The room we booked at The Palms Kamala beach was way more than what we expected. With three perfectly sized rooms, a dining room, large living room and the icing on the cake was the private rooftop patio with hot tub. Beautiful views and complete privacy. Our only issues was the our rooms weren’t thoroughly cleaned during our stay. Bathrooms not thoroughly cleaned and towels were never changed. With that said, we were still 100% satisfied with our stay. It’s not 5 star hospitality, but we we’re still pleasantly comfortable.

Overall, this was a great place to stay. Great location and very quiet. The swimming pool was excellent however the pool loungers could do updating and there was inly one sun umbrella.

The housekeepers were lovely and kept the rooms clean everyday. The front reception could do better. They did not seem very welcoming or warm. Only 1 key & card was provided for the whole 3 bedroom suite which was inconvenient for multiple people staying. If one person was left behind and the key was being used, all electricity and a/c would turn off. They did not have any additional keys or cards.

We especially love the swimming pool length and it's different depths. The Kamala beach is just across the road and the waters were clear for a nice swim.Thabjs Lek and front desk staff for your good work. Will definitely come back again if I can book the hotel.

Communication was slightly difficult with desk staff when asking about arranging boats to elsewhere.. but that’s no big deal. Unfortunately my partner and I got food poisoning whilst here from the restaurant at the front of the hotel… so two days were wiped out. Not sure if they are together or seperate though, so overall it was a good stay aside from being sick.

The personnel handed us an odor remover spray, but the smell didn’t go away. The hotel has a good location - only a short stroll from Kamela beach, which is a nice beach where you can easily rent sun beds and eat at one of the many restaurants on the beach. The sea was a bit rough as it was quite windy while we stayed there. There were beach guards on duty. Few mosquitos compared to other places we visited in Phuket.

The property is very nice and location is very good staff need to be more attentive in all areas we were pointed up stairs on check in and had to carry own luggage cleaning staff just do quick once over and forget to replenish things I.e toilet paper.

The room we booked at The Palms Kamala beach was way more than what we expected. The apartment was huge two bedrooms one with super king bed so comfortable and a twin room. We didn’t use any cooking facilities but everything there if you wanted to self cater. Great location in the centre of town but tucked away so nice and quiet.zbeach with markets are less than 5 minute walk away, perfect .Staff are really friendly and helpful they emailed me on booking to ask what time I would arrive and ordered me a shuttle taxi from the airport.

The hotel was tucked away in a nice beach neighborhood. Rooms were spacious and the breakfasts at the onsite restaurant were excellent. Most importantly, the staff were superb, going way out of their way to help us retrieve something we had left in the room.

去年に続き5歳と12歳の子供を連れて利用。ホテルと言うより、サービス付きアパートメントやコンドミニアムと言った方が合っているかも。完璧なキッチンが備わっているので、普段通り暮らすように滞在する事ができました。去年と違う部屋を利用して感じたのが、部屋によっては、設備の古さを感じます。テレビの映りに線が入ったり、温水器の性能が弱かったり。順次、リニューアルしていくことを期待します。滞在は快適です。スタッフも挨拶と笑顔が素敵です。前回利用しなかった、一階のレストランですが、今回はランチで利用してみました。値段はやや高めです。宿泊者割とかあったら嬉しいな、と思います。ハッピーアワーのモヒートがオススメです。また来年も行きます。
