I arrived from a long trip from Canada at 8am, the room wasn’t ready but the gentlemen et the reception gave me accès to a shower at the Gym. At 11am I came to check if my room would be available( and they are rarely) an yes it was. The staff at front desk, bellboy, luggage storage, restaurant and gym where all very nice and helpful. One of best place I been in Guangzhou so far. I really recommends!

It’s nice to be back to Sheraton again! Staff is always so friendly and welcoming. Club lounge room offers free drinks and food in the evening and breakfast. Level 2 buffet breakfast offers traditional Cantonese and international gourmets. We stay here every year and are never disappointed Rooms, services, food, club, staff and location in Tian He Guang Zhou . Everything at your door Metro direct from airport 40 minutes and take D exit then it’s the hotel.

This is one of the best hotels I stayed in. The expectations on a 5 stars hotel is high, and Sheraton Guangzhou took it further. Stayed in the club room, the services provided in the club lounge was spotless. Travelled with my elderly parents and coincidentally affected by typhoon Ragasa. The crisis management of the hotel was beyond expectations. Hotel staffs took great care of the guests, with more than expected selection of food in the club lounge, knowing that guests would not be able to travel out for dinner. The hotel gave us late check-out without asking because of my delayed transportation. Special mention to Jenny, who went the extra miles when I needed help with extended stay. For a 5 stars hotel, the high-quality hardware is expected. What makes it different from the rest is the service staffs, and Sheraton Guangzhou did just that to make it a league above the others!

My second time staying in Sheraton GZ Concierge n reception were very helpful and friendly. Housekeeper has maintained the room very clean. A lot of variety for breakfast and was very delicious. Absolutely great stay, we got upgraded and the room was spacious, with an awesome view and all the stuff needed for comfort was in the room. The area is vibrant and there is everything you need in the nearby malls/ shops and restaurants. The breakfast was rich and had several different stations of food that could be made to order. Only one issue: our room cards stopped working every day, so whenever we came back to the room with shopping bags and tired, o e of us had to go to reception to get the keys work again. The problem was fixed but no apologies or explanation why that happened every day. It was mildly annoying, but not a big issue overall.

The hotel is located in a good location, less than 50m from the train station and in a bustling area. The service is good. However, the room is a little fatigued. The rain shower could not work, the air conditioner air vent was noisy and the “black-out” curtain between bathroom and room was not thick enough thus lighting the room.

Housekeeping was very responsive to our requests. I booked a room for 2 but 3 stayed and there was no extra charge. They even provided towels and slippers for the extra person. We requested for late checkout and was given up to 5pm. Location is excellent. Very central and convenient. Highly recommend!

All staffs were helpful and friendly.. shout out to Ms Rita for assisting me on getting around as it’s my first visit to GZ and won’t be last. Will definitely come back to Sheraton again when visit GZ.

Sheraton Hotel is near all the big shopping mall like Tee Mall & Parc Central , etc . You can never go hungry with nice restaurant inside those malls like dim sum, desserts selection. There is a big Iphone store at Parc Central. The Sheraton hotel is next to Metro station, when it raining, you will not get wet. You can take the Metro to travel everywhere in GuangZhou, even to ShenZhen. There is a big underground mall near to the hotel too. When I visit GuangZhou again, I shall stay at Sheraton Hotel again.
