I found the 4’ x 6’ mirror mounted on the tub/shower wall a bit creepy, but it had ample hot water and great water pressure. Great location…close enough to the train station without being too noisy (previously had that issue at a previous hotel closer to the station) They let us drop our bags at 8 am so we could do a day trip.

Air conditioning is insufficient for the room for 4 persons, layout of the room is unintuitive, a king size bed is on the loft with steep stairs, difficult to climb!

I like the location of the hotel. There are places to eat and drink. Within easy walking include the Saint Nicholas Catholic Church, the Grote Markt (Grand-Place) and the De Brouckere metro station. When I left the window open, there would be smells of cooking getting into the room. Even though the smell was not offensive, it was still pervasive and almpost impossible to avoid.

This hotel is excellently placed to visit to main attractions, Grand Place, Manneken Pis and only 8 minutes walk from the station. Our room was originally at the front of the hotel with a lovely little balcony, however in high season the main street can get noisy. We asked to be moved to a quieter room and this was quickly accomodated. There was a large selection for breakfast, something for everyone. The staff were great and if we were to go back to Brussels we would stay again at this hotel.
