Only the guest that reserve with them get a full breakfast But continental was good Pool is at entrance no privacy Towels for pool area not provided at pool area and they want to keep id at counter until turned in very incovient Area was great many places to step out of the hotel and have dinner steakhouse or everything else you can think of A big shopping mall is very nice right in front walking distance Floor #2 has a party hall in same area as sleeping quarters and it was pretty noisy since they had a party going on. Food was good $15.00 buffet with drinks plus tips Bar area was excellent they served food as well

El servicio ha decaído por parte de la administración.. la tv no funcionó y al intentar facturar me intentaba descargar virus. Fuera de eso las intalaciones están hermosas, el diseño es admirable, cuentan con una capilla muy bella, fuente al entrar, la hab. doble es amplia y el ambiente es muy bueno, la alberca climatizada para mi familia fue lo mejor, aunque las toallas están muy desgastadas, ya requieren nuevas, la atencion del personal de servicio y mantenimiento fue bastante ameno, la comida es buena, estacionamiento muy amplio, accesos buenos, cuarto de juegos es bueno para divertirse o simplemente sentarse a leer un rato, lo que mas me gustó es la ubicación, al salir del hotel te encuentras con bastantes plazas tanto de restaurantes, cadenas comerciales de autoservicio y departamentales para toda la familia.

La alberca lucía sucia, los camastros i sillas sucios y rotos, los closets sucios, la alfombra sucia, pero lo peor fue que no habia agua, y si salia un poco no alcanzabas ni a bañarte cuando se volvía a interrumpir el flujo. Lo reportamos pero no les importó. Teniabreserva por 4 noches pero solo estuvimos 2 y nos fuimos.

The room was clean and very welcoming with nice housekeeping staff. I had surgery during my stay and the staff were very accommodating with my food and hygiene needs. I will be staying there again!

The property is in a good location. Unfortunately I felt the place was outdated and unclean. The 5th floor smelled of pee and cigarette smoke. I felt the housekeeping was doing the best they could but it the hotel is in need of a deep cleaning or a completed overhaul of carpet, bedding, and rooms. I really wanted this hotel to be first class but it fell well short of our expectations.

The last day we found a cockroach on the bathroom and I couldn’t modify my last night reservation as we finish our visit early, so I need to force to pay the last night as Expedia and the hotel were in not help for it

Place is broken down. You could see the parking lot through a crack over the air conditioner so bugs can get in room. Noisy and you can hear everyone through thin walls. Everything is in Spanish nobody speaks English and when asked if the could change tv to English they said no they couldn’t so I ended up doing it myself with the help of google. Restaurant is sooo packed you have to wait to eat and the hotel is rampant with kids in the pool and hot tub. There’s construction going on so it’s inconvenient to get to. The blinds are not full blackout. I had the worst experience. Beds were decent and you can walk to English restaurants across the street but it’s a little dangerous to cross. Also the sink had no stopper so my personal item fell down the drain. Stay elsewhere!

My daughter and I were in vacation. It’s summer so it was extremely hot outside. We expected to have cold AC in our room, but did not. The AC was on, however it was not cold like it should be. The front desk stated there was nothing they could do, and that’s how cold the AC blew. We were hot in our rooms which made it uncomfortable for us to stay.

Noisy and not at all any different from any other hotel that has thin walls and doors. The large amount of loud kids and the loud air conditioners made it more like a motel6 or other one and two star hotel. The decor and theme are nice, but not worth the extra money over a more rounded choice like Laquinta. The courtyard Marriott nearby is far beyond this for a similar price.

I had problems with the television, I didn't want to turn it on, it couldn't be heard it and after they helped me turn it on, it didn't want to turn off, the mattresses were very old ..

I dont recommend stay on holidays because it was long line for everything; to check in, the service is slowly for questions or dont anwer the calls and in the morning for breakfast we have to wait almost 1 hour in the line to take the breakfast. Terrible!!!

We had a late check in and Daniel from front desk was very nice. We were woken up next morning by the delicious smell of food, breakfast was great, Sunday morning there was a mariachi while we had the breakfast Buffett. Food was amazing. Clean room, quiet at night. We loved our stay here.

Beware of Breakfast fraud. If they are too busy with walk-in guests, they deny breakfast to house guests who are paying for it with their daily hotel rate. I requested compensation multiple times but received nothing! Happened on new years day 2026.

When I tried to check in they couldn’t find my reservation I had to chat with Expedia after a while of going back and fourth they found it and was asked to wait another 15 waited about 20 min it was just frustrating and irritating.

esta es la tercera ves que fuimos a Maria Bonita Consulado. deja les digo que Daniel Gúmez es super atento y muy hamable. la mayoria que trabajan alli se portaron de los mas bien con nosotros!! empesando con Daniel, los que trabajan en el restaurante y las señoras de la limpiesa. los cuartos super limpios y las camas bien suave pa dormir. la comida riquisima!! muchisimas gracias otra vez Daniel por la buena atencion durante nuestro check-in

Maria Bonita Consulado Americano announces itself as an authority in service and quality. It is not. Their front desk staff is young and beautiful but is so inexperienced and unprofessional and disinterested in the guest that it makes the welcome frustrating. I regret booking my stay in Ciudad Juarez at Maria Bonita Consulado Americano.

Good location. Walkable area. Room was a little dated, mattress was poor quality, carpet in bad shape, but the cleanliness and staff made up for it. Not my first choice if I have to pick but I would stay there if nothing else is available. I rented a few rooms and the most expensive was the worst, balcony had construction workers right outside, on the same level, and the room was tiny.

I really liked the location. It's across the street from a mall, and restaurants. It was walking distance from this really popular restaurant/bar called "Cervecería 19." The staff was really helpful suggesting places to eat and visit. The pool and hot tub was exactly what we needed after spending the day exploring.

Un hotel bonito, habitaciones agradables, es colonial o rústico. Limpio. Pero si esta la entrada por una calle muy transitada y pasan a alta velocidad los autos. Se entra por el estacionamiento y construyeron una plaza en lo que era su puerta principal por lo que hay que entrar y salir por el estacionamiento. El personal muy amable y la piscina en un área techada y cerrada que es genial para el clima que prevalece en Cd Juárez, frío, viento, demasiado soleado verano, así que excelente la alberca.

Hotel María Bonita is well located with the consulado,medical and biometrics within walking distance. They have access to the gym located inside the mall which is also a plus. The mall is across the street which gives you additional entertainment and opportunities to be out and about without needing to use your vehicle. The breakfast is really good as well as the restaurant if you want specific food. I felt secure in this hotel, it has no safe but we felt comfortable leaving our laptops in the rooms while we were out exploring Juarez. Has cameras in every floor aisle as well as guarded parking lot.

The hotel is quite old, but it's very popular for its cheap breakfast buffet. The quality of the food and service are correspondingly cheap. The staff really pushes for tips whenever they can. If you don't happen to have any cash on hand at every single day, prepare for 'issues' on the entrance for the breakfast you have already paid for. I ended up for breakfast at Starbucks across the road, but they anyways are charging you for the breakfast when it's booked together with your room. The responsible or manager is constantly absent or on vacation. This is a mess!

Es un hotel con mucho ruido como para descansar. Todo el fin de semana hay fiestas en los salones y en los cuartos. Se oye todo! En la mañana las camaristas tocan la puerta desde muy temprano y pasan un carrito para el trapeador por todo el pasillo. El desayuno por hospedaje es de 7 a 9 y está y muy basico. El personal te persigue con una lista para ver cuál restaurante te corresponde. Tienes la opción de pasar al buffet de paga pero te dicen el costo inmediatamente.para que decidas no entrar.

I didn’t like that the rooms didn’t have fridge or microwave, and they only put 2 towels in the restroom, you can ask for more. If someone get rooms from Expedia, the hotel only offers continental breakfast. The breakfast wasn’t good.

Very beautiful property, nice people, excellent free breakfast. Their restaurant was very good too. Would have given 5 stars if not for the construction outside our balcony that we were not able to enjoy but paid for as part of the room.
