Good communication from Apartmore, arrived early, found office easily and was able to collect keys before the time specified. Good apartment, good location, easy parking, clean and everything needed for a 11 night stay. Travelling for business, I had taken the standard apartment and didn’t expect Spa/wellness/swimming pool. The title of the listing gave the impression that this was available although I never saw this, take care when booking if this is what you need. Stayed here in August, so peak season prices.

Due to an increase in our family size, we were assigned to another apartment just one block away from the one we originally booked. The apartment faces the street, making it quite noisy at night, especially on Fridays and Saturdays. The soundproofing is very poor, and we discovered that the sauna was not included. On Saturday morning we found a cigarette box and broken glass on our balcony. Imagine the consequences if we hadn’t checked the balcony first and our kids had gone out there to play! We messaged the host about this but received no reply. Since reception hours are only from 10 AM to 6 PM, we wait until 10 AM to speak with them, only to be told they couldn't do anything, and 'What do you expect me to do?' Additionally, the apartment was quite dusty. The only redeeming quality was the location. For those who are thinking of booking this apartment and assigned to the location facing the street, please beware!

Excellent service from reception staff - they were very friendly and helpful. Nicely decorated apartment that felt spacious. The shower could need a more thorough cleaning and one of the two shower heads was defect. Otherwise the cleaning was satisfactory. Recommend bringing wipes for kitchen/tables, only soap and a sponge was provided. Cosy balcony and great view of the river. Dont expect a pool, this is only available at extra charge and was quite pricy.
