on bouchait les drains avec tout ce qu’on pouvait trouver -la piscine n’était pas nettoyée assez souvent (fond vert et gluant) et il y avait énormément de fiantes d’oiseaux dedans et autour (sur les chaises longues) Bref je ne pense pas que j’y retournerais.

He was friendly and very accommodating. Made us feel like family. Oh and I also loved, loved the Cat Julio. I will be back just to see them both.

Such a beautiful property! Eli was the young lady that helped me check-in. She gave me a great explanation about all the hotel amenities and what was nearby. The pool area was beautiful. Very relaxed vibe all around. They are a couple of blocks from the beach and lots of dining options. Excellent location. There are amazing food options a short cab ride away. However, they also have a small restaurant inside of the hotel that serves typical Mexican food. Portions were good, food was delicious, and it was fairly priced. Room was nice and well kept. I didn’t take advantage of yoga, but nice to see that they offer it. Appreciate that the pool was open until 10pm each night. Looking forward to visiting again!

Nice property, we feel welcome and people were nice, easy to get around, you can walk to restaurants and shops, but the only thing we did not like was the street where Casa Mar is located other people are not very clean with their properties we saw trash and empty fields and unfinished construction, but overall Casa Mar is a nice place to stay.

That is close to the main street in La Punta where all the bars & restaurants are at, but tucked away enough to still be very quiet and peaceful. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, the grounds are lush and beautiful and their little restaurant is really good and well priced. Will definitely be coming back.

Loved the free morning yoga classes and they were held in a beautiful space so conducive to this type of class. The place is nice, clean and the owner and staff are very friendly. Location is awesome. On tuesday night there is a welcome dinner, it is an amazing experience, and food is yummy. The swimming pool is very clean and big. it is open from 7 am, til 10 pm. There are plenty restaurants nearby the hotel, but to be honest, is pretty expensive. Prices are thinking for foregneirs. The only bad thing was that there is no food in the hotel from 5 pm. and in sunday, there is any food because the restaurant is close.

Beautiful landscape and artwork , I loved the pool and our suite was very charming. Hugely helpful was the 5 gallon water jug in the room. The staff was wonderful and arranged massages for us and a taxi to the airport. The restaurant was great as well! I would happily stay there again!

Wonderful place to stay. AMAZING Yoga classes at 9am every morning made this stay even better than I could’ve imagined. Very family friendly. Beautiful scenery, amazing staff, the food at the restaurant is DELICIOUS. Nice pool, very traditional Mexican decor. The beds were a little firm but we like softer beds. Very basic is done everyday (garbage’s replaced at minimum). We switched rooms twice and the staff were very attentive and accommodating. Communal dinner on Tuesday nights for all the guests is a great bonus. Loved our stay here. Would definitely return.

Si pudiera colocar más estrellas lo haría, creo que este no es un hotel es una casa donde te sientes en familia, todo el personal muy amable, la comida del restaurante excelente, los martes hay una sorpresa para los huéspedes, no lo diré descubranlo, además tiene una ubicación muy buena, a dos cuadras de la playa y cerca de las zona de bares. La cereza fue que te prestan sillas y sombrilla para cuando vayas a la playa. Los cuartos son mini Depas, con todo lo necesario. Sin duda un buen lugar en puerto escondido. Muchas gracias !!! The property was great, and the staff was super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good and for a great price. The A/C in the unit was great. The only detail is that our room had a strange (like humid rug) smell although it all was super clean.

Such a beautiful property! Eli was the young lady that helped me check-in. She gave me a great explanation about all the hotel amenities and what was nearby. The pool area was beautiful. Very relaxed vibe all around. They are a couple of blocks from the beach and lots of dining options. Excellent location. There are amazing food options a short cab ride away. However, they also have a small restaurant inside of the hotel that serves typical Mexican food. Portions were good, food was delicious, and it was fairly priced. Room was nice and well kept. I didn’t take advantage of yoga, but nice to see that they offer it. Appreciate that the pool was open until 10pm each night. Looking forward to visiting again!

We enjoyed a third floor room with a large terrace. The room had an air conditioner and a small kitchen. The hotel grounds were beautiful and filled with birds and a cute cat or two. Nice pool, but the pool was kind of warm which is I guess to be expected. The location was perfect, close to lots of restaurants and shops and bars. We could see the ocean from our Terrace

We spent a night in this room and it was amazing. Clean and tidy with everything we needed. The room itself is beautiful and the balcony is a perfect location to watch the sun set as it looks down Brisas de Zicatela towards the beach! The staff is amazing and the grounds are phenomenal, where the pictures do t do justice at all! All around perfect!
