We spent extra money to stay at this hotel specifically because it's marketed on the site as having a hot tub. There is no hot tub. The building is older, but the room had been updated. We asked for extra pillows, but they only had one clean one. Housekeeping came in daily and replenished our towels. It is walking distance to a gas station (that was closed down), dairy queen, dollar general, and sonic. A few exits from Mammoth Caves. I don't think we would stay here again do to our major disappointment with the hot tub (or lack there of). We could have paid less for something nicer closer to the national park.

Reserved two rooms for tonights on itenerary it said enjoy hot tub and hot breakfast. There was no hot tub or hot breakfast and they were out of a lot of items. Poorly cleaned rooms and i had fire ants in my room and was picking up garbage and it was extremely dusty. Staff was very pleasant and seem to be busy doing things to maintain but should pay attention to the deep cleaning. Asked for reimbursement for the inconveniences and was told nothing could be done becaused i booked threw expedia.

Room smelled funny, couldn't decide what it was but it had an odd odor. Might be due to allowing animals, which I do appreciate. Did get a ground floor room which was great since no elevator and my wife has trouble with stairs.

Property with conveniently located off of the interstate. It was pet friendly. We could hear everything out in the hallways and every door that slammed shut. We heard late into the night and early in the morning breakfast options were very limited. Staff was very nice.

It was close the the expressway and convenient for us to stop at. The staff was nice. There was a dehumidifier running in the hall and it seemed a little damp, but was okay to sleep in for a night on our way.

Arrived to no electricity, vending, no ice, no pool and no free breakfast. Hotel was without power and had no backup emergency generator of any kind. We asked for a refund and was told we could not get a refund because we booked online thru Expedia. 😡

Sink stopper did not work, told desk every day. Discovered our sheets had what appeared to be semen spots. Unable to control temperature in the room. Waste baskets were not emptied even after asking at the front desk. Had to pile trash on the floor. Daily breakfast was minimal.

This hotel is nice and clean. All rooms are entered from inside the building. Its no smoking and close to restaurants. My stay was tainted a bit because the city farmers decided to put down fertilizer that caused a very strong odor of cow manure throughout the town and the building. I still recommend this property.

The room was filled with moisture. The room was so moldy smelling and just damp. Didn't feel clean at all. Roach on bathroom floor. Very dirty and so smelly. Used to be a smoking room and smelled like cigarettes so much. Dried blood on the wall in the bathroom and about 20 cigarette burns on the toilet seat. Carpet felt mushy and damp and gross.

The staff was very kind. However, that was the only bright spot in the stay. We stayed on a busy night, and by the time we checked in, the only room left had a broken keycard reader, so we were let into the room via master key and were unable to both leave at the same time. It was late, so we willingly accepted this, knowing we would not be leaving until the next morning. The room was not clean. The bathtub was stained to the point we only showered wearing shoes. The knob to turn on the showers was broken and a previous guest had shoved trash under the knob to try to force it to stay open. I tried not to think about how long that had been there and missed by cleaning crews. Because of this, there was very little water coming from the shower. The shower curtain rod itself was falling down and barely attached to the walls. The towel rack was barely held to the wall by a screw sticking a good inch out from the wall. The towels were different shades of white, the curtains were stained, and no one dared walk in the room without shoes. One of the sketchiest places we have stayed in nearly 30 years of travel.

There was no fridge or microwave in the room as advertised, the TV had no service, and there were ants all over the room. Very disappointing. Would not recommend staying here. When I asked to speak to the manager, I was told they weren’t in but that they would contact me later that day. Never heard back from anyone. Poor customer service and follow through. I don’t usually complain about things and typically roll with the punches, but this was just so disappointing.

Television in room was out and they could not fix it. then the manager was upset because he had to come check it because apparently he had to come look at it when he had to get up early and work the next morning. We went without tv the whole time and they didn't care and couldn't refund or change our rooms. The room was dirty as well !skip this one if you can !!!

Staff was very nice and easy to work with. Nice area around many places to eat, dollar stores and grocery store all within walking distance. Right off expressway as well. Room was adequate. Would definitely stay again if in area

My husband, myself, and 3 children used this location as an overnight stop to break up travel for a 14 hour drive to our vacation destination. It was “cheaper” than a lot of options in the area. We just needed quick, convenient, right off the freeway place just to sleep. It did just that. For the Expedia price, it was exactly what we needed. A clean place to stop around 11:30pm, sleep, shower and get back on the road around 8:30am. The kids even ate breakfast! (Provided by the hotel!) they had waffles and toast with fruit and juice. Not 5 star by any means, but was in a safe location and the beds were comfy. Would stay again if traveling thru and needed a stop!

The property is great and clean, the manager was unaware that the city or farmers near by was going to put down fertilizer so the whole place smelled like cow manure for a great part of the night. The odor was extremely potent. It would have been good to have a warning about the smell because it didnt smell that way when i checked in. I may have been able to choose a different location.

Wonderful property and clean rooms. Excellent location and very accessible to the highway. Breakfast isn't a key factor to our staying, as the Breakfast places in cave city are amazing. Big rooms with a microwave and mini frig helped with leftovers.

Great stop if you are needing a place for the night. Hotel could use some updates, but our room was comfortable and clean. Friendly staff at desk when we checked in. Places nearby to grab a quick bite.

This hotel is nice and clean. All rooms are entered from inside the building. Its no smoking and close to restaurants. My stay was tainted a bit because the city farmers decided to put down fertilizer that caused a very strong odor of cow manure throughout the town and the building. I still recommend this property.

I wanted a clean room with a good bed and a pleasant staff. That is exactly what I wanted. Good location, quiet, close to a good restaraunt. We will return.

It was close the the expressway and convenient for us to stop at. The staff was nice. There was a dehumidifier running in the hall and it seemed a little damp, but was okay to sleep in for a night on our way.

We spent extra money to stay at this hotel specifically because it's marketed on the site as having a hot tub. There is no hot tub. The building is older, but the room had been updated. We asked for extra pillows, but they only had one clean one. Housekeeping came in daily and replenished our towels. It is walking distance to a gas station (that was closed down), dairy queen, dollar general, and sonic. A few exits from Mammoth Caves. I don't think we would stay here again do to our major disappointment with the hot tub (or lack there of). We could have paid less for something nicer closer to the national park.

Hotel staff were great. It seemed a little dated but was clean. Breakfast was toast or muffin cereal and banana. No hot option. Vending machines only take cash. Come on it’s 2025 hardly anyone carries cash anymore. But overall would stay again.
