We had a great stay at this hotel, the rooms were lovely with great AC and the buffet breakfast was really good. The pool was fairly small for the number of guests so we did not use it but aside from that I can’t complain at all. Super easy to walk to the main area of Sleima which then makes the whole of Malta island really accessible

Lovely hotel very clean. There were 2 parts to the building. Nice simple breakfast. Our shower kept moving side to side and when we told reception they replaced straight away. Rooftops pool is the size of 4 bathtubs this was quite disappointing

Good hotel/ guest house in the Sliema area. We stayed in a superior double room in the Annex with a large bed, two closets, desk, mini-fridge and TV. Clean room. Good buffet breakfast with pastries, eggs, meat, cheese, cereal, juice and coffee/tea. Generally quiet. Extra towels for the pool and/or beach are provided upon request. Courteous nice staff! As others have mentioned, the shower floor and glass wall in the Annex room are too short. Thus water goes out onto the wood floor. We just put a small towel down at the end of the shower pan and tried to direct the water away from the end. 10-15 walk up on a busy street from the Sliema ferry (to Valletta), tour boat cruises, and main bus stops. A 10 min walk in the other direction takes you to Balluta beach and bus stops. A good value in the Sliema area for a nice room with breakfast included.

Very convenient location: pastizzeria, corner shop, souvenir shop and 2 cafes right next to it. Halfway between Sliema waterfront and St Julian's Balluta Bay. A lovely rooftop lounge area with swimming pool (only disadvantage was the pool was not heated). Decent breakfast included (although more variety would be nice. Not very common - our room was actually larger than any of the photos shown. The staff did an excellent job in dealing with our requests and fullfilling our needs. Rajesh, the receptionist, did an outstanding job, making us very welcome from day one. And so did his lady colleagues at the reception (sorry, did not catch their names but easy to find out I guess) as well as the room service and everyone else. Overall - a lovely boutique hotel that may not be 5* but its staff deffo makes the difference - exemplary!

Hotel staff were excellent, very friendly and helpful. Roof terrace with pool is nice, was never too busy so always managed to get a lounger in the afternoon. Bar opening was unreliable though, but when it was open the team were great. Breakfast is very basic, could do with some more options, but it was good enough and always plentiful. Rooms are modern, clean and nice facilities. Hotel is 5 minutes walk to the waterfront, area feels very safe.

Comfortable annex room in the hotel - great to find annex wasn’t actually unconnected to the hotel as is often the case. Good breakfast selections, friendly staff, especially receptionist for whom nothing was too much trouble. Bonus to find rooftop pool was still open. Hotel located equidistant between Sliema ferry region and Balluga bay so plenty of choice for eating out- although our meal at Azur restaurant in hotel was lovely. There was noise from diners on the hotel terrace on the first couple of nights most apparent first night when we were tired after long travel. Shower panel could have been better if a bit longer as we kept flooding the floor

A great hotel overall with an even better fancy restaurant!! The hotel is located in a great area, close to the sea and other restaurants. It was clean and the staff were very helpful. The breakfast was nice and the rooms were comfortable. The only downside was that parking had to be done on the street (and the streets are quite small) unless you want to pay extra for parking. However, it wasn’t a massive inconvenience, so overall a great place to stay!!

Excellent hotel in Sliema that I’d recommend highly. All areas are spotless and the place feels newly renovated. The big difference to Ta Tereza to other hotels is the staff, always happy to oblige and do all they can to make for a great stay. Nayan in reception was always super helpful. The breakfast was lovely (enough choice of quality food). The pool area was a real bonus, plenty of loungers and sun umbrellas for the shade. I loved my stay here. Book it!

Great hotel in a very convenient location. Room was very clean (apart from a bit of dust under the bed which obviously hadn’t been hoovered for a while)! The bed was huge and very comfy but could have done with extra pillows in the room. The shower was also very odd - it’s not a wetroom but there is only a very small piece of glass on one side of the shower, resulting in a flooded bathroom, and unluckily it also somehow flooded the corridor.

Room was fairly large but had only one small window that looked right into a room opposite. Needed artifical light at all times of day and ventilation limited. Aircon noisy and blasted air right at the bed. Staff very helpful and the breakfast area etc was a pleasant space. Wouldn't stay there again though other rooms might well be better.

Breakfast Breakfast was pretty standard. The butter they offered was more margerine. Scrambled eggs looked rubbery. Coffee wasnt the greatest and they dont really do tea. There are only 2 tea options. Room Room was clean and great size. They book us into a wheelchair friendly room which we didnt need. Great room if someone needs that access. Room was facing the busy part of the street abd the cop shop. Aircon is pretty noisy and made it a bit tricky to sleep. Had a mini fridge which was great but no kettle or coffee machine if you want have an early or late cuppa after breakfast hours. Pool Pool location was as pretty standard or vanilla. Nothing like in the photos online, whichbwas a bit disappointing. Location Excellent location. We liked that it wasnt along the strand. Convenient and walking distance to the ferries. Pros - The location is excellent and only 10min walk to ferries and buses etc. Staff service is exceptional and very friendly to accommodate. Fabulous rooftop for sunbathing & small pool Room and bathroom was clean & tidy Breakfast has a large choice and very tasty Aircon in room is a godsend Cons - Road outside gets really busy with traffic and I’m sure the air quality at peak times is way above legal limits Sign asking to shower before entering pool is hidden behind plant and hardly anyone showers before use Shower tray in bathroom allows water to run onto bathroom floor flooding bathroom so have to pile towels to stop this happening Walls are thin and due to tiled floor can be quite noisy. Restaurant meant to be best in Malta but menu very limited especially for vegetarian options Our room had no view at all, also if you leave card slot and aircon on overnight bring something to cover the green light as this is very bright especially if a light sleeper like me. - Overall we were happy with our stay.

Excellent hotel in Sliema that I’d recommend highly. All areas are spotless and the place feels newly renovated. The big difference to Ta Tereza to other hotels is the staff, always happy to oblige and do all they can to make for a great stay. Nayan in reception was always super helpful. The breakfast was lovely (enough choice of quality food). The pool area was a real bonus, plenty of loungers and sun umbrellas for the shade. I loved my stay here. Book it!

This was a fantastic place to stay for my daughter and I for our 5 day trip to Malta. Super conveniently located to the ferry, boat or bus tours and restaurants, night life etc. We walked around every night and it was extremely safe and a quiet walk away from all of the bustle. The staff was outstanding, always going above and beyond and super helpful. When we return we will definitely stay here again!! Thank you so much for a lovely visit!!!

The reception and restaurant staff are very responsible, attentive and thoughtful. I left the hotel at 4 o'clock in the morning. The hotel specially prepared breakfast for me and helped me book a vehicle. Thank you very much. The room is clean and comfortable, and it is convenient to travel. Everything is very good.

Very convenient location: pastizzeria, corner shop, souvenir shop and 2 cafes right next to it. Halfway between Sliema waterfront and St Julian's Balluta Bay. A lovely rooftop lounge area with swimming pool (only disadvantage was the pool was not heated). Decent breakfast included (although more variety would be nice. Not very common - our room was actually larger than any of the photos shown. The staff did an excellent job in dealing with our requests and fullfilling our needs. Rajesh, the receptionist, did an outstanding job, making us very welcome from day one. And so did his lady colleagues at the reception (sorry, did not catch their names but easy to find out I guess) as well as the room service and everyone else. Overall - a lovely boutique hotel that may not be 5* but its staff deffo makes the difference - exemplary!

Good hotel/ guest house in the Sliema area. We stayed in a superior double room in the Annex with a large bed, two closets, desk, mini-fridge and TV. Clean room. Good buffet breakfast with pastries, eggs, meat, cheese, cereal, juice and coffee/tea. Generally quiet. Extra towels for the pool and/or beach are provided upon request. Courteous nice staff! As others have mentioned, the shower floor and glass wall in the Annex room are too short. Thus water goes out onto the wood floor. We just put a small towel down at the end of the shower pan and tried to direct the water away from the end. 10-15 walk up on a busy street from the Sliema ferry (to Valletta), tour boat cruises, and main bus stops. A 10 min walk in the other direction takes you to Balluta beach and bus stops. A good value in the Sliema area for a nice room with breakfast included.

This is a great location not far from the ferry and a nice ocean view of the other parts of Malta. The room was a nice size and had lot's of closet space which I used since my stay was about a week. The staff was especially friendly and left me chocolate for new years. They were also helpful in suggesting places to visit and best modes of transportation. There are cute shops and a few bars in the area. I met some of the locals who were friendly and I would definitely stay at that hotel again.

Great location-- easy access to the ferry to Valletta and St Julian's, yet still pretty quiet and residential. Hotel was nice and very well kept. Friendly staff. Overall, really good value for money. I'd definitely stay here again.

Great stay, would recommend to others and stay again. Excellent location, a 10 min walk to both Sliema and St Julian promenades with easy access to ferries to Valetta and ferries and tour operators for the Blue Lagoon. Breakfast was included, a good continental selection - happy with the service. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Pool and terrace were open to enjoy into the evening. The only downside is the walls were really thin to the point I could hear neighbours disconnect plugs from the wall sockets or nudge the wall when in the shower. If you're a light sleeper, I'd recommend you bring ear plugs!

Lovely little gem of a boutique hotel an easy walk to the waterfront in Silema and the main bus stop for that part of the capital area. Breakfast buffet featured a mix of local and English classics. Rooms are clean, modern and chic. Staff were attentive, friendly and extremely helpful. I stayed with an infant and they were very accommodating.

Unser Aufenthalt war allgemein sehr angenehm und das Personal war sehr bemüht und hilfreich. Verbesserungsbedarf besteht noch in der Frühstücksauswahl (besonderes beim Kaffee, welcher leider nicht gut war) und bei den Öffnungszeit der Poolterrasse da man sie leider kaum nutzen kann wenn man erst nach 20 Uhr wieder zurück ins Hotel kommt. Jedoch ist es öffentlich sehr gut angebunden. Vom Hafen muss man etwas bergauf gehen oder mit dem Bus fahren. Zimmer waren sehr schön!

Breakfast Breakfast was pretty standard. The butter they offered was more margerine. Scrambled eggs looked rubbery. Coffee wasnt the greatest and they dont really do tea. There are only 2 tea options. Room Room was clean and great size. They book us into a wheelchair friendly room which we didnt need. Great room if someone needs that access. Room was facing the busy part of the street abd the cop shop. Aircon is pretty noisy and made it a bit tricky to sleep. A great hotel overall with an even better fancy restaurant!! The hotel is located in a great area, close to the sea and other restaurants. It was clean and the staff were very helpful. The breakfast was nice and the rooms were comfortable. The only downside was that parking had to be done on the street (and the streets are quite small) unless you want to pay extra for parking. However, it wasn’t a massive inconvenience, so overall a great place to stay!!
