Clean, fresh linens, spacious, a bit dated but just fine. Friendly check in and out. Tiny pool was just enough. Beachside of the main road. Many food choices within walking distance. No sea views, but very short walk to beach. Didn't like having to share balcony with 2 other rooms....couldn't leave door open; I prefer fresh sea air to high power A/C. I would stay again. I am over 70 so nice to have elevator.

The hotel was comfortable… the room was clean… we had a issue with the electric going out in the room but was addressed as soon as we notified the front desk… when we arrived the gentleman checking us in was friendly… the hotel has a elevator however you have to carry your luggage down narrow 3 or 4 steps… we could see the ocean by just standing outside out room door which was nice… and the walk to the beach is very short… we would go back again and again… also the pool goes up to 5 feet which was nice as well!

Dated but I was happy with the price and location. Room was big. BR window was broken and sliding glass door did not lock. Loved the balcony. There was no coffee in the room. I had to go down to the lobby for that. We could see the beach and the bay from the 4th floor. Nice pool. Another nice thing was that we did not have to cross the main road to get to the beach. It’s very busy. There’s a Public entrance to the beach just 1 1/2 blocks east. Everything we needed was in walking distance. We drove to the boardwalk which we thought was far.

Nice older hotel. Front desk people were very nice and helpful. I was there for Oceans Calling so it wasn't too busy, but it was a good location, especially with the beach a short walk away. My only complaint would be the smoking on the balconies...I couldn't open my patio door without having cigarette smoke wafting into the room - also made it a bit unpleasant to sit out there (I can't stand cig smoke, being a former smoker).

The staff was excellent.They were very helpful.I didn't like the fact that I didn't have a coffee Maker in my room and there was no. Breakfast Of any type like other hotels in the area I'll go back again.I'll light their attitude.I like the fact that they could let us park there Till seven o'clock at night after I check out.

10/10!!! Cleanest place I’ve ever stayed in while in OCM, and I’ve stayed at some pricey places. We will without a doubt be returning next year! We really enjoyed our stay here! The Family Room had everything we needed down to dishes, dish soap, eating utensils. Highly recommend!

Room 336 had a smell of mold and mildew. Carpet is from at least the 80’s. Rust spots on the ceiling around the trip and you could see where it’s been attempted to be painted over. I completed to the lady at the front desk and she only offered me air freshener to help cover the smell and did not offer me another room or to discount the price I had previously paid

This property is impeccably clean and well cared for. It may be a little older but everything worked well and had been kept in perfect condition. I had a family unit with a small kitchen. The stove worked well, and a full size fridge too. Outfitted with pots, pans, utensils and dishes. Very nice. There was also a folding wall to separate the sofabed from the rest of the unit. The 2 beds were most comfortable and great pillows too. Even though they were completely full, I never heard a sound from any other unit. The owners and staff work hard to maintain this property. I would happily stay again anytime.

Affordable and plenty of room for a family. Loved being able to make breakfast in the room and having a full size fridge. My only complaint is the water pressure is not good and that could've just been our room. The room was clean, the staff was awesome and came in daily and restocked the room. Everything was great about this place from the pool to the spacious room with queen beds and adequate black out curtains. Besides the weird layout of some rooms and the showers water pressure made it take forever hot water for days though.

Stayed here before so decided to stay again. Room was clean and everything seemed nice. My only issue was the last time I stayed we had a private balcony and this time we did not. We got a shared small balcony that was also a walk way to the other rooms. I booked the same exact room as last time but I guess for some reason didnt get the private balcony.

We’ve stayed here every time we come down from the second year on. The Seahawk is an older hotel but it is well kept up. It’s a bit far from the festivals we come down for but the city offers low cost bus rides from the convention center which is convenient. There are some nice food options within walking distance like Bourbon Street (excellent food) and there’s a really good crab cake place on the same side of the street very close as well. My only complaint is the lack of hot water. I have to shower with full on hot to get a warm shower. If it’s busy and I’m late to shower it’s barely warm. Inconvenient but not a deal breaker.

Linda at the Sea Hawk Motel could not have been nicer! This is an older motel, nothing fancy, but definitely clean and perfect for a few days or a week at the beach. You are on the beach side, so no roads to cross and there are a ton of things to do and places to eat. We'll be back!

My husband and I had a short weekend stay.. easy check in and the room was ready early. So close to the beach along with alot of shops and eateries just across the road. It is a busy road so crossing at the traffic light would be strongly recommended.. We will definitely stay again.. Thank you for a great weekend!!

Nothing big, it's a good place to go. If you're wanting to go to the inlet, you would have about 7 miles each way, but the beach is about a block away, as it faces towards the highway, and there is small road behind it. It's a great place to be

Even though thus hotel is a little older its maintained well. I like how it has a full kitchen and even a stove. The room did not have issues to blow your nose. I woukd stay here again since it's close to a lot of restaurants.
