The host was very responsive, and was accommodating about a change in arrival time, as was the front desk staff. We chose this location based on parking just outside the old city. The walk to the duomo took about 10 minutes, downhill. Parking is free but is first come, first served. We waited a few minutes for a spot to open. The room has a balcony.

The property is far form the beach and the centro storico ( several blocks) Regarding the parking, the property does not have parking. The property does not have any parking reserved for hotel clients. It is basically a public parking and anyone can park there. So if you there isn’t anything, too bad! Also, indications to get to the check-in desk aren’t clear and it seems that it is located in a typical apartment building. Other than that, rooms were pretty decent.

Prima accomodatie, op 4e verdieping bereikbaar met lift en trappen. Geen vluchtroute gezien en wat beperkte parkeerruimte. Nog flinke wandeling naar het strand en het oude centrum. Kamer voorzien van alle gemakken en uitstekend verzorgd ontbijt.

Last minute booking for one night in Cefalu. Cute little place. The exterior and main lobby of the building looks like a forgotten office from the cold war. A tiny elevator takes you to the 4th floor where the B and B is located. You enter into a common area where they have a kitchen and breakfast facilities and the check-in area. My room was located on the far side of the common area and was big and spacious with a nice view of the ocean. Very quiet at night. The bathroom was small but functional. Perfect for a solo traveller overnight. Nice breakfast and friendly staff. Bonus was the free parking lot...a rarity in Italian seaside towns! I arrived at two in the afternoon and found a spot right away. Short walk into town and the beaches. Cefalu is very cute. Wished I could have spent another day here.

We spent 2 nights in this location. the apartment is nice, the room big enough for two, clean and very quite during the night.The bed very comfortable, the view really nice from the balcony of our room. They should improve with the breakfast. After all it was ok just for 2 nights.

Unfortunately it was not a positive experience for us. We found the property services were not as advertised (or, we find the advertised information misleading). We chose this property because in its listing mentions "luggage storage" among its services, but when we requested that upon checkout, we were told that it was only possible to store the luggage until 12pm (i.e. just for 1.5 hours after the check out). Therefore, we had to invest time and money to look for and get this service elsewhere. It's a little thing but it can negatively affect some travelers plans. I think it would be fairer not to advertise this service, if it's not possible to commit to it. On the positives, the room was clean and the staff was kind. I would recommend it, if you just need a place to sleep.

The owner was responsive when we texted or communicated, however the person on staff who came in the morning was rude, non- communicative and of no help at all. The towels were old and dingy and the bathroom leaked water. The pillows were horrible.

The room was nice, it was clean, however, the towels need to be replaced, they are very worn and discolored. Also, the pillows were super hard, they need to be replaced as well. We understood we could help ourselves to breakfast, but the coffeemaker was hard to figure out how to use. We had to rely on another guest to show us how to use it and it turns out it had not been cleaned.The owner’s father would show up in the morning but would not speak to us, not even a good morning. We thought that odd. The owner was very responsive through WhatsApp. Also, it was a bit confusing when we first got there to figure out where the hotel was as it was on the fourth floor through a dark entryway.

The second single bed was teeribly uncomfortably!! We had to sleep three in one bed. Very dissapointing. In addition the building is under construction and the balcony view was obstructed. We should have been informed ahead of time. The worst thing wea thw single bed. Staff was nice Room clean. Shower drainage was poor and water flowed out making a mess.

This is a very nice B&B we stayed for 5 days. We got a room with balcony with view over the city and ocean. Very clean and nice. You have the sun in the afternoon on your balcony. Nice to see the sunset. Located perfectly 10 min walk to a really nice beach and 7 min to old town. Mirko the owner is very friendly and speak and write good English. We came by car and it is possible to park the car. You should hurry to book your room. You would not regret it.

I had a great stay at this B&B! It’s very close to the main town which is great because we were able to walk the whole city of Cefalù. I also enjoyed their breakfast that they served every morning with coffee included. The room itself was super comfortable and the balcony was definitely a great view to wake up to every morning. The host is super helpful and answers very quickly when we needed help. All in all, great experience!

Sängen var stenhård, resårmadrass utan bäddmadrass! Ingen öppnade fast vi kom inom incheckningstid! Vi fick ringa två gånger och vänta i trappuppgången i 15-20 minuter. Balkingen hade en fantastisk utsikt.

It is not easily accessible there was no one there when I arrived and this was not explained when booking. I had to send a number of messages eventually the host arrived he was not very welcoming the lock on the room was difficult to use and inside the room the shower smelt when I first switched it on, the shower attachment fell off, the towel hook fell off, the remote control didn’t work. I didn’t feel comfortable to say anything because the host was not very approachable. There was a balcony but you could not use it as there was an extractor of hot air. In the evening after having dinner in town it did not feel safe to walk into the building alone it was very dark entrance and you have to use a lift to the floor - the building is surrounded by scaffolding and looks like it is under construction. It is not like it is depicted by the online website.

The entry experience was somewhat awkward with having to time your arrival, submit travel documents and pay in advance. That aside, the stay was pleasant, as were the staff. The room was modern and clean, the bed fairly comfortable. And the breakfast was great by European standards.

The owner was responsive when we texted or communicated, however the person on staff who came in the morning was rude, non- communicative and of no help at all. The towels were old and dingy and the bathroom leaked water. The pillows were horrible.

The room was nice, it was clean, however, the towels need to be replaced, they are very worn and discolored. Also, the pillows were super hard, they need to be replaced as well. We understood we could help ourselves to breakfast, but the coffeemaker was hard to figure out how to use. We had to rely on another guest to show us how to use it and it turns out it had not been cleaned.The owner’s father would show up in the morning but would not speak to us, not even a good morning. We thought that odd. The owner was very responsive through WhatsApp. Also, it was a bit confusing when we first got there to figure out where the hotel was as it was on the fourth floor through a dark entryway.

Les + : B&B bien situé près du centre ville et de la plage accessible à pieds. Les - : B&B un peu industriel dans un immeuble d’habitation (à 120€ la nuit, comment font les gens qui veulent se loger ?) The host was very responsive, and was accommodating about a change in arrival time, as was the front desk staff. We chose this location based on parking just outside the old city. The walk to the duomo took about 10 minutes, downhill. Parking is free but is first come, first served. We waited a few minutes for a spot to open. The room has a balcony.

This is a very nice B&B we stayed for 5 days. We got a room with balcony with view over the city and ocean. Very clean and nice. You have the sun in the afternoon on your balcony. Nice to see the sunset. Located perfectly 10 min walk to a really nice beach and 7 min to old town. Mirko the owner is very friendly and speak and write good English. We came by car and it is possible to park the car. You should hurry to book your room. You would not regret it.

Prima accomodatie, op 4e verdieping bereikbaar met lift en trappen. Geen vluchtroute gezien en wat beperkte parkeerruimte. Nog flinke wandeling naar het strand en het oude centrum. Kamer voorzien van alle gemakken en uitstekend verzorgd ontbijt.

I had a great stay at this B&B! It’s very close to the main town which is great because we were able to walk the whole city of Cefalù. I also enjoyed their breakfast that they served every morning with coffee included. The room itself was super comfortable and the balcony was definitely a great view to wake up to every morning. The host is super helpful and answers very quickly when we needed help. All in all, great experience!

The positive: very good location, walking distance to old city without the hassle of traffic or parking. The room looked modern and clean. Same as the lobby and common areas. Breakfast had good variety. Not so positive (but not bad either): building itself not as pretty as the inside of the B&B. It is inside a condominium and lobby area is a bit run down and dark. Check in process, though not a big hassle, requires a bit of communication (calling a phone number and waiting rather than getting straight to a reception). It has free parking nearby but sometimes was full. Tip: Be aware they have like three properties Ma&Mi in town, check that you enter the correct one in the Maps app. In general a good experience.

We spent 2 nights in this location. the apartment is nice, the room big enough for two, clean and very quite during the night.The bed very comfortable, the view really nice from the balcony of our room. They should improve with the breakfast. After all it was ok just for 2 nights.

It‘s a beautiful property and the woman that greeted us was extremely helpful. The problem we had was with whoever makes the breakfast in the morning. He was rude and unfriendly so we left with having breakfast

Nous avons adoré Cefalù. Nous n'avons pas vu les proprietaires une seule fois en 3 jours. BB ok mais rien d'incroyable , aucun petit déjeuner inclu à partir du 1er novembre alors que ça disait sur expedia qu'il y en avait un . Un gros warning inutile sur les serviettes de bain , qu'ils vont nous charger 15 euros par serviette si nous faisons une tache dessus alors que les serviettes etaient dejà jaunes d'usure du temps. Hall d'entré un peu special . Endroit ok pour jeunes aventuriers.

Worse B&B we ever had! There was something wrong with the room we were supposed to have- they said at the last minute, so we were placed somewhere else with no breakfast, we were supposed to go every morning to the initial place to have breakfast. We didn’t. Very dirty and outdated, especially the bathroom!Towels were worn out, almost grey, disgusting! Airco was loud and blew directly on the bed, without it was too warm and sleeping with the door open impossible, the room was facing the parking - busy until late and in the morning at 6 they came to pick up the garbage. The place is not convenient if you want to see Cefalù, all in all a bad experience!
