Save your money and stay away from this hotel. The restaurant food is horrible. My mom got food poisoning and the restaurant & hotel didn’t take any responsibility, offered no help or sympathy at the very least. The reception manager Hamit was very rude and raised his voice... My mom ended up in the hospital due to the food poisoning she got from the restaurant’s food and we had to cut our trip short by a couple of days… You have no right as a customer and defo not treated well and like you have a right. Location is great but be aware if you are a gym person, There is no such a thing as gym!!!! They have a few old machines that don’t work properly! They offer wifi but for days we had no wifi due to electricity problem and I has to purchase data package…

Hôtel avec une très belle vue sur la mer, la chambre est très belle, propreté rien à dire. La douche est petite le lavabo trop petit on ne peut même pas ranger nos affaires dessus. Le lit est confortable. Le personnel du ménage très gentil. Les gens de l’accueil et du resto sont froids et spéciaux après peut être que c’est parce que personne ne parle français et qu’il y a incompréhension. Le petit déjeuner est vraiment moyen De plus nous avons été dérangées par 2 filles alcoolisées la nuit qui criaient et cassaient des objets dans la chambre. J’ai demander à parler au manager mais apparemment pas présent ! Il y a un spa le personnel de ce spa est sympa . Par contre attention pas de piscine dans l’hôtel mais il y a la plage en face. Si vous souhaitez du repos c’est un bon endroit car il y a rien a faire à Konya Je préfère Lara c’est animé et beaucoup plus joli. Essayez de faire des efforts car 340 eur pour 3 nuits ça demande un minimum d’accueil

Good location and the staff was attentive. Reasonable value. The place could use a refresh - a bit run down in spots especially the fitness center. My room had not been thoroughly cleaned - forgot to wipe down the night stand by the bed and the floor beneath it.

I stayed at the hotel for 5 nights. The hotel is ideally situated on the beachfront. There were lots of bars/ cafes/ restaurant for meals and snacks day and night. The beach was 50 metres away and the hotel provided beach towels (if required). The breakfast provided by the hotel was very good with hot and cold options. The room allocated was a good size (I was a single occupant). It was very comfortable and cleaned very day. There was a good selection of TV channels and the wifi coverage was good. I used the gym but not the spa facilities. Despite being on the main road the hotel was quiet. The staff I encountered were very friendly and helpful. In order to visit the old town of Antalya you would require to get a taxi or walk for 1 hour.

It was horrible and the price doesn’t even match the service, the shower didn’t worked well , they told us they will fix it but they didn’t, they didn’t cleaned our room until 4 o’clock pm , the Gym was very dirty and nothing worked I’ll never book it again

The Bad: The bathroom (WC) of our room was filled with SEWER FUMES with unbearably horrible smell. Fortunately we were allowed to go to another room. There is almost no sound privacy. The sound of the guests talking in adjacent rooms easily traveled into ours. We had to tolerate the love-making sounds of OOHS and AHHS most of the time -- all too annoying and disruptive! The Good: The staff were extremely kind and helpful, always willing to address any requests or to find solutions to problems. The included breakfasts were very good, with many varieties, with one exception being the lack of decent coffee. Overall, we were very disappointed with our stay at this hotel -- PEARLY HOTEL. I will avoid it at all costs.

No help with your luggage or even provide a dolly to carry your stuff. The shower kept leaking into the rest of the bathroom. The bathroom smells terrible all the time and I think it’s coming out of the shower area from underground. They don’t change your sheets every time. The walls are very thin so we could hear everything going on next door and outside (including constructions).. the cleaning leady is very sweet but other than that, terrible!

Total schmuddelig und runtergekommen. Alte Möbel die total verschmutzt waren. Das dritte Bett war ein Einzelsofa was super dreckig war. Das wurde nicht mal zum Bett vorbereitet. Mussten selbst das Bett vorbereiten. Die Decke die gebracht wurde war nicht Mal bezogen mit Bettwäsche. Sowas hab ich noch nie in der Türkei erlebt. Wir haben uns so geekelt, dass wir nicht mal gefrühstückt haben und sofort raus sind.

I had a 10 day stay with my wife. Positives: First, regarding the staff, they were all very nice. The room was good. Good airconditioning, very good view, good restaurant inside the hotel, good service overall. Bed was nice and cozy, room was modern. The TV though was standard (average). The staff was helpful with our questions, and were pleasant to deal with. Negatives: There were 2 dead cockroaches on the balcony for 3 days, which prevented me and my wife for going out there and really enjoy the view. We also couldnt eat because of the disgust of it. I contacted the staff regarding that and they said they would clean it. Although, it took them 4 days to act, and I had to remind them twice. Furthermore, the cleaning in the hotel was not flexible. If we were at the hotel at 14.00, the cleaning lady would come and leave only to come back next day. So we HAD to be out there from 14.00. Asking for cleaning at 17.00 or 16.00 was not allowed since cleaning lady was gone. That was a pain to deal with at some days. With that being said, everything else was topnotch! Couple that with the amazing beach view and direct access to probably the best place in Antalya makes this hotel a top choice in my opinion. Overall? Would absolutely recommend.

The pictures of the hotel and its description sounded great when we booked, however, arriving at the hotel was a different story. The rooms were extremely small without proper space of furnishings to open the 2 bags we had. We booked 3 rooms in total and all of our travelers were unhappy with the cleanliness of the room, finding hairs and stains on the bedding, as well as the furniture. The overall condition of the room was quite deteriorated and needed a lot of patching and repairing to get it to a decent standard. The hotel staff were all very kind and did what they could to try and make things better. Unfortunately, the overall state of the hotel didn’t leave them with many options. I would suggest the owner consider investing into the hotel to get the overall condition back to an acceptable standard. We were most disappointed to see the difference from what we thought we had booked and the reality of the actual rooms. Had we known in advance, we would have chosen another property.

Konakladığımız oda hem temiz hem de oldukça rahattı. Personelin güler yüzlü ve yardımcı yaklaşımı tatilimizi daha da keyifli hale getirdi. Kahvaltı ise beklentimizin üzerindeydi; hem taze hem de oldukça çeşitliydi. Gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye ediyorum.

Very good and extensive breakfast and spa newly refurbished but main hotel windows are poorly constructed, air and sound comes through and the shower had rust and tile sealing was coming away. Hotel sits on a large and busy road. Ocean facing rooms suffer from noise and solar gain. Bed are pretty uncomfortable.

The place looks great on pictures and seemingly offers a Luxury room, but its a sham. The room is 300 square feet. Basically you just walk in and stumble onto a bed. The room is so tiny, you're basically in a closet and its super noisy. You will hear water as if someone in your room is taking a shower if anyone around you, adjacent above, or below is using a shower. You will hear people talk on the entire floor! Sound proofing and privacy, non existent. Lastly, parking - no drive up place to even bring bags in. The "hotel parking" is a rusty gate and a small dusty field close by. My biggest issue is how the hotel misrepresents itself as offering Luxury room at luxury prices and locks you into reservation without cancellation or approving re-location options. Skip this one, go to a brand name hotel.
The place looks great on pictures and seemingly offers a Luxury room, but its a sham. The room is 300 square feet. Basically you just walk in and stumble onto a bed. The room is so tiny, you're basically in a closet and its super noisy. You will hear water as if someone in your room is taking a shower if anyone around you, adjacent above, or below is using a shower. You will hear people talk on the entire floor! Sound proofing and privacy, non existent. Lastly, parking - no drive up place to even bring bags in. The "hotel parking" is a rusty gate and a small dusty field close by. My biggest issue is how the hotel misrepresents itself as offering Luxury room at luxury prices and locks you into reservation without cancellation or approving re-location options. Skip this one, go to a brand name hotel.

No help with your luggage or even provide a dolly to carry your stuff. The shower kept leaking into the rest of the bathroom. The bathroom smells terrible all the time and I think it’s coming out of the shower area from underground. They don’t change your sheets every time. The walls are very thin so we could hear everything going on next door and outside (including constructions).. the cleaning leady is very sweet but other than that, terrible!

Nice hotel in fantastic location with everything you need at the doorstep. The staff is super nice and friendly (among them, Efe at reception, is an outstanding good host. The staff at the Riviera Restaurant were also great. Orhan, one of the waiters, is particularly helpful. Thanks to everyone for an unforgettable stay.

The hotel is perfectly situated on the seafront. It was very clean and the breakfast was plentiful, it could have been hotter, but i asked them to microwave the menemen which was happily done. Check in and check out easy. The room was clean and tidy. Will definitely stay there again

We arrived late evening and got a small room with no view and strong smell of smoke. When we informed the reception they were very indifferent. Even they promised to find a solution they didn’t show up whole evening. Bathroom was clean and breakfast was good. Staff in restaurant were polite

I stayed at the hotel for 5 nights. The hotel is ideally situated on the beachfront. There were lots of bars/ cafes/ restaurant for meals and snacks day and night. The beach was 50 metres away and the hotel provided beach towels (if required). The breakfast provided by the hotel was very good with hot and cold options. The room allocated was a good size (I was a single occupant). It was very comfortable and cleaned very day. There was a good selection of TV channels and the wifi coverage was good. I used the gym but not the spa facilities. Despite being on the main road the hotel was quiet. The staff I encountered were very friendly and helpful. In order to visit the old town of Antalya you would require to get a taxi or walk for 1 hour.

Save your money and stay away from this hotel. The restaurant food is horrible. My mom got food poisoning and the restaurant & hotel didn’t take any responsibility, offered no help or sympathy at the very least. The reception manager Hamit was very rude and raised his voice... My mom ended up in the hospital due to the food poisoning she got from the restaurant’s food and we had to cut our trip short by a couple of days… You have no right as a customer and defo not treated well and like you have a right. Location is great but be aware if you are a gym person, There is no such a thing as gym!!!! They have a few old machines that don’t work properly! They offer wifi but for days we had no wifi due to electricity problem and I has to purchase data package…

La habitación era estupenda, con muy buenas vistas a la playa. El hotel es moderno y el personal amable. Lo que menos me gustó fue el desayuno, tenía poca variedad y si querías zumo de naranja o café con leche, tenías que pagar un extra, aunque hubieras reservado con desayuno incluido.

This is my 4 stay at this hotel, always spotlessly clean , plenty of hot water.the staff recognised me and are always polite and friendly. The breakfast was plentiful and hot with a great variety. The restaurant gives 10% discount for people staying at the hotel. We love the food there and the cocktails are amazing. Looking forward to the next stay there. There is plenty of parking at the hotel but the area could do with clearing and cleaning up.

On arrival we were met by a very unhelpful young male receptionist . The next day there was a lovely female who couldn’t have been nicer and more helpful . While the location was excellent , beach across the road , nothing else measured up for us . The bathroom needed a good anti mould all around the grouting . The toilet seat was cracked and stained :( The linen was shocking , the towels were so thread bare . We were woken 2 nights out of our 3 with other guests speaking very loudly until 2am ! The breakfast didn’t open until 7.30am, not good for travellers requiring early breakfast .
