Stayed a week just before high season started. The first thing that struck me about this place was the beautiful complex. There is a spacious indoor car park and the staff drive these cute little electric golf buggies around to help with luggage. The staff were great, very welcoming and the customer service was amazing. Then I noticed the swarm of sea gulls in the pool. In fact they were all over the sun loungers and on some apartment balconies. There’s droppings everywhere. I’ts clearly been a problem since this place opened. They have a man with a hawk to try to deter them but they keep coming back. This makes it a health and safety risk despite how often the pool is cleaned. The outdoor pool is also freezing cold. The indoor pool is smaller than it looks in the pictures, but it was a surprisingly very nice temperature. It’s full of young kids though, understandably because they don’t want to be in the outdoor pool. There should really be a rule about no kids after 7pm, so it can actually serve as a spa. The apartment was one of the best I’ve ever stayed in. The kitchen has everything! Modern high quality AEG appliances - an oven, microwave, hob, full fridge and freezer, even washing machine. Two things frustrated me - for a building constructed in 2021, there is not a usb port in site, so had to charge my phone very slowly from the tv. The TV - it’s astonishing no smart tv.

All the comforts of home that we could want and a perfect hub for exploring the Algarve with our toddler. Check-in/check-out was flawless and all the staff we encountered were very polite and helpful. Parking in a spacious garage is available, and there looked to be a couple of EV charging stations. Free reservations for bikes were also included in our stay although we didn't get a chance to try them out. The area is within walking distance to 2 beaches (you can get to the other one through a tunnel in the rock formation). Would stay here again for sure!

Amazing property. SUPER QUIET AND PEACEFUL. Staff very friendly and helpful. The apartment I had had three outdoor areas so you had all day sunshine. Spa and pool area is lovely though I didn't know how to get the steam room to work. 5 min walk to the beach, 15 min walk to the shop. The apartment came with a shopping trolley which was super handy for doing all my grocery shopping. Would go back here any time.

We were over the moon with the facility. The concierges were so helpful with dining and shopping suggestions. The food at the restaurant may be the best we have had in years!! The room was perfect with a washing machine we didn't even use, but would have if needed. The beach is a short distance away and it's incredible! There are actually two separate areas with a tunnel in between....so fun, so beautiful and amazing. The pool and jacuzzi at the facility were amazing. I really should call it a resort! We would gladly stay there again in a heartbeat!!

Overall enjoyable stay. Hotel is obviously trying to deal with Seagull problem and has a hawker with a hawk most days to scare them away. However despite this seagulls congregate on outer apartment blocks. Beware when sitting outside your apartment, the seagulls poop! When hawker not there, seagulls congregate in numbers in swimming pool which is a hygiene risk

When we arrived in the Algarve we were ready to relax and this was the perfect way to end our Portugal vacation. Our suite backed onto the pool area which we enjoyed immensely. It was convenient to have the pool bar available as well. The suite was like a huge apartment that felt very fancy with so much space and many amenities. Amazing restaurants and the coast was a quick walk away. The Bengal caves were a short drive away which we visited. I would recommend this resort in a minute.

Had a great time staying in this quiet resort. The villa was superb, lots of room and extremely well designed, with real attention to detail. Quality fittings and furnishings throughout, very impressive. The pool, spa and facilities were similarly delivered to a high standard. The reception staff were all very friendly and helpful. We stayed for two nights as part of a week touring around, would definitely have been able to stay longer. Happy to recommend.

It is a beautiful resort. The pool is beautiful and it is close to restaurants. The bikes were a great added bonus. My only issue is that housekeeping missed our room one night. But otherwise a beautiful relaxing resort in the Algarve.

Gut ist das die Unterkunft neu ist: aber man hat weite Wege. Leider auch keine hohen Palmen, die Schatten spenden. Das Frühstück war eintönig, jeden Tag das Gleiche. Das Personal war nett. Wir fanden aber unpraktisch das man für Spülmaschinen Taps zur Rezeption gehen muss. Zimmerreinigung erst um 16:00! wir würden nicht nochmal dort buchen. Bett sehr hart, auch die Terrassenmöbel, kein Sonnenschirm.

We had a short, but fantastic stay. This property is very nice, clean and the apartment was roomy and cozy. We liked the decor, which is coastal minimalist 😉 The area is very quite and we slept well. We will be back !

Amazing restaurants and the coast was a quick walk away. The Bengal caves were a short drive away which we visited. I would recommend this resort in a minute.

We had an amazing time. The property was beautiful as was our apartment, it was very spacious, modern and super clean. We also can’t say enough about the staff s as bad how friendly and helpful they all were. The reason I dropped the comfort rating to a 4 is because there was an issue with the hot water tank on our last day and we had to shower in the next apartment. They did try to have it fixed right away and thought it was fixed but it turned out not to have been.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at White Shell Beach Villas. The reception staff were friendly and welcoming throughout, responding promptly to any queries we had and being very accommodating to all our needs. The resort was extremely family friendly, and we were provided with a high chair for meals and a travel cot for our young daughter. The facilities and service were excellent, with a spacious villa which was consistently cleaned to a high standard. The pool facilities were also impressive, providing a relaxing, ambient environment. We would highly recommend White Shell Beach Villas to anyone visiting the Algarve, and we hope to visit again in future!

All the comforts of home that we could want and a perfect hub for exploring the Algarve with our toddler. Free reservations for bikes were also included in our stay although we didn't get a chance to try them out. We were over the moon with the facility. The concierges were so helpful with dining and shopping suggestions. The food at the restaurant may be the best we have had in years!! The room was perfect with a washing machine we didn't even use, but would have if needed. The beach is a short distance away and it's incredible! There are actually two separate areas with a tunnel in between....so fun, so beautiful and amazing. The pool and jacuzzi at the facility were amazing. I really should call it a resort! We would gladly stay there again in a heartbeat!!

Resort type atmosphere. Great place to relax and central to the east and west in the Algarve. Pool was amazing. You do need a car to get around the Algarve if you are goi g to see other sites. There are beaches near the resort to walk to and one requires going down stairs.

This is our second stay at White Shell. The units are spacious and well equipped but there is a pet fee which is per night (25€) rather than a flat cleaning fee. This can add up quite quickly if you are hoping to stay for more than a few days - which we found unusual for an aparthotel. This one of the reasons we will not return. The other is that the area around the hotel does not seem to be developing at all and other than the beach you will need to drive everywhere as there are few to no sidewalks -

Nice small property. We visited off season so the amenities were not all set up yet. They were working to get the landscaping up to par. The villas are nicely decorated and kitchen is perfect. It is very quiet. Short walk to beach, Lord’s Bar and small grocery store.

Spa and pool area is lovely though I didn't know how to get the steam room to work. 5 min walk to the beach, 15 min walk to the shop. The apartment came with a shopping trolley which was super handy for doing all my grocery shopping. Would go back here any time.

Es war eher wie ein Appartment Villa, sauber, Küche Waschmaschine Spülmaschine 👍, Balkon war nicht gepflegt ohne Pflanzen, erster Tag gab es nur 1Trinkflasche Wasser und 4Kaffeetabs (wir waren 4Personen!)Wasser und Kaffee sollte jeden Tag aufgefüllt werden meiner Meinung bei dem Preis/Leistungsverhältnis. Very remote and calm place. Really enjoyed our stay. The only thing that is the food that needs working. We have ordered room service for dinner, which was quick but food that is being served is very very average. Both meat and fish. We have also had breakfast in the main restaurant and again not much to choose from, especially if you don’t eat pork.
