We stay at this hotel every time we visit Green Bay. Staff are always kind and helpful and the rooms are always clean and comfortable.The exercise room is great too. It’s in a great location and we enjoyed walking along the river. Parking is great and there are several restaurants within walking distance.

Overall a good stay! The gym had 2 broken machines, and we were never told online when booking or in person when we checked in that we had to pay to park overnight! We would stay again though!

For the most part the we had a very good stay, the continental breakfast was awesome. The room was very clean, and was kept up. The only problems we encountered were that parking on the property wasn’t included when in room stay when booking through Expedia. It would have been included if reserved through Hilton. Also, the pool water had a slight green color to it. Other than that it was a great stay

Check-in was easy. Staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean. The only thing I was disappointed in was the business center. Neither of the two computers were in-service and no one seemed to know how to get them online.

Have stayed here before, convenient to KI convention center next door where my event was located. Covered hotel parking allows easy transfer of display items to our booth. Overall good, clean, up to date hotel. Plentiful breakfast buffet. Pool was out-of-order. Would stay there again.

There was a curtain laying on the floor when we arrived. The rod and all was laying there. There were little issues…parts of the floor were not cleaned, there was a big cobweb in the top corner of a window. There was no light on a table—you had to have all the lights on to work on the table, although there was a desk lamp on the “desk”. I had a muffin from the breakfast buffet that was dry. You have to pay to park. There is a door or something missing in the wet bar area. Not well kept up.

The area is up-and-coming waterfront, there is a music venue at the waterfront park you can hear in your room. Lots of traffic noise, but all in all those I was very nice.

Hotel needs updating. It was clean, staff was nice. I did not like the fact the bathroom doors were sliding barn doors. There was about an inch gap between the door and the wall. I was staying with my teenage grandson and teenage granddaughter. We could not even stay in the room while they were showering. And definitely couldn’t use the bathroom with anyone else in the room. The track was off a bit and me and my granddaughter got stuck in the bathroom - at different times. Big fire hazard. If you are staying alone or even a couple, the barn door might not be a big deal. I won’t stay here again.

For the amount money charged the each room should have a microwave !! Number 2 parking charge is a ripoff, Number 3 the room doors are two heavy and make to much noise shutting and last but not least the tv channels suck no western channels really poor selection.

No hot water in the morning, it got fixed eventually but the cold shower sucked. The bathroom door was broken and off its track and whomever thought it was a good idea to be trendy and make the bathroom door a barn door is an idiot. No privacy, no soundproofing, and no lock on the door either.

Honestly great hotel and very convenient location near restaurants and the river. BUT the bathroom door is a sliding door that doesn’t lock and you can still see in through a gap. We need to normalize having solid hotel bathrooms. The people want real doors. That’s all.

Arrived at around 1 AM and the guy took a bit to even come to the desk. When he finally emerged from the office he acted like I had either interrupted something or he just didn't want to be there. He fixed my reservation which I am thankful for. But when he booked me a room for my stay, he booked me one that already had people in it so I woke them up at 1 AM in the morning so you could imagine they were not happy. And I was suppose to check out the 26th but they had me checking out the 25th so I just got my stuff and went to the airport and slept there after I changed my flight. I think the front desk people need to always be alert at all times.

Overall, the stay was okay . Unfortunately, we were getting ready for a wedding and you had no hot water. There was poor communication. No attempt to assist us. Fortunately we had friends in a nearby hotel who let us come shower. Then to top it off, there was no shower gel. Someone after two trips to the front desk found a sample bottles. No apology or some type of compensation for the inconvenience.

Sure there's a parking lot but we found out after our concert no spots were available which is a horrible surprise when its late at night. NO front desk covered at night either so your screwed if your a late check in. Zero security of the building i didn't even use my key to enter at midnight. In addition there are several gates that are an obstacle and look broken. Not even close to a good stay.

Check in was quick and easy. Avery at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. Hotel was in a good location, right on the river. Pet friendly. Complimentary breakfast was good. Hotel was quiet. I would stay there again. I highly recommend. Good stay and good value.

Great place to stay in Green Bay. The hotel is downtown and close to many restaurants and bars. Everything was very clean and in new condition. I was surprised that the cost was so low for such as nice and conveniently located hotel.

Really liked the fact that there was a bus stop right in front of the hotel (for the Packers game). It was not a bad walk to shopping and restaurants. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I could tell it was an older location, as it was showing some wear and tear overall. But the bed was very comfortable. Shower pressure in our room was okay (not great), and the shower door did not close all the way.

Nice room. Separate bedroom and kitchette. Reasonable pricing. Room is a little dated Definitely some water damage in room. Picked hotel because said buffet breakfast. It was not. Food was a little above continental. Not much more than that. And stuff was not really restocked. Was disappointed. Way over presented the breakfast.
