The location is perfect, far enough to not hear loud clubs and traffic. The staff is extremely helpful and communicate via WhatsApp of any changes to the codes. I received a text before I arrived letting me know they were waiting for us and asking if we were celebrating any special occasions. The house was immaculate! Highly recommend and we will be coming back!!!!

Casa Asturias was perfect for us. The neighborhood was nice and fairly quiet, but close enough to the Malecón and downtown. If it was warmer we might have walked there. We paid 60 pesos a day to park in a secure lot behind the property, just for peace of mind. The staff were always available and super helpful, especially Julia and Paloma. Breakfast was delicious and our room was very clean, modern, and nicely decorated. They have an inviting outdoor area where you can sit by a fire in the evening or have breakfast in the morning. It's an easy 45 minute drive to the Valle de Guadalupe for wine tasting. We would definitely go back.

They charge more for parking than Expedia says. They charge for using the jacuzzi. They charge for breakfast, which was already paid for through Expedia. The worst part is that they charge for washing the sheets. This is too much for nothing. If you go to this place, be prepared to be ripped off for anything. It's the worst experience I've ever had with a host. Warning.

They charge extra if you wanted to have your car parked inside the parking premises, which was safer. If not, you would have to park out on the street. It did not look safe.

Todo bien , es muy tranquilo . El personal nos trato muy bien y el desayuno es un plus , tiene estacionamiento y la zona es muy tranquila .La habitacion es comoda solo que no tenia secadora de cabello no sabemos si la teniamos que pedir jajaja y deberian especificar que son escaleras de caracol para subir porque si bien a nosotros no nos molesto , no cualquiera las puede subir . Como detallitos a la alberca le faltaba limpieza ( se que la estaban limpiando cuando ya nos fuimos ) y estaba fria . La pasamos muy agusto . Gracias

Lovely place!! Very clean and cozy! Attentive staff! Pool and Jacuzzi are amazing! Great value ! Just keep in mind if you are planing on bringing your kids they may not allowe them if the room designated for families with kids is not available....we were advised by the receptionist to call prior to make a reservation to make sure that specific room is available.

Quiet neighborhood, very friendly staff, safe parking for my car. They catered to my dietary preferences during the free breakfast which was incredibly kind of them. The room was nice and private, could have been cleaned better, but overall was worth the price paid.

Our stay at CA was excellent. The customer service and communication from the hotel exceeded expectations. The property was easy to find. The hotel is very clean and well maintained. Our room was comfortable and provided a great nights rest after several hours of travel. Sebastian provided several restaurant recommendations which did not disappoint. Breakfast was quick and delicious. Casa Asturias is a hidden gem. We would definitely stay again.

Limited english signage on gates to get into property. Only one trash can in my room. Towel rack and sink in bathroom loose and falling apart. Breakfast not ready on time, we had to wait everyday for breakfast to be served. No one at the front desk at my checkout, i jad to wait 30 mins for someone to show up. Too far of a walk from 1st ave, plus the staff kept giving us the wrong directions to get to 1st ave. Parking was horrible, dirt lot and very tight to get my car in and out. My car was filty was I left.

Great staff and beautiful rooms/property, only thing is that the Romantic Room doesn’t have a standard door (sliding glass paneled door with curtains) and is on the ground floor by the breakfast room, so it’s not the most private

The only pro is the breakfast. But I didn’t like that I didn’t have control to the AC in my room and low water pressure in the shower. The access road is gravel. I will not be staying there in the future.

To get in to the property you have to ring the doorbell. Which is ok for the first time, but even after checking in you have to ring the doorbell and wait for someone to let you in. There was no hot water for the shower just lukewarm. The beds were noisy. Every time you move the bed made noise. The staircase to the upstairs room was tiny and spiraled up so getting our stuff in and out was a hassle. Staff was very friendly.

The truth is I was not able to stay here. I started calling as given the number by hotels.com prior to my 6:00 p.m. the night before cancellation to inform the hotel that my husband went into the emergency room and we weren't sure if we were going to need to cancel and not knowing if I could get the room back if we were going to continue to take our trip. No one ever answered. Needless to say at my husband is still in the hospital and I've contacted the hotel and hotels.com in order to provide a doctor's letter to get my money back for this unfortunate situation that's happening everyone has declined. Does anybody have any customer service ethics and compassion anymore?

Needless to say at my husband is still in the hospital and I've contacted the hotel and hotels.com in order to provide a doctor's letter to get my money back for this unfortunate situation that's happening everyone has declined. To get in to the property you have to ring the doorbell. Which is ok for the first time, but even after checking in you have to ring the doorbell and wait for someone to let you in. There was no hot water for the shower just lukewarm. The beds were noisy. Every time you move the bed made noise. The staircase to the upstairs room was tiny and spiraled up so getting our stuff in and out was a hassle. Staff was very friendly.

The location is perfect, far enough to not hear loud clubs and traffic. The staff is extremely helpful and communicate via WhatsApp of any changes to the codes. I received a text before I arrived letting me know they were waiting for us and asking if we were celebrating any special occasions. The house was immaculate! Highly recommend and we will be coming back!!!!

Casa Asturias was perfect for us. The neighborhood was nice and fairly quiet, but close enough to the Malecón and downtown. If it was warmer we might have walked there. We paid 60 pesos a day to park in a secure lot behind the property, just for peace of mind. The staff were always available and super helpful, especially Julia and Paloma. Breakfast was delicious and our room was very clean, modern, and nicely decorated. They have an inviting outdoor area where you can sit by a fire in the evening or have breakfast in the morning. It's an easy 45 minute drive to the Valle de Guadalupe for wine tasting. We would definitely go back.

El lugar me parece más un airbnb, ya está un poco descuidado y por el precio solo incluye un desayuno continental. Está alejado del centro histórico, pensaría dos veces en regresar. No es mal lugar, solo que podría encontrar otros mejores sitios.

Muy buena opción para quedarse, el estilo es muy singular y la atención es excelente, te atienden de lujo. Esta a 7 minutos de la bandera monumental lo que lo hace alejado del bullicio pero a la vez muy cerca de todo. Si quieres descansar es una excelente opción.

The only pro is the breakfast. But I didn’t like that I didn’t have control to the AC in my room and low water pressure in the shower. The access road is gravel. I will not be staying there in the future.

Limited english signage on gates to get into property. Only one trash can in my room. Towel rack and sink in bathroom loose and falling apart. Breakfast not ready on time, we had to wait everyday for breakfast to be served. No one at the front desk at my checkout, i jad to wait 30 mins for someone to show up. Too far of a walk from 1st ave, plus the staff kept giving us the wrong directions to get to 1st ave. Parking was horrible, dirt lot and very tight to get my car in and out. My car was filty was I left.

This place is so nice! I am visiting from Los Estados unidos and after staying here I'm almost considering staying here and commuting to any other place within a 50-mile radius because the service is so good. The rooms are Immaculate and fit for royalty. The breakfast is included and an authentic mixture of chiquitos, huevos y beans. The layout is beautiful, the decor is modernized and the place is secure. Great for a romantic get away or even a business trip. If I could give it 10 stars, I would. So great!
