Es buen hotel, el precio es ideal para una habitación con dos camas. La alberca es bonita, no es profunda y por lo tanto pueden nadar niños sin ningún problema. Quizás mi única queja es que no puedes planchar en tu habitación, tienes que salir a un lugar especial que tienen destinado para ello

This is a fine hotel for a quick and cheap one night stay, but It has gone down hill since our last stay in 2018. Towels and sheets are dingy, shower head sprays everywhere, window is broken, etc. Not great, but not terrible either!

Al parecer nos dieron la habitación mas pequeña con una cama matrimonial 😑, estaba cerca de una bodega porque se escuchaba mucho ruido por parte del personal de limpieza y máquinas, la ropa de cama y toallas viejas, con aspecto de suciedad, el establecimiento ya está deteriorado, no tuvimos agua caliente durante los dos días.

me he quedado ahi cada año que visito tuxtla pero esta vez bajo mucho la calidad del hotel, almohadas muy incomodas, solo te ponen una toalla, la habitacion que me toco estaba al fondo, no servia el inodoro y tampoco habia buena señal de internet, ademas de mucho ruido de las maquinas de servicio

La persona en el counter para hacer el check in ni buenas noches dice, igual con la persona al hacer check out. El guardia de seguridad te quita las maletas de las manos aún diciéndole que no, toda para que le des propina. Las luces de los pasillos apagadas plástica mente caminas a oscuras. El cuarto está muy bien pero la cama muy pequeña y solo te ponen dos almohadas que son muy incómodas. Tienen un restaurante en la parte abajo pero solo venden bebidas alcoholicas nada de comida, al menos cuando yo llegue a las 8pm. No se si durante el día venden comidas. Jamás vuelvo a este lugar.

There is not good service, not explain all the details about the scanning the card for the room, every day I need to active the card that they never mentioned. The water is hallway but there not cups to serve the water. There wasn’t towels in the room. I have to get it at the front desk.

El guardia de seguridad te quita las maletas de las manos aún diciéndole que no, toda para que le des propina. Las luces de los pasillos apagadas plástica mente caminas a oscuras. El cuarto está muy bien pero la cama muy pequeña y solo te ponen dos almohadas que son muy incómodas. Tienen un restaurante en la parte abajo pero solo venden bebidas alcoholicas nada de comida, al menos cuando yo llegue a las 8pm. No se si durante el día venden comidas. Jamás vuelvo a este lugar.
