Very nice property. Clean, spacious rooms and plenty f amenities. Would definitely recommend to anyone staying in this area. Only slight issue we encountered was the elevators were a bit too small. With our luggage carrier and one of us in a wheelchair, it was quie crammed.

Rooms were clean, beds comfortable . Hotel is in good condition except for flooring . The carpeting in the hallways was extremely worn, pattern is almost completely worn off, threadbare in places . Especially near elevators .

This is one of the best Hampton Inns we have ever stayed in. Everything was spacious from the room to the breakfast area. Check in and out was fine with great staff. It was a very good stay. Only negative was the hot hallway on the 4th floor.

Very very close to a LECOM sports center. hotel guests were mostly sports families - lots of kids. Never tried the pool because too many kids. Great for sports families!

There’s very little insulation between rooms so it was very noisy. Doors slamming and kids shouting and running in the halls till after midnight. They also only clean the rooms if you stay 5 or more days. I like to have clean towels and empty garbage cans. The shampoo dispenser was empty too. Glad I brought my own

Stayed two nights for shopping and visiting friends in the area. The staff were very friendly and check in was quick and simple. The room was clean and presentable. The air conditioner in our room needed a checkup, it was rattling so badly we didn’t get a lot of sleep, but since it was only two nights we just put up with it. The bathroom was a nice size and included pump bottles of shower wash, shampoo, body lotion etc which was nice. There is no housekeeping with a stay under 4 days, but that’s fine with us. The shower had a bit of that red mold in the corners and could use a recaulking, but because the shower was so large it was easy to avoid those spots. Breakfast was included and had a good variety of choices, we enjoyed it. Coffee and tea avail 24 hrs a day in the front lobby, also nice. All in all we thought the price was reasonable and we would stay again.

Traveling home from Florida and we generally stay at a Hampton Inn. The service was excellent by the staff but the room needs to be cleaned up a little. Fingerprints and smudge’s on the walls and door.

This is a very nice hotel, but if you stay here you want a room on the front side away from the I-90 side as the highway noise is nearly constant. Other than the noise we were very pleased with the hotel.

Hotel was Clean but not Quiet, Our room was 102 Handicap Accessible for my wife as she uses a wheelchair. The sound insulation for the room closest to I-90, needs much more additional sound insulation as my wife had a very rough time going to sleep, I had ear plugs. The staff were OUTSTANDING FROM START TO FINISH, VERY HELPFUL!

This was a nice hotel…however if you get a room in the back you can hear the traffic from 90 all night. For some that may not be a deal breaker, but it did keep me up here and there. The breakfast is very good. The maids were pushing people out at 10am even though check out is at 11. I probably would not stay here again though.

Stayed two nights for shopping and visiting friends in the area. The staff were very friendly and check in was quick and simple. The room was clean and presentable. We stayed here with our two children for a long weekend. The hotel was great! The room was a good size, and very clean. It was a huge plus having free breakfast each morning, and there were tons of offerings including eggs, bacon, bagels, sausage, and freshly made waffles. The staff was friendly, the pool was great and felt amazing after a day at the beaches. Excellent location-we were able to walk to subway and IHOP. About 20 minutes to the beaches at Presque Isle. Star and Alex were great, very helpful and kind. There’s a snack/drink area by the front check in that has treats, ice cream, drinks, bathroom essentials, and more. We will definitely stay here again.

Staff was very helpful in helping me to extend my stay and to make sure I earned my points for my Hilton Rewards program. In fact, all staff I encountered were very helpful and pleasant. Also, I was able to do my laundry. Very reasonable. $1.50 to wash and $3.00 to dry ($1.50 for 25 minutes).

Our room was not ready for early check in. It was made very clear check in is at 4pm. We did get in about 3:45pm. It was also made very clear check out was at 11am. So, essentially the room was only for sleeping as we had an event to attend at 6pm. I will say maybe the hotel was fully booked due to a youth basketball tournament near by. So maybe that is why they were sticklers with the check in and out times.

The staff at the breakfast bar was gracious and accommodating. The staff at the front desk was NOT. she was bold, rude, over bearing. When I would try to speak she would interrupt and make me feel irrelevant. Where as I am pleased with the Hampton I would never stay at that location again. I used my Expedia account to book this trip and a prior one a month earlier in Alexandria bay. I applied for Hilton honors at the 1st place but was told I could not use them because the booking was in my husbands name, and would have to reapply in his name. Our Expedia account is in his name and we used my email and I paid with my credit card. The first booking I went with my friend and had no issues, but at this location in Erie they would not let me check in with my ID my husband was in the rest room. The check in line began to grow and when he came back the tension grew as he showed his ID they wanted his credit card and I tried to say we were using mine. Again I was cut off and argued with in front of a lot of people. I can’t imagine what may have happened if he had been sick again and I had taken my friend again. Would I have been denied access? Staff at the front desk was very nice but the upkeep of the hotel room was terrible. The electric window shade was not working, but we were warned about that before checking in. The bathroom was a disgrace. the hook to hold the towel was falling off wall, the grab bar in shower was falling off on one side, the toilet seat was completely unattached, and the ceiling above shower had obvious water damage problems that were not repaired. We told front desk person when checking out and showed pictures. she said that the manager would call us but nobody did. Worst bathroom that I've ever seen in a hotel

Commom areas are super clean and the front desk and breakfast buffet staff were helpful and welcoming. The breakfast is exceptional with several hot options. Getting to the hotel is a bit tricky especially after a long day driving but its worth the effort. Several restaurants are in walking distance.

We liked the hotel, some staff, coldness of the air conditioner, and location. We did not like the very rattlely/noisy air conditioner nor the repetitive food options at the breakfast buffet (there was lots of food but mostly the same meat options--never saw bacon once but had turkey sausage 3 times in 4 days).

This place was absolutely great! The staff was super friendly and the room was great. Very comfy and clean. Nice TV with a ton of stations. Pool area was also clean and the kids loved it. Breakfast was delish and again the staff there was lovely. We will book again for sure.

We were not happy at all! The sheets didn’t fit the mattress, the shower did not work right we had to call maintenance to get it fixed. We went down for breakfast and they were out of everything. I asked for help at the desk and she said that the breakfast employee had an emergency and left! Overall I would rate it a 2 out of 10! Would never recommend it!

The room was absolutely perfect! So clean and comfortable! Pool was nice ans clean! Breakfast was good. They had eggs, sausage, cereal, breads, and waffles. The waffle maker line was insane. The dining area was very small ans cramped. Other than breakfast time, i really enjoed my stay here!

I like everything except the breakfast was cold and was tasteless. I always had good breakfast. I go straight to work when I stay at Hampton for business and this was the first time the food was tasteless. I had to get my coffee and breakfast from somewhere else.
