All of the staff was very nice. Rooms were very clean! It was my first time staying at this property and would stay here again. Having a free washer and dryer was great too. Washed our clothes before heading home and now we just have to unpack.

This hotel was a great stay it was super clean & the staff is very nice and professional. It comes with free breakfast unfortunately did not get to try it. We loved the free parking on the property it was very secure area. One block away from plenty of restaurants & shops. Such a great place to stay if you’re in town!

Our family of 5 was very disappointed after finding out (after we checked in) that the pool was not working poperly (under maintenance). Our 3 children were most excited and looking forward to spending time in the beautiful advertised pool while in Mexico. The main reason I chose this hotel was because of how appealing the pool looked online. If we would have been aware the pool was not working we would not have stayed here. The room was hot no matter how low we put the temperature. They refused to give me a refund so we could go elsewhere. They refused to give me a discount or a refund and it was unfair to have paid the full amount for having lacked valuable amenities. I will not be returning here. We were so jealous while looking at other people using their pools in other hotels next door out of Holiday Inn's hotel windows.

It was a great experience, quick check in and check out. Towels for the pool, free washer and dryer, just take your own detergent or buy some at the front desk for a good price. Friendly staff, room was clean, great water pressure and temperature. No fridge but there is an ice machine. I will definitely go back. Bars and restaurants are walking distance. The breakfast buffet is a must.

Everyone was cool but they took too long at check in. The place was hella convenient. Right smack in the middle of everything. Gates parking lot with security. The rooms were clean and the water pressure was fantastic. Walking around at night was terrific. The restaurant and shop owners were wonderful and we felt very safe.

I enjoyed the stay! It is really close to downtown and restaurants. I love how safe it feels to leave your car with security 24 hour surveillance. I also enjoyed the spacious room and delicious hot breakfast they provide.

I love this hotel. It's new and beds were comfortable. Their free breakfast was so good. They had varieties each day. The front desk was extremely nice and fast check in and check out. The only downside is no fridge in the room. I have a small child that i need to have a fridge to store milk but there was none. Other than that everything was perfect. Location was near everything and there's a good coffee place right in front of the hotel that you can walk over to get good frappes. I would definitely stay here again when i come to Ensenada.

The property was located in the center of town and walking distance from many restaurants and shops. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious and very clean. The beds were comfortable. And, the breakfast was great! Our party really enjoyed our weekend stay here.

The room next to us which said condominium played loud music all night from midnight until the time we checked out which was 5AM. Since the loud music didn’t let us sleep we decided to head out earlier. When checking out we told the girl at the front desk, and got no acknowledgment from her about the issue.

The entire hotel super clean, the breakfast they offer is wonderful an employee Jacqueline she was amazing treated me with courtesy and smile always, thst mesns a lot, the customer service in this properity is amazing from vell boy to front desk personnel, thank you. Love the location of the hotel. It’s very centralized and you can go down to La guerrerense and grab a wonderful tostada. Tacos Fénix is also near by and eat some delicious fish tacos.

We had a wonderful stay at the Holiday Inn Express. The hotel is modern and the room we stayed in was very comfortable. The breakfast was great and staff was awesome. The location of the hotel is great, close to restaurants and shopping. We felt safe walking around the area and parking our car in their parking lot.
