We were in a room with connecting doors.. quite noisy but the staff moved us up higher to a quieter floor .. excellent. Room are small but you are only sleeping there. Pool was nice after a hot day out walking and towels provided. Fantastic stay for the price. Very nice friendly reception staff.

Zimmer war größer wie erwartet. Wir konnten in den 11 Quadratmetern unsere beiden Reisekoffer auf dem Boden ausbreiten. Der Pool auf der Terrasse ist super, allerdings könnte man den Bereich etwas einladende gestalten. Top waren hier die kostenlosen Handtücher.

The Staff was very cooperative and polite, The location is excellent. The cleanliness is excellent. The service was excellent. The room size was a smaller than expected, atleast one small wardrobe is needed. Otherwise rest of the things are all very good.

Firstly the hotel staff were excellent and couldn't have been more helpful, the breakfast was great and the room was very clean. Issue was some noisy, disrespectful guests. The soundproofing did not seem good. A real shame because really affected stay and sleep, otherwise would have been 5*

Not bad,just a normal ibis hotel.My room has a door of the shower zone,so it was good for me,but my friends room didn't have it,she was confused. The wall of room is thin,so I can hear all the noises from corridor,elevator,and even from others' room.(yes I even heared their alarm's noise 5:00am!) The location is not so good,little bit far from the MRT station.And there were a road contribution, so it was not so good for walking.

Location was decent, it’s a quick walk to the mrt. It is a bit small and I had issues with the digital card. Had to get the physical card instead. There’s always a staff at the front if you need any assistance. Other than that, there’s air conditioning and daily housekeeping. Not bad if you’re mainly looking for a place to sleep only.

The place is quiet and it's easy to walk to Metro. It is close to Little India. LThe rooms were maintained well but unfortunately if an upstairs room takes a shower it makes a lot of noise. One has to hope they don't shower during the night. A toilet hose broke in the middle of the night. We were able to shut it off and it was immediately fixed in the morning. The bathrooms definitely need more light by the mirrors. The breakfast was okay but could include fruits and stronger juices. If we stay in Singapore again, we would consider staying in Singapore because of its budget prices and acceptable facilities and services.

For the last two days of our stay, our card showed that we are not eligible for breakfast even though we have paid for the whole stay. After talking to the manager, we were let in. The breakfast itself was pretty mediocre if you are used to western food. There was no soap and only one towel per person, but we used the shower gel to wash our hands. On our last day, we were not given a food towel, so we had to use one of our two towels. If you are on a tight budget, the hotel is okay, considering the convenient location. Otherwise, I would not suggest staying here.

The property is really close to a metro station and has a very good location, which made it very convenient to get to know the neighborhood and to get to other places. The staff was always very nice and helpful, and the breakfast was also good. The room was a little smaller than expected.

This is a basic cheap modern hotel. No window in the bedroom, no fridge or safe but good bed, good shower, air-con and TV. Basic breakfast with Nescafé but hot Asian food if you want it. Metro about 5 minutes away.
