Very pleasant stay and the suite was good for the longer stay. Gym was better than average and the spa very good.. as was the pool. Good selection of bars although only ate room service which was reasonable and quick. Only downside that was a bit annoying I had to go to reception 3 times to remedy a small accounting error (£20). On one occasion we had a call at 9:30pm demanding that we come down and pay (we we’re staying another 6 nights), when I refused somebody was sent to my room with a card machine to collect. It took another 3 discussions with reception to resolve the issue.

Staff are not trained properly from fron desk to porters to clean up servise crew. 1- i put dont (disturb sign) yet they knock the door!!!!!!! 2- hotel very very dark! I didnt like it 3- cigarettes smells everywhere!!! Even inside none smoking room, where the spray refresher but it didnt help! 4- I've made a complain about gents smoking indoor inside the restaurant, no one took any action. 5- pool was closed and this was not announced at expedia during booking. Hope they can work on the above points.

Great hotel, in an excellent location for exploring the city. Both bars in the hotel were amazing, reasonably priced and very tasty drinks. Pool area on the roof was well kept and had plenty of sun beds.

We were checked into a dirty room and had asked numerous times for it to be cleaned. As we approached midinight on first day, the room was still not cleaned had to make a complaint and then housekeeping siftly came, were were travellying with children who were sleeping while vaccuming was going on. The hotel were not very accomadating or efficient in resolving the problem, eventhough we had booked 3 rooms with them. Customer service was poor requests have to be asked several times before any action is taken which is a let down. However breakfat satff and the breakfast it self was amazing.

The hotel is decent if you're stopping over and need somewhere to lay your head for 1-2 nights, but definitely not the typical 4* hotel you'd expect to find in the UAE, the hotel is quite dated although there were renovations taking place. In a downtown area with lots of local shops but in the 'not so glamorous' side of Abu Dhabi. I did find the rooms very dusty which made me unwell and whilst it had been cleaned there were still areas of the room that were neglected and in need of an update i.e the phone didn't work and was absolutely filfthy as well as the plug adapter, the base of the windows were super dirty too and the bedding had signs of wear and tear. For these reasons I wouldn't give this a 4*. Breakfast area also not keep clean and tidy, felt like a fast food restaurant with food on the floor that was left and only tables cleaned. Also super cheap and uncomfortable sunbeds and daytime renovations happening at the pool. This was quite frustrating especially as a female, laying poolside with over 5 external contractors drilling and tiling the pool wasn't ideal, comfortable or relaxing (as it was very loud). I wouldn't return to this hotel and wish we'd book somewhere else.

Breakfast buffet was overall great. The rooms were very spacious, although most parts of the room, except the white linen bed, seemed a bit old / outdated. You could tell by some stains in the sofa in the room, for instance. Regardless, considering the price, the cost performance of the hotel is good.

Very spacious room with good view and very comfortable bed and furnishings. WiFi was ok, kept getting dropped but pretty good speed. Breakfast buffet was amazing and so was the staff. Very nice stay and would definitely return.

Great hotel, fantastic staff. Loved the room, except it was not well-lit, especially in the area where the desk is. You can imagine it would be challenging to do some work if you're on a working trip. Other than that, it was a great stay. Will come back. I also left my wallet when I checked out. Lyka (reception) and the housekeeping staff were kind enough to keep it safe until I picked it up. Thank you

I liked the hotel but wasn't a huge fan of the area. The staff is very helpful, and the breakfast doesn't get any better - it was excellent in both quality and variety. Lovely rooftop pool. The room was clean and spacious, very comfortable. The glass wall of the bathroom looks really good but I wasn't expecting the same type of glass door for the toilet which did not go all the way up to the ceiling and that meant no full privacy in there. It didn't bother me but only because I travelled solo this time. One thing did bother me - the huge amount of plastic bottles the hotel uses but I guess it isn't unique to this hotel.

Fantastic place I would recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Abu Dhabi. All staff here were fantastic, special thanks to Rose who looked after me in the SkyBlue bar she is lovely and Guru at the pool who is such a happy chap! I know the hotel doesn't want to be a 5 star but I've been to 5 star hotels in UAE and this tops most of them. The hotel has all the facilities you can want and everything such as food and drink is reasonably priced. You get value for your money here. The rooms are also very nice and spacious. I will be coming here again! Kev

Et dejligt hotel, men ikke i det mest spændende område. Der var dog altid taxaer foran hotellet og det lå tæt på en del seværdigheder. Dejlig poolområde på tagterrassen. God morgenbuffet, den var det hele værd. Rigtig god service, vi kom kl 6 om morgenen og fik lov til at tjekke ind allerede der. The Foundry er en god restaurant.
