Nice place, big and clean with parking. People on site made sure nothing was missing, asked me everyday if I needed cleaning. Location is great too as there are a lot of restaurants nearby. Only down side is not much soundproofing and maybe the appartment doors could be more secured :)

Gated, parking inside the gated property. Located less than a 10 minute walk from downtown Antigua’s central plaza. The suite was absolutely beautiful, clean and fully equipped. No central air conditioning, but the weather was good. Definitely recommend.

Spacious suite, set off of the main road so very quiet. Full kitchen and dining room area. It's about a 10 minute walk to the central park, but very accessible for anyone with decent mobility. Indoor parking area that is safe with 24 hour guard. In addition to the bed in the bedroom the suite had a couch bed with sheets.

The spacing in the living room and kitchen were wonderful. Safe neighborhood made even more safe by someone always being at the gate to control who gets in and out. Extremely accommodating and friendly staff (and owner). Will definitely stay there again.

David and his team: Michelle, Henderson, Luis were hospitable and gracious hosts. The property is a similar to an extended stay type of accommodations with mini apartment features: full kitchen, washer, wifi, etc. Quaint location with local living feel. Easy walking access to key locations in Antigua. Parking is available in the inclosed courtyard. They do not have full service amenities like breakfast and room service however restaurants, cafés, and markets are walking distance. No AC but the units and weather in Antigua is dry and temperate.

I understand why staying at the All Suites El Marques can be appealing. It is a huge space for a small fee, however, beware of cockroaches and look out for bugs in your towels. The staff were all very very nice and helpful. There is a language barrier but we used google translate and that worked very well for us. Additionally, the toilet wouldn't flush at times and almost overflow. Staff would come and fix it for us immediately. Also be wary of eating in your room - I dropped food while eating and within minutes, there was a trail of ants that were attracted to it. Overall, the staff is great and the property is no doubt beautiful. The room is very spacious with two floors at a very reasonable price but if you're afraid of bugs/cockroaches, I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

We stayed in room 1. It is on the street and the place vibrates all night with cars and trucks on the cobblestones. No AC. Only a Few windows that open into parking lot which just makes the noise problems worse. Grimey tub with black mold in the grout, I suspect. Broken tub drain. Thank god for earplugs and downers. The rest of Antigua was lovely.

Very comfortable space with a living room, dining table area and equipped kitchen. The bedroom and bath were upstairs making for sleeping area isolated from the living areas. Everything was very clean and the staff friendly and attentive.

Me habia hospedado hace un par de años en este mismo lugar y en aquel entonces estaba muy bien todo por eso lo considere esta vez pero no fue lo mismo. Esta vez fue terrible desde la limpieza, la ropa de cama vieja y sucia y por ende con mal olor, almohadas viejas y sucias, baño en mal estado, sofa cama rechina si uno se mueve, toallas viejas y percudidas, las sillas del area del jardin interior son metal podrido, no se pueden usar, en algun momento de su vida deben haber sido utiles, no hay cortina en la sala y por la noche dormir en el sofa cama es como dormir a la intemperie. Sin duda necesita atencion y rapido. Hasta el cepillo de lavar baños esta que ya no da para mas. Mucho descuido...el refrigeradoe con restos de comida de los huespedes anteriores. Ningun detalle que hiciera sentirme como en casa. No lo recomiendo en este momento.

Hotel was nice, clean, and spacious. Since the bedroom was an upstairs loft, it was about 10 degrees hotter than downstairs. Only having a ceiling fan in the bedroom made it a bit uncomfortable. I asked for an extra fan to cool off and the front desk person told me that they didn’t have an extra.

It's a wonderful hotel, the apartment has everything to make you feel at home. The unit we stayed was charming, comfortable, spacious and well equipped. The staff was friendly and helpful. The best accommodation I have stayed at in Antigua. I highly recommend it.

Surprisingly spacious. Wonderful having a large refrigerator and washing machine. The employees were helpful and kind. There is always someone to let you in the gate. Very safe. Restaurants nearby on the next street. They will clean every day. A lot of attention is given to the landscaping. There is no air circulation on the second level – no windows. This is where the bathroom and bedroom are located. The ceiling fan is helpful (leave it on all day) and it cooled off a bit in the evening. If you have to get up during the night for the restroom, be cautious as the stairway begins right next to the bathroom door. We had a leak coming from the wall under the sink and so the floor was wet so the cleaning lady was kind enough to leave a towel under the sink. The mattress needs to be replaced. It sags, is extremely soft, and you could easily slip off if you’re sitting on the side of the bed as when you sit down, it slopes. Overall, a very good stay.

We enjoyed our stay in Antigua. This home is right down the street from Central Park with tons of shops and restaurants nearby. The staff was attended to all our needs and the gate was staffed 24/7. There weren’t any windows in this particular home that looked out and no real outdoor living Spaces except for the courtyard for parking, but otherwise we felt safe and appreciated having the laundry and the kitchen.

The hotel is in a very nice location. Far away from the busy El Centro, but close enough to walk to restaurants and shops. The kitchen could use some updates such as more lighting. It's very dark for cooking. Better utensils also would help.
