This is a working man's Hotel it's clean it's a little older but for the money it's about the best stays you're going to find around Duncan for sure and for Fort Worth or Dallas for that matter

Mr. Patel was GREAT! I messed up my reservation, called Mark with Hotels.com. He spoke with Mr. Patel and Mr. Patel made my mistake go away. The Hotel, being a little older, was very possibly the CLEANEST hotel I have stayed at. And that list of hotels is long. And by the way. You really should remove the ECO crap question. Only wokestirs care and if your woke. I'm done with you
