Excellent location and good value. The room we have was a standard double and was essentially a standard double hotel room. Clean and modern, TV, kettle with tea coffee and biscuits. The bed was excellent and one of the best I’ve slept in. The room was very hot but there was a fan to help. There is a good size and attractive outside courtyard to sit, a bar with planting of seating and a dining room. The hotel also has a few reception rooms for hire. This is our second stay, the first time there was a wedding reception so the hotel is good enough a venue to hold these type of events. The noise from the wedding guests could not be heard from our room so wasn’t an issue. There is onsite parking although the spaces are a bit of a squeeze. No complaints and would stay again.

I'd made a complete mess up with my original booking having pre-paid with no refunds, however the hotel kindly changed the dates without any penalty. On arriving, the receptionist upgraded my room for a small amount (I got both dates and room type incorrect on my initial booking!). Hotel was clean, comfortable and quiet. Parking was easy. Breakfast nice, but not very hot, however that's my only niggle. Would definitely stay again due to excellent service, comfort and close to local amenities.

comfortable room.no way to alter room temp though so was too hot fo rme but thankfully there was a fan available in the room. Food in the restaurant was delicious and served quickly. Staff very pleasant. Was confused trying to find the carpark thouhg so clearer instructions/signs would help this.

It's a nice, clean hotel with comfortable beds and free parking in the busy high street of weybridge. About a 25min walk to the train station to London, Wimbledon, Basingstoke and Woking (and others obviously). Most of the rooms are modern with central heating system, but I did not see any heating controls or an Aircon. On the ground floor, there is a nice bar, a courtyard, a function room and a breakfast area. Though the breakfast isn't the best, there are plenty of cafes and coffee shops within a few minutes walk.

Excellent 2 night stay at this hotel! Staff were really friendly and helpful, reception helped with our shower pressure problem, and Andy arrived so quickly to sort it out. The next day we came back to new taps and wonderful shower pressure! Thanks Andy! Room was clean, really big and comfortable. Good food and service in the restaurant, good secure parking. This hotel was really good value for the price.

Booked a twin room with my teen daughter ahead of a sports camp. Would use again. Situated at the end of the high street. It was quiet, with plenty of shops and places to eat a very short walk away. Easy to find and park. Room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Reasonably priced.

Adequate room, good size and had fan as no a/c. Maintenance poor as the room carpet had a large stain, the bathroom fan didn't work and one of the windows was cracked. No decaf real coffee for breakfast and machine hot water not hot enough for tea. Good price and free parking in Weybridge.

Not great! Should be 4* but fell way below that rating. Dirt in the corners of the bathroom which clearly hadn’t seen a hoover in a long time! Loud banging noise directly outside the room until 2am and then the bin men at 5:22am! Wonderful. Carpets were well worn and dirty. You can hear other guests walking around above and through the walls. Really glad I paid an extortionate amount of money for my room, NOT. So glad I was only there one night!

The room was very dusty and needs a proper clean. The bath side needs to be mended and the bin was disgusting. The room was very warm but that’s all I can say was good. I only stayed as the location was convenient. I won’t stay again.

The place was very tired and not very clean. The food in the restaurant was not good and the service was poor. The staff were very nice but lacked training. They were more interested in keeping their regulars happy in the bar than making sure the few guests in the restaurant were attended too.

Bed was large and comfortable, room did not have AC and was very hot, managed to turn off radiator and open window so all good. Bathroom needs updating, breakfast was good and fresh, well situated in the town centre with adequate parking.

Located central in Weybridge. Parking available. Room was small and basic but the mattress was comfortable and I had a good night sleep. Came home around 11pm and there was no hot water. The staff were not very helpful though on both days that I stayed which was a shame.

£140 for a one bed room on a Tuesday evening left me feeling somewhat aggrieved, especially with breakfast on top of that. Pokey room with a small single bed and the lightest of bedlinen gave a terrible night’s sleep. Fair play, the heating/aircon worked well.

Our fliggt was delayed by 6 hrs. When we called hotel we were told 24hr food however when we arrived at 12.30 we were told we were misinformed and no food. Porter didnt welcome us, made us sign in and threw our keys at us. Didnt show us where our rooms were so we spent 10min wandering hotel to find rooms. A simple hello would probably of made a difference but were made to feel like we wrre imposing by arriving late..the room has a leaflet saying 24hr food available. We mentioned this next morning and were told 'ah well'!!!

Lovely clean room, large comfy bed, immaculately clean. A little warm even without heating but easily fixed by opening a window! Breakfast on the day we were there was unfortunately a shambles - only one member of staff doing everything, which he attempted brilliantly - no criticism of him he just needed help! likewise only one receptionist. Generally feels understaffed in customer facing areas

We did not receive a proper welcome. We were given our room cards with a note of room number and car exit code, but no verbal confirmation or directions, nor were we asked if we would like to open an account with which to put drinks, etc on our room. A smile would have been nice. I don’t blame the young lady as she appears not to have been trained at the most important job. The South African lady in the bar was excellent, and a credit to the hotel.

The staff and room was ok but when the fire alarm went off at six in the morning nobody gave us any information only to say it was probably a false alarm as it had happened twice before recently. The food menu wasn’t very good.

Poor check in, no hot water moved to another room, not 2 singles as requested, very small room, no towels in bathroom. Fire alarm went off in early hours, no staff, gathered outside in street, still no staff. Eventually a member of staff appeared thought someone was smoking. Allowed back in building. Poor breakfast, cold food. Coffee machine not working. Never stay again. Very poor.

Very clean and tidy. The chap on reception changed our room with out asking when he saw that my wife was using a crutch to walk. Very kind and very thoughtful of him.

I had a terrible experience at this hotel and would not recommend it to anyone. There was an issue with our booking, and despite it being a clear mistake on our end, the staff were unhelpful and refused to resolve it properly. To make matters worse, the breakfast was awful. The options were limited, the food was stale, and nothing tasted fresh. It was obvious that little care was put into the quality of the food. Overall, poor service and a disappointing stay. I would strongly suggest finding a different hotel.

Room was clean, comfortable and well stocked with toiletries, tea and coffee. Breakfast was a buffet with a good range of styles, it did mean cooked food had been sat for a while didn't look overly appetising. Had little interaction with staff, they were polite.

Excellent 2 night stay at this hotel! Staff were really friendly and helpful, reception helped with our shower pressure problem, and Andy arrived so quickly to sort it out. Really not great. The service was really quite lacking. The room was very uncomfortable. The bed was hard and lumpy. The shower is in the bath but the bottom of the bath is so rounded that it is uncomfortable to stand. The cleanliness was just about tolerable but leaves a fair bit to be desired. Breakfast was poor. The fried eggs had a texture as if they’d been cooking for 3 days, bread was stale and there was a tray of humus that was like old shoe polish. Overall the whole thing was quite a lot of money for an uncomfortable stay.

Lovely room. Comfortable beds clean. After looking at the food menus which were laid out on the tables in the bar area. We then get told we couldnt eat as kitchen was closed. Strange. What are guests meant to do for food on a sunday evening. We had to have food delivered in. Breakfast was good.
