Personal muy amable y servicial, todo muy limpio. Las sabanas de la cama un poco viejas gastadas y con hoyos, pero limpias! El estacionamiento el dia Sabado muy lleno que no encontramos lugar! Tuvimos que estacionar el coche en la entrada del estacionamiento cubierto, eso no me gusto! Las albercas no son tan grandes como te muestran en las fotos del hotel!!!

The property itself is outdated, definitely need some maintenance in the room and the landscaping, our first day here there was a 2 foot fish in the pool. Thin walls, heard the club plus their karaoke all night long. Only plus was it was walking distance to great restaurants.

It's not the first time we go to this hotel since we like it so much. It's around $115 dlls a night. They offer big rooms and a nice pool to swim at until 10pm. Personally, for the price, I think it's a good deal since it's very centric to everything, the docks, beach, restaurants and bars, and even little convenience and drug stores. The staff it's very friendly and the room it's clean as far as I saw it. They also have wifi, which wasn't slow at all. It comes with an A/C unit, unlike most places in Ensenada, so that's a plus to me.

We have stayed at this hotel twice a year for the past five years. The reason we return is because of the great staff they have, and the guarded parking lot. The parking lot is overloaded on Friday and Saturday nights, but they do the best they can to facilitate parking.

The downfall was that our room got no wifi connection. They did try to accommodate us by moving us to a different room so that was kind. Parking was packed but they do have someone at the gate at all times ensuring who goes in and out

The building needs remodeling, carpets smelled bad, curtains were dusty and dirty and towels were yellow and smelled bad. ( I all threw up. El edificio necesita remodelación, la carpeta de la habitación olía feo, las cortinas estaban polvosas y como grasosas y las toallas para secarse el cuerpo estaban amarillas (eran blancas) y olían muy mal. Location is great, we could walk to shopping and dining. We had a view of the Marina and it was nice to sit on the balcony and watch the ships. The bed was comfortable and the staff were all friendly and helpful. The room could use an update, mainly the bathroom and the lighting was not great.

This hotel is good . They do need to upgrade the showers and carpet tho . It’s great because it’s in downtown Ensenada, it’s walkable , lots of options to eat . Lots to see . But they should really think about upgrading the carpet and showers.

This is a good hotel in a good location. Right in the heart of the party at night so if you’re into the French quarter in New Orleans, ask for room 312. If not, make sure to ask for a room on the opposite side because the party and noise on the street at night will keep you up till 3am. Also, if you like firm mattresses and pillows, this place is for you. Don’t stay here if you have back issues.

Villa Marina needs to up grade and up date the rooms the furniture is so old and antique even the comforters are not to mention the rug in the room is old and felt sticky when walking barefoot on it.

Our rooms was balcony was facing the main street, at first it seems pretty cool since it was basically main street, shops, places to eat and the tourist crowd. But then...night came! The noise was incredibly loud, live music cheering, the works. It didnt help that the sliding didnt shut properly not that it would of helped much. Then there was the thin walls, and folks in the hallway, elevator traffic. Bottom line, dont expect a good nights sleep here.

I like staying in the hotel because of their nice customer services. All employees are very kind and make you feel like home. Pretty close to shops and restaurants. You don’t have to drive to go out to eat because restaurants are one minute by walking.

Estoy muy molesta. Fuimos mi familia y amigos a la carrera fuera de camino Baja 500 y al volver a querer descansar en el hotel q habia reservado semanas atrás ya me había cancelado las habitaciones. La explicación fue q no llegue a las 3 de la tarde y el gerente en turno decidió hacerlo. Dicen que me madaron un correo, pero a esa hora andabamos metidos en la sierra y pues claro q No hay señal de teléfono, mucho menos de internet. Se supone q por eso dejé en garantía mi tarjeta de crédito, por si no llego ya es responsabilidad mia y me descuentan lo de la estancia, pero de seguro han de haber vuelto a rentar mis habitaciones (porque eran 3) al doble de precio!!! Lo malo era q traiamos niños, pero lo bueno es q por algún milagro encontramos alojamiento para todos en el hotel Villafontana y nos trataron muy bien el recepcionista.

I checked in just before 3pm (check in). It was about 2:45p. I was sent up to my room but it was still being cleaned. We didn't get into our room until 3:30p. Since we got there a bit early we ended up waiting over 45 minutes for the room be ready. They could have said it wasn't ready and we we would have gone to eat or something instead of wasting our time sitting in a dark hallway listen to the cleaning crew joke around. To be honest it bugged me.

I didn't have breakfast at the hotel. The night i stayed at this hotel was very noisy outside. My family always chose this hotel every time they go to Ensenada. Yes i recommend this hotel is walkable distance to the harbor also to many restaurants.

Beds and pillows were better on the 8th and 10th floor. Staff is friendly and they have eating facility there which it’s not bad at all. Homemade corn tortillas and I love the lady who makes them! They have a small bar with karaoke night and they have great piña colada’s as well as appetizers. Room service also .
