Overall, this was an average stay with a mix of positives and areas that need improvement. The room itself could definitely use some updating—there were noticeable cracks in fixtures and chipped paint throughout, which made it feel a bit worn. On our first day, we also had an issue with the toilet leaking, which wasn’t a great start. Housekeeping was inconsistent. There was one day our room wasn’t serviced at all, and we later realized we hadn’t been provided with a door placard to indicate we wanted housekeeping. Additionally, the robes in the room were in poor condition (missing loops and not fully clean). When we placed them with the used towels to be replaced, they unfortunately weren’t refreshed. We were also only given two towels per day, which felt a bit limited. That said, there were definitely some positives. The location is excellent and made getting around very easy. The bed was comfortable, which made for good sleeps, and communication with the hotel (likely remote or offsite staff) was prompt and helpful. However, the lack of onsite staff did make resolving issues a bit less convenient. Overall, it’s a decent option if location is your priority, but there’s room for improvement in maintenance and housekeeping consistency.

Always a beautiful, spotless room. Amenities like more lighting to work was missing. But they accomodated by getting a lamp from another room.
