Hôtel très bien situé et chambre très agréable. Cependant l’accès à la piscine est catastrophique. Il est limité à 25 personnes à la fois. Arrivant à l’hôtel à l’heure du check-in, l’hôtesse nous informe que l’accès ne sera pas possible aujourd’hui et pas sûr pour le lendemain. Elle nous informe également qu’il fallait « réserver » un créneau à l’avance sauf que nous avons jamais eu cette information. Au final la responsable a pu nous trouver un créneau horaire peu après notre arrivée. Une fois arrivés à la piscine il n’y avait pas de transat pour « tout le monde ». Il faudrait qu’ils en prévoient pour les 25 personnes prévues. Cette heure à la piscine n’a pas été de tout repos car il y avait des enfants mais également des adultes agités dans l’eau. C’est dommage pour un hôtel de ce standing…

pool war nicht sauber um 8 h in der früh

Nous avons profiter de ce belle établissement durant le wk du 15 août, malgré une affluence certaine du à ce long week end. Le personnel ainsi que les services ont été rapide et efficace. Gros point fort : un petit déjeuner bien rempli, une piscine au 31e étage charmante.

Enregistrement compliqué, toutes les consignes ne m’ont pas été communiqué, le Spa n’est pas accessible sans supplément ce que j’ignorais. J’ai donc été viré de l’espace détente par une personne qui semblait agacé, alors que rien ne contrarie l’accès à cet espace si on l’ignore. Pour le reste l’Hotel est idéal et idéalement situé.

Posizione strategica (di fronte City2) a 10 min a piedi dalla Grand Place. Stanze comode e ben accessoriate. Buona prima colazione con ampia scelta. Bella anche la palestra. Piscina al 30° piano.

Parking lot situation is horrible!!!!!!!!!!! Please update the parking lot information, drove around the Hotel many times, after checked in, we were informed that we had to park at Hotel Indigo and cross across the whole plaza. We ended up parking at the Main Parking lot and dragged our luggage to the Hotel. Bar staff are amazing, specially Antonio!!! Hotel rooms are beautiful!!!!

Nice hotel, good breakfast and probably the best hotel gym I have tried. However, the hotel room could have been cleaned better.

I love the decor and style of this hotel, but a few things let it down. It takes too long to check in - usually compounded by not enough staff but the process takes way too long with no value add except trying to cross sell breakfast. The lift wait times are unacceptable; on Tuesday around 18:00 I had to wait around 15mins to go to the 22nd floor. It felt like only 2 of the 6 lifts were working. Finally, the cups in rooms are too small and have no handles so you need tissue paper to drink hot drinks. Please more English breakfast tea in rooms - Brits tend to prefer it to fancy coffee.

Sentralt beliggende, moderne hotell ved t-bane stopp. Nydelig frokost som hadde 'alt". Fint basseng fasiliteter. Du må huske å bestille bassengtid - du får 1 time. Reiste med voksen sønn, og vi valgte rom med 2 enkeltsenger. Det gikk strålende, fordi det var så fod plass. Kaffe & te & 1 lite kjøleskap på rommet som og innholdt strykejern og hårføner. Elsket det!

Clean room

Beautifully decorated but that’s as far as it go. Hotel smells of bad sewage even the room bathroom. Expensive over rated breakfast. Staff were nice though

Room didn’t get cleaned and tv didn’t work and had 2 different people up to look at the tv and it didn’t get fixed didn’t get offered to move room or anything for the inconvenience I addressed the situation at the desk checkout and they said thanks for the feedback ? Very unsatisfied to be honest

Værelset var rimelig luksuriøst, men toilet børsten lugtede meget af tis og var virkelig klam, man kunne ikke bruge den fordi så lugtede hele toilettet. Værelset var lidt støvet Elkedlen lugtede af eddike Der var ikke kaffe kapsler til at drikke kaffe som var inkluderet i hotel værelse prisen Værdi boksen var ikke nulstillet til os, så den kunne ikke bruges

Overall nice personnel and facility. Unfortunately the room had a strong musty smell. Same for the corridor from elevator to room. The smell came from the bathroom which was distant from the sleeping area. So I could stay in the room, but using the presto

I book a room and assigned one on the 14th floor but unfortunately was not clean hair abd dust was found. Cardo provided another room.which was ok but the shower wasnt working it is sad for a so.beautiful and nice new hotel .

Stylish hotell just outside tje city centre. Easy way to walk. 15 min walking to the La Grand Place. Great room with a view over the city. Delicious breakfast. Sadly there is fungal growth in the hallway at floor 19.th dule to a water leakage earlier.

This was a great hotel but slightly too tech! It was impossible to cool the room even when a member of staff came to help. Turning the TV on and off was also a mission! Would stay again but please sort the air con!

Pros: The hotel is beautifully designed with a modern, stylish atmosphere. Most staff members were friendly and helpful, especially the young man who checked us in and the young woman who made an effort to resolve our A/C issue. The location is excellent and convenient. Complimentary water in the lobby was a thoughtful and appreciated touch. Cons: The toilet in our room was uneven and wobbled when used. The design of the sink and shower is sleek, but unfortunately, the drains under the panels were not clean. There was an unidentifiable splatter on the ceiling near the room entrance, which detracted from the otherwise clean appearance. The air conditioning in our room was not functioning properly. We reported it to the front desk, who promptly contacted maintenance. However, the two maintenance staff who came up were extremely dismissive, stayed less than a minute, and muttered comments under their breath as they left. They claimed the A/C was working, but it clearly was not—the room remained uncomfortably warm. A front desk representative was apologetic and offered us a voucher for two drinks, which we appreciated. She also mentioned that a manager would follow up with us, but no one ever did. While the gesture was kind, the dismissive attitude from maintenance and the lack of follow-up made the experience feel disrespectful and disappointing. I did contact the hotel and advise the manager of of the experience. They did apologize for the incident.

Nice stay. The tech seems a bit over the top with a panel for everything. Mirrors are a bit OTT decor wire and might get a bit dated, but overall a nice place. Recommend.

Not what we expected. While location is great and room design is as well, the noise disturbances from loud guests next door in the adjoining room (sound insulation is very poor) and when housekeeping was cleaning were the worst I've ever experienced. Security had to be called 3 times before they came to address the noise at 1AM. And the the guests picked back up their raucus partying at 4AM. The housekeeping attendant was unbothered when I explained we were sleeping as she was slamming things around during cleaning the next day. We also had to have our room keys reset 5 different times in 3 days and they were never kept near anything that could demagnetize them. For this price point, we expected a much smoother experience. Also we were surprised by the repair work to the hallway corridor where mildew and mold must smells were overwhelming. I understand these things happen but we should have been warned or that floor should be closed until the repairs were complete and the air quality improved.

Loved the room with a bathtub in the middle of it and a very good bed. Everything was so spacious and the design was very cool.

Staff is very quick and kind, but the hotel itself is one of those so high tech, it’s actually harder to figure how features work then it would be not to have them at all! Design over functionality is never great. But great location and impeccable service.

No responses to messages sent to the hotel during stay, no answer on phone, and there was noise coming from piping throughout the stay so not a good nights sleep. The front desk said this was from the air conditioning and an engineer would look into it but there was still noise, so I don’t think this was the case. There was no follow up and messages were sent to the property.

Very nice hotel. The personnel at the support desk are having difficulties understanding either French or English. They will try to upsell breakfasts be aware. They will also double charge breakfasts even if you took their offer when you check out. You will have to pay a local taxes at checkout. They will also take 50 euros per night as a deposit; be warned. Otherwise the hotel is nice and comfortable. The shower floor leaked water into the corridor.

We were a bit disappointed about the wait times at the hotel. As we arrived we were in a huge queue for about 30 minutes to check in. Then we were told we had to book the sauna and relaxation area which should be made clear in advance and they were closing at 7 but when we went up there were hardly any people in the sauna and they stayed beyond 7pm. The spa was also not attended , twice we were waiting to talk to someone for more than 10 minutes . We then wanted to book a dinner table which was all booked out too, then asked if we can have drinks in the rooftop bar, we were told no problem. We got ready , went back, waited another 20 minutes as the table allocations were very slow. Only to be told that we cannot go in for drinks as they are busy! Come back at 11… We went to the 2nd floor bar where everyone again had to wait for drinks for at least 15-20 minutes . It was a little busy but nowhere as busy where you’d have to wait that kind of time. The hotel looks fabulous but this really ruined the mood for the night and we didn’t enjoy as much as we could have. There is also a €50 deposit you have to pay after booking the room. This is not stated on the Expedia website, I just got an email 3 days before our stay about it. Overall a lovely place but the services and spa facilities need to be better managed especially during busy times.

Guest relation manager was racist, very rude. Checked in early, paid extra for the room, fridge wasn't working, no tea, sugar or coffee in the room and toiletries, wifi also wouldn't work.as advertise. Told front desk waited an hour no one show. Called guest services the person I spoke was very nice and said someone would come up and bring these. The maintenance guy came up. Said he can't fix the fridge and left. I then contacted guest services to complained, I asked to speak to the manager who was very rude and aggressive on the phone and told me well at least you have a bed to sleep on and that I don't have anything to complain about it I'm not happy go somewhere else and when I said that's very rude, what's your name she hang up the phone. I was very taking aback to be spoken to like that and for someone to be so rude and blatantly racist, tell me to go back to where I came from. The hotel itself is very nice and the rest of the staff was lovely.

Loved staying here for 12 days. Walked everywhere and close to anything you need with all sights to visit close by as well Staff was great except for one young front desk lady—- she was rude. Ignorance is bliss I ignored her. Bartenders were amazing Antonio will miss knowing you know how to make my drinks…. Always felt great being back to room. Housekeepers were great. All front staff too— gave me room earlier than check in time - which was a relief. Thank you Cardo

Langsom indtjekning, hvor den tilbudte rabat ikke var registreret og hvor jeg skullebetale 50EUR i depositum, som først refunderes i løbet af en uges tid…måske. Andre steder reserveres det på kortet, men her har hotellet åbenbart brug for ekstra likviditet. :) Morgenmaden OK, men ikke prangende - pulveræg matcher virkelig ikke hotellets ønskede standard og prisniveau. Værelset var supergodt og rent. Så en god nattesøvn, selv om der er lidt støj fra Rogier.

The hotel was lovely and clean, only issue is the noise from sirens from emergency vehicles making so much noise during the night, otherwise there were no issues with the hotel, I would stay there again. Location is good plenty of places to eat, shopping centre is opposite the hotel, and can easily walk to Grande Place. Metro is right outside the hotel too.

High tech hotel in a great location and close to two metro stations and great shopping mall.

The Hotel’s location is good.

This hotel is very modern. I love the automated window shades and the room is very spacious for a European hotel. Walkable to most tourist spots, specially to The Grand Place. I just didn’t feel very safe specially at night as it is close to a main metro station and a lot of sketchy people hanging around outside the hotel. But overall I really like this hotel.

A convenient location near the Metro station, training station and shopping.

Really nice hotel. Good breakfast, superb pool. Decent ai lifts once you have mastered them - you select your floor outside and it tells you which lift. Really helpful Portuguese guy with long hair at ground floor reception who advised us on cheap restaurants we would never have found. Please please read the instructions if arriving by car. You cannot just pull up outside and sat nav takes you through tunnels way past the hotel. We parked illegally and my wife went inside to get directions to the underground car park. Bit of a nightmare but the room, staff and everything else was top quality. 12 minutes walk to Grand Place.

Hôtel très bien placé au centre de Bruxelles, bouche de métro au pied de l’hôtel. Chambre spacieuse et literie très confortable. La piscine au 30 eme nous offre une vue panoramique incroyable.

Need to sort out air conditioning (had to move rooms) and breakfast is ridiculously expensive.

The Cardo Brussels hotel is very convenient in terms of location and ability to navigate both tourist sites and restaurants - provided you're good with using the metro system...which we were. A bit weird on the check-in as there is a "greeter" on the main floor who barely gave detail on where to go other than floor 2. Forgetting the ground 0 routine in Europe, we then took the escalator - which led nowhere until we did it again and got to floor two. A bit annoying. Once settled, the room was very nice, comfortable and at the end of the hallway...generally good in terms of quiet. But there must have been high crimes during the time were were there as the sirens seem to go on-and-on. :) Had a difficult time dealing with the auto-shades to dim the room as well. It was as if there was a choice of full-on open or full-on black-out curtains but finding something in between was comical. Literally spent 5 minutes laughing and trying options. Overall staff freindliness was great - they helped where needed and responded to questions about what to see, restaurants, etc.. Good value on the hotel as well. Given the closeness of metro, restaurants, tourist sites, etc. - alll easy walking distance or metro - the place is a good choice. Food - the breakfast buffet was great. Akai was a disaster. Hotel basically disclaims any relation but says it's "their" restaurant. Crap service and atmosphere - playground for juveniles. Marriott needs to get a handle on this!!! Avoid at all cost.

Great room, very spacious, clean and fully equipped. The pool was very pretty, if a bit cool, and the breakfast was delicious with a huge selection.

This hotel is plush and ideally located around shops and food places. The ambiance is amazing, with a vibrant bar located in the lobby area and rooftop pool with 1 hour access! The only let down is the breakfast (not enough selection of food) and the bedroom amenities supply could be better! However I would choose this hotel again!!

Room was great. Spacious and well decorated. Unfortunately our room was not cleaned throughout our whole stay. The cleaning lady came at 9am whilst we were still in bed. We asked her to come back a little while later, but nobody returned. However, this was a very minor detail & possible just a miscommunication. The rest of the stay was brilliant. Friendly, helpful staff. The restaurant Akai is a must try
