This is the nicest La Quinta we've ever seen. It's huge, the lobby is the size of a football field and includes a bar. But everything is so nice, fresh and clean. People are friendly and helpful, included breakfast was delicious, all was excellent.

Hotel was clean and convenient, beds were comfy, shower and bathroom was clean. The pool and spa area was great that it was outdoor but covered so you could still use in rain. The gym was great. Breakfast was amazingly delicious with a large variety to choose from. My only complaint is check out is at 11am so why have housekeeping making noise around you cleaning other rooms. It was quite annoying.

No towels in pool area (though more brought when we went to ask). Homeless people asked my kids for food and/or money when they went to get their pillow from the car in the parking lot. We weren’t offered the WiFi passcode either verbally or on the room key jacket, but did get from front desk the following morning. Breakfast buffet was well maintained but typical all processed foods from this level hotel. Appreciated that there was fresh bananas and apples though.

The property is nice. Our checkin was very efficient. Our room was clean but not spotless. The girl at the front desk was slightly argumentative with me. Not sure she is aware of how important Customer Service can really be. This place is in a nice and safe location. The breakfast is fantastic and so are the people running it! I will come back to this same hotel on my next visit to Waco.

It’s a very nice hotel. The AC unit was moldy. We had to turn off the unit so that it would not blow on us. My HVAC husband said the coils need to be cleaned.

The room I got was so disgusting. I was so disappointed I came into a horror room. There was something that looked like human body leaf fluids parentheses semen all over the floor curtains, couch, and bed. I was so paranoid and scared for my children to touch anything I had to go get extra covers to put on all the spots we found my son moved the foot rest and stepped in a big wet white stain. Oh man, I was so disgusted. I shared pictures with the hotel receptionist but I we just got an apology.

The young lady who checked us in was so friendly and helpful. She gave us a great recommendation for a restaurant. Our room was very spacious and clean. Breakfast was simple and good. I would recommend this stay.

This is our second stay here and we will definitely not be back. 1st time here was in April and our AC wasn’t working. Figured we give then another change and again in our room the AC does not work and reads error. Love all the places to eat near by, staff friendly, rooms could be kept better, stains on walls. Do not recommend this hotel.

I drove into Waco after reserving my room on Expedia. When I got there to check in the guy at the desk was so rude and tried to run my card saying that the reservation wasn’t paid by Expedia yet. He attempted to run my card 7 times!!! Also I checked in online and they charged me a 25 incidentals fee that I still have not gotta back. Then I left and called Expedia they verified it was paid and had me hold to call the hotel. They spoke with the same guy and he still wouldn’t accept the fact that my reservation was paid for. So I still don’t have my money Bach and had to come out of pocket to a whole different hotel.

I had to call cuatomer service twice, 830 pm and 1130 pm. Customer service didnt want to do anything about it, cause they didnt work at the location. I went to the front desk first time, waited 20 minutes before the desk person stopped hiding where the breakfast room was be clos3d and locked. Then at 1130 I went outside and my card wouldnt work to open the door. I pick up the phone calling front desk 7-8.times with it ringing 2 minites each pick up. The. Called my wife whos pregnant and asleep to come down and let me in. Then once in the lobby i was raising my voice for help, is anyone working and they never showed up or replies. Looked inside the breakfast room and taking a nap. I guess being a college town maybe its purpose but dude was not helpful or caring about his job.

Checked in around 11pm woke up at 3:15ish to fire alarm going off every 20-30 minutes. Checked out at 5am after we had enough to sleep in our car. I sent email that night but never got a response. Would like some refund back or something.

Got tuck in the elevator. FD came to get me out. No one from the hotel seemed concerned or asked if I was OK. The bathroom sink had little water pressure.

Everything on the hotel property was nice, nothing bad to say at all. Across the street though looks extremely run down, people hanging around outside that were up to no good. I wonder if the community do something to lift that street up out of poverty, maybe volunteer to renovate the run down houses and lawn care, seeing if they can do social wellness checks? Not sure those are just some ideas. My husband didn’t sleep hardly at all because of the things we saw going on outside.

Nice hotel close to downtown Waco attractions. I would definitely stay here again the next time I'm visiting Waco. Our room was clean, but there was some peeling paint in the bathroom. We enjoyed the morning breakfast. Everything was well-stocked and fresh. The outdoor pool area is nicely shaded and family -friendly.

Nice new hotel and fantastic location near campus. You can easily walk to some restaurants nearby. Clean and sleek pool and exercise area. The only bad point was the breakfast. It’s a typical hotel continental breakfast, but my son was disappointed they didn’t have hashbrowns or any kind of potatoes. A tad overpriced too considering it’s not a big city.

Everything was great! The only thing I wish would open earlier was the continental breakfast, it opened at 7am, and there were a lot of people waiting. Seems if they opened at 6:30am it would be beneficial for a lot of guests.
