We check in and got to our room and it was not the room i had rented. We went back to the desk and I showed her the one I rented and she changed us to the right river front room with a patio. She blamed it on the site we rented from. Everything else was great. The room was clean. The food in the restaurant was good. There was no breakfast with this room.

Faucet didn't work in kitchen area, toilet stuck and ran continuously, maid made bed but didn't pick up towels etc. It was a business suite with a microwave, but no dishes, paper plates or utensils, no cups for coffee. Disappointed as my stays in the past were top notch. Room was not up to normal standards there.
