A fantastic hotel. Its a former palace in the town - not a huge sprawling complex but a palace nonetheless. Has an beautiful grand marble-laden entraceway and courtyard with a fountain, room was spacious/luxurious. There's a second outdoor courtyard area for drinks/breakfast, roof terrace with loungers, a small pool and views over the city, and small but lovely spa in the basement. If that wasn't enough you're a 10-15 minute walk through charming windy streets to the Santa Cruz/Cathedral district in the heart of Seville.

The property is further from the main shopping and restaurants then implied online and very dark, with hard to navigate streets, for walking around at night. When we inquired about parking only option given was valet, found out I could park on the street for free and stay in the spot as long as we had the spot, which we did.

Nice hotel converted from an old palace. Good size rooms, and overall plush setup. On site restaurant seemed expensive. The top floor setup is sad - just chairs and a small “tub” (not a pool).

Lovely room. Air con worked like a dream even when 36c outside. Bed super comfortable, shower and bath were great. Added bonus of the rooftop pool, although small was very welcome on the hot days. Staff could not have been more helpful in providing advice on where to go and booking trains and taxis. Pity that the breakfast seemed a little expense.

This was such a nice stay and a very beautiful building. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend to my friends. The only downside was limited weights in the fitness room. Like many hotels the dumbbells only go up to 10kg.

El servicio INCREIBLE. La ubicación excepcional para los que no tenemos dificultad para caminar. Si hay gente con silla de ruedas, ellos se encargan de hacerte la estadía feliz y para salir tener taxi disponible siempre. La terraza y la Comida es muy buena. Tienen plancha de pelo, lo cual no ofrecen en ningún hotel. Un lugar hermoso y espectacular para quedarse en Sevilla.

Superb hotel, couldn’t fault it. All the staff are very attentive and the hotel itself is decorated and maintained to a very high standard. Lots of attention to detail, high quality toiletries, hair straighteners and hair dryer provided, even an umbrella. Great location too, nice and quiet and everything within walking distance, even in the July heat!

My boyfriend & I had a fantastic stay at Palacio Villapanés. A hotel employee called me the morning of our check-in to ask when we would be arriving so they could ensure our room was ready, which was a sign of great customer service. Once we arrived, we were stunned by the beautiful design of the hotel including the lobby, bar, and courtyard. The service continued to be excellent; the staff provided us with maps of the city and detailed recommendations. We especially appreciated Alejandro, who suggested a restaurant to us that would become our favorite of a 4-day trip. The hotel facilities were immaculately clean and well-maintained, as was our room, which was also very spacious. Lastly, the rooftop provided gorgeous views of the sunset over Sevilla. We would absolutely recommend this hotel.

We stayed for 5 nights in a gorgeous, spacious suite with a fantastic bathroom. The hotel is immaculate and beautiful. The hotel breakfast was very good value, providing everything you could want from a buffet but in an a la carte format. The location is great, enabling us to walk everywhere. The staff were attentive and efficient. Overall, no complaints whatsoever, just a truly excellent stay.

Unfortunately, the hotel didn’t live up to expectations. The room didn’t smell good, pillows were uncomfortable and the room wasn’t anything special for it’s high price (unlike their branch in Madrid). The staff is very friendly and professional though.

Hotel is heel goed gelegen en goed bereikbaar. De gebouwen zijn heel origineel en typisch voor de stad. Kamers zijn ruim en net, personeel professioneel. Minpunt voor een toch wel 5 sterren hotel vond ik de kamer/service. De intentie om problemen op te lossen werd verbaal wel meegegeven door het receptie personeel maar niet altijd uitgevoerd.(vb douche probleem bleef onopgelost zonder verdere uitleg, elke dag een tekort aan glazen op de kamer) Wij kregen kamer 013 die net na/naast de receptie gelegen is met ramen onder grond niveau aan de straat kant. Niet meteen het gedroomde uitzicht met de mogelijkheid om een raam eens open te zetten.

Es handelt sich um eine zum Hotel ausgebaute, alte Familienresidenz. Es liegt ruhig, aber doch zentral. Das Team ist ohne Ausnahme sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben ein wunderbares Zimmer zum Innenhof gehabt, das keinen Wunsch offen gelassen hat. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

The room we stayed in was large and well appointed. Bed was very comfy and bathroom shower was great. My only comment is that I had requested a room with twin beds. It turns out that the hotel has only one room with twin beds. The way Hotels.coms lays out the room options they imply that twin beds are readily available throughout the hotel which is misleading.

Beautiful clean hotel but timers on air. After 2 nights of roasting I finally complained. That night the air stayed on all night, but next night, same thing. It cut off about 11pm & came on about 6am. I know bc I was awake roasting again! It was our last night so no use complaining again!

Bel hôtel, bien placé à distance de marche des principaux points de visite. Chambres vastes mais j’aurais aimé savoir à l’avance que des chambres pouvaient être au rez de chaussée, presque sans fenêtre et dans une pénombre permanente. Un peu dommage car on a l’impression de ne pas avoir la chambre sélectionnée… et payée. Quand on choisit ce qui s’appelait je crois une “Grand Deluxe” avec des photos très lumineuses on n’attend pas une chambre RDC sans lumière. Un peu déçu. Bon petit déjeuner.

The property itself is pretty, nice rooms, fine location. The beds are very hard but the issue was that a man working for the hotel barged into my brother and his wife’s room during our stay, without knocking while my brothers wife was fully unclothed right as he walked in. The staff only said “ sorry there was a confusion” and “ we can give you a free cocktail”. It was very upsetting for my brother and his wife and they had no care to fully address the issue.

This is a beautiful hotel. The room was nicely furnished and equipped and the room servicing was impeccable each day of our stay. The front of house staff however were much less impressive. Indeed they were rather arrogant and not terribly responsive. For example, I needed to replace a buttonhole and was sent to a department store. They diminished what was otherwise a wonderful stay.

My review would be 5 stars for everything. The staff on site at the hotel were so wonderful. However, hotel management I would say also falls under this category. This unfortunately brings down this rating. I had a miscalculation of my return dates, and accidentally booked an extra night of my stay. I noticed this a couple of days before my departure. I contacted both CoolRooms and Expedia to get a credit back to my credit card. The management offered a credit for another stay with coolrooms. Which is not a possibility since I have no idea if I’ll be back to Spain. The next was to offer me a compt dinner meal. Which is nothing equivalent. 50 euro maybe compared to about 500 euro for a night stay. Which I chose not to take. I checked, and other premium rooms were available to book that evening. So a full booking couldn’t be a good reason. “Policy” was used as reasoning. Which exceptions can be made in “policy” reasoning when an honest mistake is made I believe. It is unfortunate that crediting my original payment could not be accommodated. Thus, reflecting on my 3 star review.

This is one of the best hotels I've stayed in, in terms of service. The staff is very friendly and helpful and more importantly always one step ahead in anticipating your needs. The hotel is nice as well and is actually a renovated old house. We had a great time in Seville!

I extremely disappointed I bought the package with VIP access which includes the breakfast. The hotel manager this is not the case. I contacted the Expedia team and spent almost two hours in the phone and try to come with all excuses why I am not eligible for breakfast. The hotel manager offered me breakfast with extra payment of 36 euro per day. Eventually when I spoke with Expedia team supervisor advised me to pay and I can claim it back. I end up with no breakfast in 5* hotel for six days!!!

They don't have parking for your car and they take the car somewhere else for parking. Around it is not a good restaurant, you need to walk around 20 minutes or go with a taxi. A couple of local restaurants are around but not the good ones.

Our room was amazing, breakfast is a good value even though it is expensive, 30E each person. Location is not bad, Sevilla consists of many narrow streets which lends itself to getting lost which is part of the fun. My only negative is we felt the staff was a little aloof, our friends who we were traveling with were not treated properly. I still recommend this hotel.

Lovely small luxury hotel, with great service. Very good location, major sites within 10 or 15 minute walk. Breakfast was fabulous. We had dinner our last night at the hotel restaurant, which was excellent. Highly recommend this hotel, will be back!

Cool rooms was an amazing experience from the start to finish. We had the most amazing accommodations. The rooms are beautiful with tall ceilings, the staff is amazing and the food is so good! Make sure to eat breakfast in the restaurant and enjoy a drink on the terrace! Will be back again!

그냥 그랬던 호텔입니다. 호텔에 있는 레스토랑에서 저녁을 먹었는데 전부다 남겼어요. 너무 맛이없고 조식도 너무 맛없어요. 비싸기만 하고요. 방음도 안좋고. 세비야가 크지 않아서 불편하진 않았는데 메인스트릿에 머무를거 같아요. 다시 간다면요. 스탭들은 매우 친절합니다.
