The first receptionist was terrible , she doesn’t care about guest comfort. The family rooms are in a second building and has to use stairs, this is a wrong advertising. Until we Getz back from the tours like 6pm, Aa new receptionist gave us 2 single room with elevator and we could have a nice stay. Unless you have no heavy bags this hotel woth it, they don’t have porter

Enkele open voegen in de badkamer waardoor deze een onfrisse indruk gaf. Alsook weinig begruimte in de badkamer. Geen (mini) ijskast. Koffie apparaat bevind zich in de gang ipv in de kamer. Wel een zeer mooie ingang. Ontbijt is helaas niet aan te raden. Ligging wel uitstekend, dichtbij het centraal station, winkels en toeristische trekpleisters. Te veel betaald voor deze accomodatie.

The main part of the hotel seemed lovely. The bar and decor was very nice. We were however really disappointed to not actually be staying in the main hotel, but an annex over the road, which we didn’t even realise was an option. The room was accessible only by very steep stairs. The room was again nicely presented but tiny. Felt it wasn’t worth the money we paid for it if I’m honest. Staff seemed nice enough but being in the annex we only saw them at check in. The location was the best thing about the hotel, especially for the Christmas market. If I’d known which room we’d have been in though, i would have booked somewhere else.

I did not like that the hotel Craves fire alarm was activated in the middle of the time I was falling sleep around 2:30a on the 19th of September so we evácuated the hotel and waited outside for a very long time and it was cold and finally we were told that it was a false alarm but the alarm was on until 6:30a or 7:00a. I had a city tour the next day and I needed to be there at 8:00a and I did not sleep at all. I requested a one night Refund and the agent at the desk offered me a breakfast that I could not take since my nice and I were leaving to the Brussel Air port very early. The agent at the desk said that he would pass the request I asked for one night Refund to his manager and that expidia would contacto me.

Cute and cozy rooms, comfortable beds, and great location. Staff was very friendly allowing us to check in early and switch to a quiter room on the backside of the hotel. The coffee machine is not in the rooms if you are just booking the small double, so you have to get your hot water and nespressos down the hall. The only issue is the machin broke in the morning, but I'm sure it doesn't happen all the time. The street is busy, so it might be noisy depending on where your room is located. They also had a very cool cocktail bar "hidden" in the hotel we stumbled upon by accident.

We enjoyed our stay at Craves. The room accommodated our family of four. There was a large bed in a separate bedroom and a large pull out couch in the living room. The room showed a bit of wear though. A dining area with a kitchenette came in handy. The family suites are located actually across the street from the hotel in a historic building. The lift begins on the second floor so we had to carry our luggage up a flight of stairs. The hotel is located on a car free street so the taxi let us off two streets away. There are plenty of shops and restaurants right outside the hotel.

We enjoyed out stay in Brussels and the hotel reception were very friendly. Unfortunately, the elevator was broke down so we had to carry our luggage and back packs down but we were offered assistance... Great coffee shop across the street.

Its a very cute hotel in a good spot. But the room felt dirty. There were stains on the walls and the comforter had holes. Also the drain hadnt been cleaned and the hair in it made the shower back up til we investigated.

The hotel was not ready for guests. Ladders in the entryway, lobby restroom very dirty and elevators not working at times. The towels in the room were very small, worn and stained. Also, the beverage bar was only open from 6 pm to 11 pm. If you wanted water or coke, it wasn’t available. Disappointed overall.

I loved the location of the property and the ease of checking in. It would be good to have a full length mirror in a position in the room where you can see the entire body to help getting dressed. The current mirrors are placed in a part of the room where you can not see yourself. Also, the key card access point is hard to find when entering the room due to complete darkness. A small fluorescent light would help. There were spider webs in multiple locations around the room including the bathroom above the towel rack.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, Ambiente war sehr geschmackvoll, wir haben gut geschlafen und das Frühstück war auch super. Leider war das Bad nicht so sehr ordentlich geputzt, was echt schade ist, weil es ansonsten ein tolles Haus ist.

Stayed for 3 nights and it was great. Room was spotless, shower was powerful and hot. A brief 5-10 minute walk to the train station and can walk to everything. Grocery store, restaurants right on the street. Only one thing was the noise at night but when we arrived in our room there was earplugs left for us. If I were to go back to Brussels I’d definitely stay there again. Front staff was friendly and very helpful.

The lobby is nice but the entrance was a bit awkward. The rooms were decently sized but some of our towels were stained when we wanted to use them. The breakfasts were nice and the building was well situated in the city.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast buffet was wonderful. The room was beautiful and but a bit small, typical of older European hotels. Tip,: point the showerhead away from the doors. They may seem to seal but nope. Bed was very restful.

Værelset var lidt for lille til rejsende også selv om vi ikke havde store kufferter. Gange var meget dårligt belyste og mulighederne for fornuftig belysning i rummet var ringe. Ellers var alt OK

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and pretty clean. Some of it was a bit tired looking - the shower for example leaked everywhere and the towels were a bit sad and radiator rusty. But the room was certainly nice overall and the bed comfortable. It is also very central to Brussels and all the sights etc. The one issue we had was that our room looked out onto the street and it was extremely noisy - there was a big party out on the street the first night we stayed which went on until well after 3am and we could not sleep despite the ear plugs the hotel kindly provided and having the windows shut. The second night the noise was much less and we slept ok but when you stay here - the hotel is otherwise nice - we strongly recommend requesting a room looking into the interior.

The interior decoration of the hotel and its rooms are very unique, but fun. The room was roomy, modern, and comfortable. The hotel is close to the main attractions and easy to access. The female staff are very friendly - but the older gentleman, not so much. Otherwise, a great stay and would recommend.

I booked a single room as Expedia suggested for solo travellers and the rating was showing excellent However the bed was too short and small. and you could fell down when you are at sleep. Was not able to sleep well at all. The single room is good only if you prefer to book a separate room for a child but for adult…. The restaurant is amazing with good vibe and vibrant menu…

The property is different to you average hotel. The way it is styled is defintely unique and the small attention to details - like the welcome card and small local sweet each upon arrival was very cute. The bed was comfy and the room was spacious and it had a good shower. Although we didn't eat at the restaurant it was incredibly popular (with locals as well!) and the food looked delicious. The location is really perfect for all the central attractions but there is a word of caution here....this also means that it can be a bit noisy. If you are a light sleeper then maybe this is not the place for you. Overall it was a really nice stay

It was a nice experience. There’s a really nice restaurant downstairs. The hotel has a really nice theme, but it has a very strong smell of perfume that kinda gives you a headache. Lástima la mala atención de la recepción y poca paciencia.. viajamos toda la noche estábamos cansados y el desagradable recepción nos hizo esperar 30 min y cuando nos tocó nos dice que estaba nuestra reserva.. no teníamos problema de pagar y quedarnos ahí y aprovechar más un día.. pero lo desagradable que nos recibieron decidimos irnos a otro lugar.. incluso agentes de esta app llamaron para modificar nuestra reserva y el recepcionista dijo que solo lunes se podría hacer eso y como era domingo no podía cambiar la fecha.. mala experiencia.. nos fuimos a un hotel a la vuelta con mejor ubicación y mucho más lindo por un mejor precio y atención!

Rooms should have closet or more space for language since there is no closet, especially if you have +2 in the room. Towels felt very old and over used. Front desk staff was hit and miss. Some were very friendly and helpful, some were not. Hotel provided free coffee and tea but hot water machine was broken so it did not work for us.

I did not like that the hotel Craves fire alarm was activated in the middle of the time I was falling sleep around 2:30a on the 19th of September so we evácuated the hotel and waited outside for a very long time and it was cold and finally we were told that it was a false alarm but the alarm was on until 6:30a or 7:00a. I had a city tour the next day and I needed to be there at 8:00a and I did not sleep at all. I requested a one night Refund and the agent at the desk offered me a breakfast that I could not take since my nice and I were leaving to the Brussel Air port very early. The agent at the desk said that he would pass the request I asked for one night Refund to his manager and that expidia would contacto me.

Best place I stayed in Bruxelles. Milos that work in the front desk at night, OMG! He is so amazing and helpful!!! He goes above and beyond great service l, believe me!!! I had an issue in my room with the shower drain, and he only only found a way to get it solved but even got me another room and helped me and my friend, transferring all our luggages to the other room!!! The hotel is great, has a great restaurant that has nice music too, despite the fact that is not “part” of the hotel, even there the staff is great. Any time I will come back to Brussels, I definitely will stay there! And again 6 stars to Milos, 5 is not even enough for his amazing service! And their beds and pillows are awesome and comfortable for a great rest!

Stayed for 3 nights and it was great. Room was spotless, shower was powerful and hot. A brief 5-10 minute walk to the train station and can walk to everything. Grocery store, restaurants right on the street. Only one thing was the noise at night but when we arrived in our room there was earplugs left for us. Excellent location in the center and withing walking distance to the highlights of the city. Room very spacious and excellent breakfast. One problem, the hotel is located on a pedestrian area and no cars can take you there. You have to walk with your luggage for almost 4 blocks.

The hotel and the room is nicely decorated and comfortable. The hotel is super well situated in the center, close to the grande place and the tube station (bourse). The restaurant downstairs is very trendy and has great atmosphere but is not linked with the hotel (although they share the same entrance and that's where you have breakfast in the morning. Even when there was a lot of music and noise in the restaurant, we couldn't hear anything in the room which was very quiet in the back of the hotel. The bathroom was clean and provided nice products, the shower door was leaking outside the shower though. Finally, a little downside is that we booked the triple room in this hotel as the hotel page indicated 1 double bed and 1 single bed but at the end it's not a single bed, it is a mattress on top of a sofa (my friend found it comfortable though). The double bed was big and super comfortable.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast buffet was wonderful. The room was beautiful and but a bit small, typical of older European hotels. Tip,: point the showerhead away from the doors. They may seem to seal but nope. Bed was very restful.

For me it was absolutly perfect! Cozy, feels new and clean, great beds and kindness and service in the reception. The breakfast buffé was really good with fresh food like grilled peppers from the kitchen. Good jucies and a lovely atmosphere. I have stayed at maybe five hotels in central Brussels and this is my favourite. It may not fit all but to me ,almost perfect! (A gym or a rooftop pool is all lacking from perfect ;)

A terrific place! We loved our room. So close to everything. I really appreciated the ear plugs, as they're needed. The bed and pillows were comfortable, the room was a decent size and the bathroom was very good too. We had the buffet breakfast, however it was a little underwhelming unfortunately. Aside from this, we enjoyed our stay and we would definately stay again.
