L'Art de Ville - 2 bedroom near the city center terrace and garage

This / bedroom apt is very comfortable. I really slept well in the bed. Nice location. Easy to walk to the old town. The view from the balcony was not as pictured, but still nice enough. Good value

The apartment was good, as described in the listing and clean, neat and tidy. The location was great, not right in the town so not noisy but a few minutes walk to the big shopping centre and from there on to the lake and the old town. We drove from the UK so the parking was essential and there was a space in the garage underneath the building but we ended up parking in the visitors spaces behind as we have a big car. The apartment was well stocked with everything we needed, and it was comfortable as well. The only slight negative was a bit of a drainy smell on arrival as though everything had sat without being used for a bit, but we opened the windows and it was fine. There was a bit of a lingering smell in the toilet but nothing too bad. The equipment in the apartment was all good, washing machine, dishwasher and fridge freezer etc, all worked well. Overall we were very happy with our week in Annecy.

appartement très bien situé pour découvrir à pied Annecy et faire le marché . parking ou garage à notre disposition c'est ce qui nous a fait réservé ce logement . Nous sommes enchantés de notre court séjour .

Appartement bien situé : à l'écart des bouchons et en même temps proche du centre ville à pied. La place de stationnement privée est primordiale. Différents commerces sont proches à pied (boulangerie, petite alimentation...). Je recommande.

Appartement, situé au 3ème étage avec ascenseur, bien agencé et très bonne literie. Les serviettes de bain sont prévues et les lits sont faits.
